About: I’ve been an animal lover for as long as I can remember—growing up with dogs, cats, and even reptiles! I currently have a boxer mix, a Rottweiler, and a rescue cat! About: I have had experience with multiple kinds of animals. I have a Flemish Giant (Rabbit), a dog (Chihuahua), and have had 2 (Parakeets). I also have some Vet Tech training as well but not limited to clipping nails, giving injections, bandaging, bathing, feeding, training, walking, and bottle feeding. I am available during the weekdays from 8:30am-3pm. I can also do some weekends if given advance notice ahead of time. Look forward to meeting you and your pet! About: Through most of my adult life I've been responsible for caring for our families pets. This includes food, water, bathing and grooming, training, stimulation, medication, and anything else they may need. I mostly cared for dogs and cats but would occasionally help with horses. I often pet sit for my out of state family for long stretches of time, taking care of their pets needs and making sure they have a fun companion while their family is away. About: I grew up with two dogs who were my best friends. They were who I wanted to spend the majority of my time with, and who I trusted the most. My parents allowed me to perform simple care tasks such as feeding and walking them since the age of three. I have always been comfortable around animals and learned how to read their body language quite well. At the age of 12, I participated in 4H with my cavalier king charles spaniel who I was responsible for training and bathing. I have also been a frequent volunteer (2020-2021) at Michigan Animal Rescue League as a dog walker where I was responsible not only for walking dogs, but for providing trust and companionship that would increase their chances of adoption. For the last 8 years, I have been the owner of a ginger cat named Crookshanks, whom I adore more than anything. Since I am studying, he sadly does not live with me (he is with my mom) but I miss him dearly and willing to make up for this by giving your pets lots of love and affection! Currently, I am a postgraduate student at the University of Edinburgh. I have classes on Tuesday and Friday mornings, but I am free in the evening. My flat is spacious and I have been given permission from my landlord to have pets inside. I am on the first floor so there is requirement for an older pet to have to walk up any stairs.
