About: I’ve spent years caring for dogs and cats, both as a pet owner and as a trusted sitter for family and friends. I’ve personally owned high-drive, strong-willed breeds, so I understand the patience, consistency, exercise, and structure they need to thrive. I’ve also had cats my entire life and truly understand their unique personalities and needs. What sets me apart is that I don’t just care for pets—I take the time to understand each animal individually and treat them like they’re my own. I’m currently working for Vancouver Public Schools so I will have plenty of time for walks at 3:00pm or later, or house sitting! Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities. About: I've been taking care of pups in my free time for three years now, I used to work in a bar and meeting the dogs who come in with their humans created my love for it. Now that I am no longer in the bar industry, I want to do this more full time! I am only employed doing petsitting and looking to love on your pups just like they are my own! Our two dogs were super happy and clearly very comfortable and well taken care of when we got home. He followed all instructions and even our smaller dog who can be shy and afraid of new people became his shadow and played with him the whole time we were gone. Peter was awesome with our dog. he gave loads of updates, took her out for walks and car rides (which she loves), and took great care of our house as well. The house was immaculate when we returned and our dog was in great spirits. This was a long stay, and our dog didn't seem stressed at all when we got home.
Layna was AMAZING!!! I truly could not have asked for a better person to take care of my babies while I was away. She followed all of the instructions I left around their routine so well, was incredibly kind, honest, reliable, and flexible, and most importantly, Felipe and Frida absolutely LOVE her. One of the very first messages she sent me immediately made me feel like I had made the right choice. She told me that Frida “didn’t trust her to harness her up yet, but Frida did ask her to follow her outside to play.” That was an immediate green flag for me. She recognized that Frida wasn’t comfortable with her putting the harness on yet, respected that boundary, and still understood that Frida was communicating that she wanted her to come outside and play. That told me immediately that Layna gets dogs. Frida warmed up shortly after and happily let Layna put the harness on her. I had SO MUCH peace of mind knowing Felipe and Frida were safe, happy, and being cared for by someone who genuinely understood them and cared about their well-being. Being able to travel without worrying about my dogs means everything to me, and Layna gave me that peace of mind on such short notice, too. I will absolutely be reaching out to Layna FIRST for any future sitting needs. I cannot recommend her enough!!! She is trustworthy, reliable, kind, and genuinely cares about the dogs in her care. Simply put: she gets dogs. ❤️
Felicia was the best! She was patient and understanding as she helped me navigate my dog’s separation anxiety while I was away. As difficult as he was being, she made him feel comfortable and provided enrichment every day. Couldn’t have asked for a better sitter!
Michelle is awesome. She took care of our two chocolate labs and home for 1 week while we were on vacation and did an amazing job. One of dogs got sick and needed emergency surgery 2 days before we were scheduled to leave for vacation so he needed a much higher level of care than anticipated. Michelle had no problem providing extra care and making sure all of his post op needs were met. She is a great communicator and provided us with frequent updates on our dogs throughout our trip. We can't recommend her enough.
Wonderful sitter!! We have a husky mix, 2 bengal cats, and a tabby was visiting, Vanessa took brilliant care of them all. It was the first time we’ve left them with anyone but family so I was anxious but oh my goodness she did a GREAT job. They are all challenging animals in their own way but she handled it like the professional she is. She sent photos during our trip assuring us they were happy and healthy. She left the house exactly as she found it clean and orderly. She even washed the towels she used! I almost hate writing such an honest and glowing review because she will soon be used by everyone that can get her but I want her all to myself😂 you can’t go wrong with her!!!!

Stephanie was wonderful. She was able to help me out for two days at very last minute. She communicates clearly and timely and followed through with what she said she'd do and when she'd be here. The house was just as clean as I had left it and she even put the laundry she used into the washer for me. I'd highly recommend using her for your animal care. Simple and seamless.
Martha was fantastic! She house sat for our dog Georgie and our 3 kitties. Our 13 year old kitty needs a number of medications and special diet instructions and Georgie also needs medications, and Martha handled everything with ease. She took Georgie on daily walks and played with her in our yard when it wasn't raining. She sent daily updates and pictures, and was very communicative. There were a few small things for the house we asked her to do (like roll our garbage bins) which we were very grateful she did. She left our house just the way we left it, and you would have never known someone was staying with us. Our pets were so at ease when we got home because she spent so much time with them during our trip. We highly recommend Martha!
