Millie is great as always!

Michelle is awesome. She took care of our two chocolate labs and home for 1 week while we were on vacation and did an amazing job. One of dogs got sick and needed emergency surgery 2 days before we were scheduled to leave for vacation so he needed a much higher level of care than anticipated. Michelle had no problem providing extra care and making sure all of his post op needs were met. She is a great communicator and provided us with frequent updates on our dogs throughout our trip. We can't recommend her enough.

I booked Michelle for house sitting because I wanted Pepper to have someone staying with her while we were away. Before the booking, we discussed that Michelle would be working during the day on weekdays, and we were completely comfortable with that. We understood she had a job, and we agreed that Pepper would be alone during those daytime work hours. What we did not discuss or agree to was Michelle leaving the house again later at night after returning from work. That was never part of our agreement. What concerned me most was that, on one occasion, Michelle left our home at approximately 10:27 p.m. and did not return until around 3:00 a.m. During that time, Pepper was left home alone. We were never told she planned to leave the house that late or be gone for several hours overnight. For us, house sitting means staying in the home and caring for our dog unless there is an emergency or an absence that has been discussed and agreed to in advance. We had already agreed to her being away during her daytime work schedule, but leaving again late at night was completely outside of our agreement and our expectations. Michelle was polite in our interactions, but this experience broke our trust. If you're considering booking her for house sitting, I strongly recommend discussing in writing exactly when she expects to leave your home and making sure those expectations are clearly agreed upon beforehand. Based on our experience, I would not book her again.

Michelle was awesome. She was responsive during the booking process and provided regular updates during the stay. The house was in good shape and the dogs seemed very happy. We would 100% use her again and highly recommend her services to anyone who needs pet/house sitting.

Michelle was absolutely incredible. I was away for 10 days visiting my mom because of her illness, and knowing Paco was so well cared for gave me real peace of mind during an emotional time. She sent pictures and videos every day and on the last day of the booking she even stayed late to make sure I had landed safely back in Portland before leaving Paco alone. When I returned, my apartment was immaculately clean and Paco was happy, relaxed, and clearly loved. I would definitely rebook Michelle and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, trustworthy, and thoughtful sitter.
