Layna was AMAZING!!! I truly could not have asked for a better person to take care of my babies while I was away. She followed all of the instructions I left around their routine so well, was incredibly kind, honest, reliable, and flexible, and most importantly, Felipe and Frida absolutely LOVE her. One of the very first messages she sent me immediately made me feel like I had made the right choice. She told me that Frida “didn’t trust her to harness her up yet, but Frida did ask her to follow her outside to play.” That was an immediate green flag for me. She recognized that Frida wasn’t comfortable with her putting the harness on yet, respected that boundary, and still understood that Frida was communicating that she wanted her to come outside and play. That told me immediately that Layna gets dogs. Frida warmed up shortly after and happily let Layna put the harness on her. I had SO MUCH peace of mind knowing Felipe and Frida were safe, happy, and being cared for by someone who genuinely understood them and cared about their well-being. Being able to travel without worrying about my dogs means everything to me, and Layna gave me that peace of mind on such short notice, too. I will absolutely be reaching out to Layna FIRST for any future sitting needs. I cannot recommend her enough!!! She is trustworthy, reliable, kind, and genuinely cares about the dogs in her care. Simply put: she gets dogs. ❤️

Layna took Tilly overnight for us and took great care of her. She sent lots of updates and some fun pictures & videos.

Layna was amazing! This was our first time using Rover so we were a little nervous but Layna came over and met us/our puppies and was an absolute delight. She eased all of our worries and was just all around perfect. 10/10 would recommend - will definitely be contacting in the future.

Layna was very accommodating to a request for a complicated set of dogs. We were able to work around a last-minute change in schedule and communicated throughout. The dogs were a little apprehensive at first but warmed up and were friends by the end of her stay.

Layna was great with watching our puppy for a couple days ! Despite the rainy weather she got him out on a couple good hikes and kept us posted with photos and videos :) thanks Layna !
