I’ve taken care of pets for over 20 years including 17 with my own. Grew up caring for dogs, cats and a variety of pets. Have house sat many times for family and friends with pets. I work from home so I am almost always available to entertain or focus on your pet. LGBT+ Friendly.

My dog was terrified to stay with Peter, now I think he regrets coming home with me! Flexible with drop off and pick up times, very dog friendly and equipped home with a large green space and squirrels to watch out back. Peter gave lots of walks, turned on dog t.v., and my scottie even sat with Peter and let him pet him, which he doesn't do with me. Thank you, Peter...we will be back!!
There is a reason Peter has so many amazing reviews! We have pups that come from abusive pasts and take a while to warm up to anyone. As soon as Peter arrived for the meet and greet both of my dogs were relaxed around Peter and even came to him for pets and attention. Peter has a very calm energy and is very skilled and patient at knowing how to give dogs the space they need to make them feel safe. We needed a sitter for a two and half week trip to Europe and we had so much peace of mind knowing that Peter was there for our sweet pups! With the daily updates and photos it was so nice to see our pups snuggling and bonding with Peter and we will definitely be booking with him for our next trip! Thank you, Peter! You are appreciated more than you could imagine!

Currently work from home and free most days all day long to pet sit at my home or yours. I am happy and flexible to meet your needs.

Safety, trust & environment
Our 17+ year old dog past away in November 2022 due to old age. I am very cognizant of being a thoughtful pet parent and trying to be in tune with a pets specific needs including medication and behavioral challenges.
A typical day
I like to take dogs for a walk to nearby park to get our exercise and outdoor fun in. I enjoy playing with pets who crave interaction. I am also very happy to give a pet space and downtime to destress and relax especially in new environments.
