Pet Sitting Essex

About: I have cared for pets for almost 6 years, ranging from pet sitting to caring for dogs while working at my local grooming facility. I also frequently volunteer at Cape Ann Animal Aid in their cat wing caring for the shelter cats. I have fed, cleaned, and walked dogs. I am also experienced in veterinary care including administering medications and being certified in FearFree, Pet first aid, Pet CPR, and more. I fully dedicate my time to your pets, and I am able to take them to dog parks, beaches, anything that’ll allow them to socialize and get proper exercise! When you are gone I would do anything and everything to make your pet feel as comfortable as they can, as well as keeping up with their current routine. I am experienced in dogs/cats that are very anxious, whether that means shy towards humans/dogs, afraid of loud noises, reactivity, etc. Due to my veterinary background and personal experience, I am fully capable of administering medications including daily or preventatives. (Oral, topical, etc) I am currently working part-time, but I am fully free on days that I am not working. I am available after 11am and before 8pm. I am available on weekdays and weekends, as well as some holidays. I am a college student, so I am only available over the summer, winter, and spring when I am home for breaks. I am currently unable to care for pets in my own home at this time due to the temperament of my pets, however I can care for pets in clients homes. I am familiar with using crates, basic obedience training, and petsitting dogs and cats including feeding, cleaning, playing, and walking the dog.

I've had dogs my whole life and have also cared for rabbits, cats, and a variety of other animals through pet sitting over the years. I work full-time Monday through Friday from approximately 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, so I'm best suited for pets that are comfortable being alone during the workday. Before and after work, I'm available for walks, feeding, playtime, and plenty of attention, and I have evenings and weekends to spend quality time with your pet. When caring for pets in your home, my priority is keeping their routine as normal as possible so they feel safe and comfortable. I'll carefully follow your instructions for feeding, walks, medications (if needed), playtime, and bedtime routines. I'll also make sure your pet gets plenty of attention, affection, and exercise based on their personality and needs. I know it's a privilege to be trusted in both your home and with your pet, so I'll treat each with the same care and respect I would my own. I'm also very happy to provide regular updates and photos so you can have peace of mind while you're away!

About: I’ve been a loving and devoted dog owner since I was ten. I’ve raised both small and large breed dogs from puppyhood. In addition, I’ve been a foster mom to many dogs of various ages and breeds through Great Dog Rescue. I enjoy getting outdoors, rain or shine, walking and playing with these wonderful animals. My dogs get are doted on with lots of cuddles and attention. I currently have a very friendly Bernese Mountain dog who gets along well with other dogs. I am available full-time to care for your fur baby. I could offer daily exercise and plenty of individual attention to your pup at my home or yours. I have a house with a big yard on a quiet cul-de-sac. Either in your home or mine, I would take your dog out on a leash to make sure it stays safe. Having hosted many rescue dogs, I know how to care for nervous animals and they have thrived under my care.

I have been working as a pet sitter for 6 years and worked with animals of all ages, sizes, and personalities from bearded dragons and clingy cats to Chihuahuas and Newfoundlands. I understand the importance of following routines closely and ensuring that the pets and their parents are comfortable and stress-free. As a cat mom of 3 I understand first hand how important it is to find a dependable, compassionate pet sitter you can trust whether it is companionship, a walk or playtime I will provide the best care I can for your animals. Currently I am working towards getting my second degree in nursing but I am still committed to providing reliable and attentive pet care and can work around my schedule whether it is waking up extra early for a morning walk or extra playtime when my school day is over. I can only pet sit at the clients house as I have pets of my own but their routine will still be followed including daily medications. I understand that this is a stressful time for both pet and owner so I focus on providing the best care I can give and will give regular updates for a stress free environment. Please note that I am only comfortable caring for indoor cats. For safety reasons, I do not allow outdoor cats outside while they are under my care and ask that they remain indoors during the duration of my visits or stay.

About: I’ve had dogs since young and I’ve loved to train them and work with them. I also really enjoy talking dogs for walks because it is super peaceful and fun. I am currently a college student who is already active. I go for runs at least 3 times a week and can incorporate more walks into my routine. I will abide by the clients rules and how they walk their animal. I also will try to create a bond with the pet so they want to go with me or allow me in their home.

About: I’ve taken care of cats and dogs for friends and family all my life. I’m always a go to call for any of my friend’s pet needs due to my reliability and consistency. I’m a lover of all pets, cats and dogs alike. All animals deserve all the same love and care! I work in the construction trades Monday through Friday with time after my work days from 3pm to 10pm. My weekend availability is a lot more flexible so I would be able to do multiple visits during my the weekend. I have immense cat care throughout my years, in visits for feedings or check ins to cleaning litter boxes. For dogs, I would be able to go for walks, go for visits and check ins, and feedings as well. I am very good with all animals alike.

About: I’ve taken care of friends and family’s dogs for years now. More cats than dogs but just about the same experience and love of course! I currently work part time as a waitress night shifts! During the daytime I am completely available! My days are quite boring, I’d love to fill that space by spending time with animals! I love cats and dogs just as if they are family! Safety and care is always a number one priority to me. Treating your animals like they are my own is a priority.

About: I am great with all dogs. I love taking care of them and enjoy taking them for walks just to see how happy they are to be outside and exploring nature. Depending on your dogs personality, I would be happy to play with them or if they prefer to hangout more quietly I’ll cuddle up with them while I complete schoolwork or watch a movie. My family has had dogs my entire life so I have a lot of experience taking care of dogs. Additionally, If your dog likes playing with other dogs, I have two that love to play! I would be happy to take them with me for walks, and give them new friends (and more importantly help them get rid of all that energy). My dogs don’t travel with me all the time so if your dog isn’t a fan of others I’ll make sure to leave them at home. My hope is to give your dog attention that will make them feel safe and cared for when you are not around.
