“We feel so incredibly lucky to have found this wonderful dog sitter. Our dog is very anxious and has never stayed with anyone over night except for family. Rebecca let us visit twice before leaving Archie overnight so that he was able to meet not only Rebecca, but her husband and two children as well. This made all the difference for his and our comfort level! From the moment we connected, Rebecca and her family made us feel completely at ease leaving our dog in their care. Their home is warm, welcoming, and truly feels like a second home for pets. They treated our dog, Archie, like one of their own — with so much love, patience, and attention. We received thoughtful updates and photos daily that showed how happy and comfortable our dog was, which gave us total peace of mind while we were away. What really sets Rebecca apart is how genuinely invested she is in the well-being of the dogs she cares for. She and her family paid attention to routines, personality quirks, and little details that made all the difference. It’s clear this isn’t just a service to them — it’s something they truly enjoy and take pride in. We came home to a happy, relaxed pup, and that says everything. We wouldn’t hesitate for a second to book with them again and recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone looking for loving, responsible, and exceptional care. Five stars isn’t enough — they’re absolutely amazing!”

“Billy & Lori were wonderful! Their relaxed and welcoming home is a perfect place for pets- with the bonus of a lakefront location for dogs who like to swim (or just walk/wade- as our Danny Boy prefers). We will definitely try to book future vacays with them.”

“Yenny and her family where extremely amazing 🥰 my Winnie was happy being around them for being her first time spending the night out of her comfort 🩷🫶🏼 she did well I will definitely book again in near future with yenny. Definitely recommend her 💯”

“Phydeau stayed for two nights. He’s old and had much medical care involved in his stay including pills and ear care which was all attended to so well. He came home happy and well cared for. He loves going to Michael’s!”
“Natali was great! She watched my pooch for me last minute and ensured he was comfortable and well taken care of after being neutered a few days prior. Would definitely recommend and book her again!”

“We felt really comfortable leaving our skittish boy, Dingo, with Mike and Linda once we met them and saw that he was going to be doted on! We got almost daily pics and didn’t worry about a thing while we were on vacation. Dingo was reportedly loved by their grandchildren too over their Easter Sunday dinner so we weren’t too sure he’d even want to come back home with us but he did!! Highly recommend Mike & Linda! 🩷”

“Our minidoodle Sam had a great stay with Charlotte and Jordan, and their dog Kyber. Two things we especially like: They generally just take one dog at a time (more attention, and Sam loves attention!), and they live near some great walking trails. Very nice people.”

“Jade was amazing ! My dog has a lot of anxiety/some trauma and is very difficult to find someone willing to watch him. He did so well with Jade! She learned his triggers quickly and said he was great for her. I will definitely be booking again!”
“Gienna was great with our dog Murphy. She had excellent communication (lots of notes and photos) during his stay with her and she clearly has a lot of valuable experience taking care of dogs and making sure they adjust into the new space.”

“Belinda was wonderful with our furbaby and sent us an update each day. She was very accessible by text and easy to communicate with. Our dog got along well with her dog, Sloane, who is a sweetie. Also, she has the perfect fenced in yard for the dogs to play! We will certainly work with Belinda again!”

“Jennifer was a wonderful care taker for our dog. She was patient and kind. Kept us updated on a longer stay. We will definitely use her services again. Thank you.”

“This was our second stay with Paul & Megan and I feel ever more grateful for them and the love they provide for our girl Nala. They take such great care of our girl, so extremely thoughtful. We got lots of pictures and videos of her days, which are full of enrichment activities and being around others and family. I felt fully informed of everything that was going on in such a positive and reassuring manner. We can really tell Nala loves spending her time here.”

“Olympia had a great time as always! We really appreciate their attention to her allergies - when we told the she needed filtered water they said no problem and offered to take the shared water up, which was really considerate.”

“We needed a last minute sitter and we found Jing. I was a little bit nervous because Kled needed lots of exercise, but Jing have a big yard and gave him lots of daily walks! She gave us updates multiple times throughout the day. Jing is also very flexible to accommodate us!”

“My dog has an absolute blast every time with Zwany and Leandro! She got a bath this time and came back smelling amazing. I can tell my dog is perfectly at home at their house, and she gets so excited to come back each time. Zwany also does an amazing job of sending pictures and updates, so I know my dog is doing well.”

“My Pugs had a wonderful stay over Thanksgiving! They were given a special Thanksgiving dinner which I am sure they went crazy over. I received updates and pictures daily and I would definitely use them again.”
“Kathy took great care of our golden retriever! She sent pictures throughout the stay easing any worries we had leaving our beloved dog for vacation. She was responsive and kind. Thank you again! We will book again in the future.”

“Wiktoria did a great job with Bentley. He loved having her hanging out with him for an hour. We are so glad to have found her. We will definitely use Wiktoria again!”

“Jacquelyn did a great job taking care of my kitten on his first time alone. She followed all instructions exactly, kept in contact with any changes, and took great photos of him playing with her. It was such a relief to know he was safe and happy with her while we were gone.”

About: I have cared for cats for almost 6 years through short-term petsitting and extended periods. I have cared for cats of neighbors, family members, as well as those in my community. These cats include kittens ranging to seniors, as well as different behaviors. I also have veterinary knowledge and I am trained in FearFree, Pet First aid, and Pet CPR. My background in the veterinary field and personal experience means that I am also capable of administering any medications including daily medications or preventatives. (Oral, topical, etc)

“We’re always a but worried leaving our furry friends behind when we travel. But Jessica kept our worries at bay, and did an excellent job looking after our kitties! She provided updates each day and was even able to get our shy kitties to open up to her! We’ll definitely book again and are so grateful for all of her help!”

About: I’ve had dogs since young and I’ve loved to train them and work with them. I also really enjoy talking dogs for walks because it is super peaceful and fun. I am currently a college student who is already active. I go for runs at least 3 times a week and can incorporate more walks into my routine. I will abide by the clients rules and how they walk their animal. I also will try to create a bond with the pet so they want to go with me or allow me in their home.

About: I have taken care of indoor cats for the majority of my life. I have 3 of my own and can appreciate all of their different personalities. I know they have their own personal needs as well as boundaries. I am uncomfortable taking care of outdoor cats and would prefer them to stay inside for my stay!

“Leslie was amazing as always! This is our third time booking with her, and we will continue to do so in the future! She is very caring and attentive, so we know our cats are in good hands every time 😸”

“Brooke was great! She was on time (with treats in hand) and did a great job with walking, playing with and taking care of my golden retriever puppy so I could take a work call. Charlie was pooped and went right down for a nap after. So helpful for those that work from home!”

“Tyler was wonderful! Our 2 cats have pretty basic needs, but they do not like strangers and we had never left them alone with a non-family member, so we were apprehensive about taking a week-long international trip. When we met with Tyler we emphasized that it wasn’t unexpected for him not to see the cats at all when he came by to feed them, and that he didn’t need to try to find them or stay and spend time with them if they didn’t want to come out. Imagine our surprise when we got a video from him the very first night with our big orange scaredy-cat rubbing up against him! Even our suspicious little tabby girl, who’s often skittish even around US, felt comfortable enough to walk into the kitchen and eat her food while Tyler was still there. He sent us a video or a photo or 2 each visit along with a quick update on how the cats were doing, which was perfect; we got peace of mind without distraction from our trip. We agonized for literally months over how we would arrange cat care after moving further away from our families, but now we know that we will be booking with Tyler any time we take a trip! It’s an enormous relief to have someone we can trust and that the cats actually feel comfortable with. Tyler is a lifesaver and we can’t recommend him highly enough!”

About: Hi! I’m a lifelong animal lover and have had a cat of my own since I was a child, so I know just how much our pets become a part of the family. I’ve also had the opportunity to care for my neighbors’, family’s, and friends’ pets while they are away on vacation for the past 6 years. So I have lots of experience with keeping pets comfortable, happy, and on their normal routines while their owners are away. I’m patient, attentive, and dependable, and I understand that every cat has their own personality, routine, and little quirks. Whether your cat is playful and energetic, shy and independent, or happiest curled up in a cozy spot, I’ll meet them where they’re comfortable. Most importantly, I’ll treat your fur babies like family and give them the same love, care, and attention I’d want for my own. 🐾❤️

“Alyssa was amazing!! She took care of my two bunnies and 1yo cat with so much love and care while I was out of town for 10 days. She had never taken care of bunnies before and sent photos of herself and her boyfriend holding them!! They almost never let me pick them up. She sent photo updates through the Rover app every day and was very responsive every time I reached out to her. Clearly very caring and responsible. She is definitely our new sitter!”
About: I am great with all dogs. I love taking care of them and enjoy taking them for walks just to see how happy they are to be outside and exploring nature. Depending on your dogs personality, I would be happy to play with them or if they prefer to hangout more quietly I’ll cuddle up with them while I complete schoolwork or watch a movie. My family has had dogs my entire life so I have a lot of experience taking care of dogs. Additionally, If your dog likes playing with other dogs, I have two that love to play! I would be happy to take them with me for walks, and give them new friends (and more importantly help them get rid of all that energy). My dogs don’t travel with me all the time so if your dog isn’t a fan of others I’ll make sure to leave them at home. My hope is to give your dog attention that will make them feel safe and cared for when you are not around.

“I highly recommend Liza for doggie care. My little Chihuahua Dachshund, Chico was very well taken care of for the day while I was at work. Although Chico was a little shy, he was very comfortable spending the day with Liza and that is very important for me to know. Liza sent several photos of Chico to me during the day which was very comforting for me. I look forward to having Liza take care of Chico!”

“Ana Maria did a great job caring for my dog. She gave her extra attention, as my pup was having separation anxiety following a recent move. Ana has a calm nurturing way about her, and it's apparent she loves dogs. I will definitely use her services again!”

About: I love being surrounded by animals and have been around pets my entire life. For a long time now, I’ve been rescuing lost dogs and helping them find safe, loving homes. Currently, I have three dogs and a cat at my country house, as well as a 10-year-old senior dog at home. One of my dogs in the countryside is partially blind, and I'm the one who takes care of his special needs. This has given me great hands-on experience with senior and special-needs pet care. Spanish is my native language, and my home is fully bilingual! My kids are completely fluent in English and are always here to help with communication for all booking details and updates. Pet care fits seamlessly into my daily routine because I am at home all day. My daily life revolves around taking care of my dog, maintaining our home, and waiting for my husband and children to return from work and school. Currently, my daughter is starting college this August, so I am looking for extra income to help pay for her tuition. This work is a perfect match for me because it naturally aligns with my everyday schedule, allowing me to give visiting pets full-time attention, love, and constant companionship. In my home, pets are treated like part of the family. Since I spend my entire day at home, your pet will have constant presence and attention, a safe outdoor space, quiet walks and specialized care experience.
“Fae and Joseph were amazing. We had a meet and greet a few days before Cody went for daycare with them. Their facility is beautiful! Very accommodating for all kinds of dogs. Faye and Joseph are very warm and loving toward all the dogs that are there. Faye and Joseph were great about sending pictures and videos to update me on how Cody was doing for his first time stay with them. He loved it!”

“Crystal did a wonderful job taking care of our two Australian shepherds, Aspen and Mordi. The boys were pooped by the time they got back and seemed like they had an absolute blast. Our one boy has epilepsy and needed to be pilled during their stay which occured flawlessly. We come to the area yearly and will be using Crystal again!”

“Julie was great. Offered a quick meetup to get Betsy Lou acquainted which was perfect. The next day, Betsy Lou went right up to her tail wagging. I was very comfortable leaving her with Julie. Everything in was smooth and easy, and most of all my dog loved Julie and her family!”

“Lisa saved the day and took great care of our pups. Last minute request and made our stressful situation effortless. Cant wait for the pups to go back and spend time at her beautiful house and property!”

“Jodi took great care of our 3-month-old Japanese Spitz puppy. She made sure not to put him together with dogs that may hurt him. He enjoyed playing with other dogs in her large fenced backyard.”

I grew up surrounded by large dogs—including three wonderful Labradors—as well as multiple cats. Recently, my husband, Johnny, and I moved to Marblehead, where we share our home with our two sweet cats, Ozzy and Willis. “Sheila is great! She took care of my two dogs this evening and made them feel comfortable. One of my dogs has a severe anxiety disorder so taking him for a walk is no easy feat. She handled it and got him to walk for her. I am so grateful to Sheila for this. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who needs a dog walker.”

About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life and can’t remember a time when there wasn’t a four‑legged best friend in the house. Growing up with dogs taught me the foundations of great pet care: patience, consistency, and plenty of affection. Today, I’m a proud dog dad to my pup, Ghost. He’s energetic, loyal, and always ready for an adventure. Caring for him has deepened my understanding of canine behavior and reinforced the importance of meeting each dog’s unique needs—whether that’s long walks, playtime, structure, or just a calm presence. I’m also a big cat lover! I’ve always had a soft spot for cats and genuinely enjoy their personalities—from the playful and curious to the calm and cuddly. Whether your pet is a dog, a cat, or both, I’m committed to making them feel safe, comfortable, and cared for as if they were my own. I have a full time job in Higher Ed I work from 8:30 am to 4:30 PM Mon-Fri. I can work around those hours. I also have an hour for lunch which I can use for additional walks I live by a lake so if your dog loves the water they will get plenty of that! I also have lots of walking trails nearby.

I love all the footage I receive whilst she’s with my large dog. I’m very impressed with Laura’s depth of knowledge in dog care. Also she is very humble in her personal accomplishments relating to human and animal communication and skills. I highly recommend Laura.”

About: I am a 32-year-old living in a house in Wenham (with a large backyard!) with flexible work hours. I work from home, and I'm a writer so hours are flexible, so I can take your dog for a walk whenever you need me to. I am responsible, kind, and athletic, and would love taking your dog on a long neighborhood walk, a dog park, or another location you'd prefer. I’ve been a Rover sitter for over five years, and have watched all kinds of pups! Young or old, big or small, energetic and outgoing or shy and timid… I’ve watched (and loved) them all! Being a Rover sitter is truly one of my biggest joys. As someone who loves dogs but doesn’t have one yet myself, I will truly treat your pup like my own and make sure he or she has a fantastic time away :) I am a previous pet owner myself -- growing up I had an incredibly energetic golden retriever dog, as well as a cat who lived 15 years. I also used to volunteer at the Ipswich Animal Shelter because I love all animals! I work a 9-to-5 job from home, but my role as a writer means I have limited meetings — so I have a lot of flexibility to take your pup for walks and play with him or her throughout the day. I follow the owner’s advice when it comes to how to make the animal feel safe and comfortable in my home. I ensure I am always aware of where the pup or cat is and watch them so they don’t get themselves into harm’s way, and I follow the animal’s lead when it comes to whether they want to be picked up or pet or whether they want space to explore a bit. I work full-time from home, and as a writer I have a flexible schedule to play and walk your pet throughout the day as well as on weekends. We have a house in Wenham, and I always ensure anything potentially dangerous is off the floor before a pup comes over. I also make sure they have their own space in my house on a dog bed or blanket with toys so they feel safe and welcomed.
“Danielle took such great care of our dogs while we were away! She was very communicative, sent updates during every walk, and we received plenty of pictures. Thank you so much Danielle!”

“Brooke was amazing caring for our dog Zoey while we were away. We were hesitant on which route to take to care for Zoey on our 6 day vacation. We decided on using Brooke with multiple services and she exceeded our expectations. She was in contact with us daily with photos and communication. I will most definitely be recommending her to other dog families in need.”

About: I worked at the Ipswich Animal Shelter for 6 years and have extensive experience caring for animals of all ages. I’ve always owned cats, from kittens to seniors, and am very comfortable caring for cats of all ages and temperaments! I’ve also lived with dogs throughout my life and have cared for friends’ and relatives’ pets while they were away. My experience includes walking, feeding, bathing, and administering medications for both dogs and cats when needed. I’m a huge animal lover and treat every pet like they’re my own. My goal is always to make pets feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while you’re away. I currently have open availability Monday through Friday, which gives me the flexibility to prioritize pet care throughout the week, including walks, visits, and in-home sitting. I’m also able to accommodate weekends when needed with advanced notice. I always care for pets as if they were my own and consistently follow their established routines as closely as possible! In a client’s home, I make sure feeding, walks, litter boxes, playtime, and any medications are handled on schedule, while also keeping their environment clean, calm, and comfortable. I pay close attention to each pet’s personality and needs, whether that means giving dogs plenty of exercise and enrichment or providing cats with patience, quiet time, and space to adjust at their own pace. I also prioritize communication with pet parents and provide updates so they feel confident their pets are happy, safe, and well cared for while they’re away.

“Phydeau stayed for two nights. He’s old and had much medical care involved in his stay including pills and ear care which was all attended to so well. He came home happy and well cared for. He loves going to Michael’s!”

“Olympia had a great time as always! We really appreciate their attention to her allergies - when we told the she needed filtered water they said no problem and offered to take the shared water up, which was really considerate.”

“Kathy took great care of our golden retriever! She sent pictures throughout the stay easing any worries we had leaving our beloved dog for vacation. She was responsive and kind. Thank you again! We will book again in the future.”

“We were a little nervous to leave Indy for a week, but our fears were immediately put to rest when we saw how wonderfully he was treated by Stacey and her family! Indy loved her fenced-in backyard and playing in the kiddie pool on the hot days! Indy and Stacey bonded quickly and we enjoyed the frequent updates, pictures, and videos. Most importantly, he was safe and happy and treated like family. Stacey is our new go-to pup sitter!”

“Liz was kind and gentle with my dog, Charlie. Everything about this was a good experience-she was easy to communicate with and flexible with figuring out the details. Highly recommend!”

“I’m so glad Freddi was Tommy’s sitter! She took such good care of my old guy; I could tell how much he adored her and her husband when I picked him up. It was also evident in the awesome pictures they sent me every day. Tommy had his own vacation! All in all, they were great, and I can’t thank them enough. I hope I’m able to book them again the next time I have to go somewhere without my boy. Thanks, guys!”

“Lady spent another great day with Elliott! She is always so happy when we arrive and clearly enjoys her time there. We are very grateful to be able to leave her in such good hands!”

“We left our dog with Michelle for 2 weeks and I felt so confident that she was well taken care of and loved. I am so happy we found Michelle because we will be very comfortable to use her again. She was treated like family and allowed all over the furniture. We got pictures throughout her stay. I highly recommend Michelle!”
