When we got home, the dogs were so happy, relaxed, and attached to her routine that it actually took them almost 10 minutes to realize we were back! That alone says everything about how comfortable and cared for they felt during the stay. About: I've been taking care of animals for as long as I can remember, and I have experience with dogs and cats of all kinds. I have a deep respect for all animals, including those that are shy or have special needs, and I'm committed to giving every animal the care they deserve. I'm available on most weekends and holidays. I occasionally have weekdays open as my work schedule allows. I will have Fridays available for part of the summer. When introducing myself I allow the animal to approach me first, I take things slow if they're shy or nervous. I'm familiar with dog and cat body language so I can recognize signs of stress. When walking dogs I'm always aware of my surroundings and will adjust the route if I need to.
About: While I’ve never had my own dog, I have many dogs in my life who I adore, and who adore me. Dogs always approach me in public because they can sense how much I love them! I’ll love your pup as if it’s my own! I'm a PA student and my schedule is different everyday. If you request something a week in advance, I should be able to arrange something! Whether your pup just needs a buddy to hang out with or needs to be fed/walked, I’m in! I’m respectful of your space and can do whatever you need, as long as detailed instructions are left for me. I will go above and beyond to care for your pet as if it’s my own.

About: My husband and I have a dog named Jax, he just turned 7 and is such a goofball. We have taken care of dogs for a long time now and Jax loves having friends over! Sean works from home so we are able to give your dog plenty of breaks. Our day normally consists of 2 good walks morning and night, an afternoon quick walk and potty breaks in between! We live in an apartment along Washington Square Park, so we walk the park every day! We try on days off to find trails around to get out as well!

Barbara was incredible at looking after my cat, Maggie. She was super communicative and Maggie was clearly so comfortable around her from the moment they met! Maggie takes medication twice a day so I was looking for someone I can trust and Barbara exceeded my expectations. She is excellent!

I left my dog Fiona in Sophie’s care for three full days, but I came home to a happy and calm dog. This is because Sophie provided care, attention, and fun. She spent time with Fiona and took her on long walks - Fiona’s favorite. I highly recommend Sophie and plan to use her again to care for Fiona.
