From the moment we connected, I knew they were in safe, loving hands and I could instantly tell she has a heart for animals. She went above and beyond with updates, attention to detail, and a true understanding for their needs. Once reunited with my dogs, it clearly showed that they were well taken care of - they were happy and relaxed. What makes Jenna awesome is her compassion for dogs; she told me how she wants to open up her own doggie daycare / sanctuary! How incredible is that! She radiates kindness and integrity in everything she does, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my dogs.”

About: I grew up with dogs in my family, from yorkies to german shepherds! I’ve spent hundreds of hours at animal shelters walking and caring for dogs and was a dog handler for 3 yrs. I assisted in kennel care/sanitation, received training in first aid, and basic dog training. I have two dogs of my own, german shepherd and a golden retriever/rottweiler mix. I consider them my best friends and love doing their favorite activities with them! Let me know if your dog has any favorite games or tricks they enjoy! I love meeting new dogs and helping out owners who need assistance in walking or caring for their four legged best friends! I am new to this app, please let me know if you have any questions! :) I am flexible with schedule changes and will accommodate your requests for dog sitting or walking, if there is an unexpected change to your original request, I will do my best to help you out. Currently I am not living in a house and do not have a private yard where I am able to dog sit and board pets.

16. Anessa H.
“Anessa has been our dog sitter for a year. She is reliable, trustworthy and amazing with our pets. Not only does she take the dogs out for walks, she also sits and plays with them so that they feel loved and attended to. She helps with feeding schedules as well as our cats. She has stayed at our home during long vacations so the animals have normalcy and human contact throughout the day and night. I highly recommend her for all of your pet sitting needs.”

About: I’ve been a Dog Mom for 15 years. I’ve also been entrusted to dog-sit multiple neighbors’ dogs, including a wolf/Husky hybrid named Loki; 2 “pitbull” mixes, Dicey and Scooby; and a GSD/Lab mix named Mya who has regular sleepovers at my house. I have experience giving dogs oral, drop, injectable, and subcutaneous IV medications. I take care to pay attention to the temperature outside and a dog’s needs and adjust walks accordingly (no walking on hot asphalt, make sure dogs with no undercoat are suitably dressed in cold weather, etc.). I’m a firm believer in letting dogs experience the world around them through smell, and allow them to sniff to their nose’s content on walks. If your dog is prone to pulling, please have a suitable harness available for use. (I highly recommend PetSafe EasyWalk harnesses.) NO prong, choke, or shock collars! I look forward to meeting you and your pup!! I am currently a student at NCC, so classes and schoolwork may affect my availability; however, I am generally available for walks and drop-ins every day. I always ensure that your dog’s collar/harness and leash are secure so they won’t slip out on a walk. I bring poop bags on every walk, and a water thermos and bowl on longer walks. Food, potty breaks, and medicine administration can all be given at drop-ins. I have experience giving oral medications, eye drops, injections, and sub-q IV drips to my own dogs, and can do so for yours as well with as much care and love as if they’re my own.

About: I've grown up with dogs ever since I can remember. Growing up, there were atleast three dogs living in my household. I can offer care for puppies-older dogs. I'll keep your mind at ease while you take a day/night off. Your loved one's will always be cared for as if they were my own. I will provide, love, hugs, and plenty of walks to keep them happy. I work at a hospital Monday-Friday and generally have the weekends off to care for any type of needs your dog will need. I'm an active person so your dog will come home tired. While I do not offer a fenced in yard, I do have an acre yard within a fenced in friendly community. I can leash your dog and walk them as needed and feed them based on your recommendations.
