About: I have helped take care of numerous types of animals. I help local animal shelters and local animal rehabilitation centers in and around the Poconos! I do have a full time retail job but I am always willing to help before and after work, any day of the week! Animals are good for retail therapy 🤗 I can crate, walk, feed, and love any animal that needs it. About: My family has owned a pet sitting business in Stroudsburg, called IOU Pet Care, for 15+ years. The first job I ever had was going to people’s homes and walking their pups for an hour, checking food and water bowls as well as litter boxes, or even staying the night there. For the past 15 years, since I was 15 years old, I’ve cared for almost every species of house pet you can think of, in just about every way that the owners needed. I genuinely love animals. Playing with them, training them, caring for them, it’s such a rewarding experience for both of us. I have 4 cats and 2 dogs of my own, and they make my life so much better. I’m always building cat walls and catios, new interactive toys for the dogs, and whatever else I can do to give them all the best lives they could possibly have. When working with my family’s business, it’s always been “customized pet care needs.” I plan to stick with that. I have no allergies. About: I’ve been a Dog Mom for 16 years. I’ve also been entrusted to dog-sit multiple neighbors’ dogs, including a wolf/Husky hybrid named Loki; 2 “pitbull” mixes, Dicey and Scooby; and a GSD/Lab mix named Mya who has regular sleepovers at my house. I have experience giving dogs oral, drop, injectable, and subcutaneous IV medications. I take care to pay attention to the temperature outside and a dog’s needs and adjust walks accordingly (no walking on hot asphalt, make sure dogs with no undercoat are suitably dressed in cold weather, etc.). I’m a firm believer in letting dogs experience the world around them through smell, and allow them to sniff to their nose’s content on walks. If your dog is prone to pulling, please have a suitable harness available for use. (I highly recommend PetSafe EasyWalk harnesses.) NO prong, choke, or shock collars! I look forward to meeting you and your pup!! I work from home and my hours are flexible, so I am able to arrange my work schedule around the needs of you and your dog(s)! I always ensure that your dog’s collar/harness and leash are secure so they won’t slip out on a walk. I bring poop bags on every walk, and a water thermos and bowl on longer walks. Food, potty breaks, and medicine administration can all be given at drop-ins. I have experience giving oral medications, eye drops, injections, and sub-q IV drips to my own dogs, and can do so for yours as well with as much care and love as if they’re my own.

About: I am willing to come to your home to care for any type pet - days, evenings and/or overnights in your home. I have had many different animals. I love taking dogs on walks/hikes, giving us both excercise. I have even taken a cat out on a leash for a client. I don't believe in punishment for undesireable behavior. They need positive re-enforcement. I have also fostered dogs. I have a love of all animals and tend to treat them like my "children. Pets need and want lots of care and attention which I love to give them. I enjoy taking animals on walks to give them the exercise they need as well as playing with them. No matter what your routine is you must fit you pet(s) into everything you do as they are also part of the family and deserve the care you give to your family members and children. I currently cannot take more pets into my home, but I will gladly come to you. In my clients home they get treated like royalty and I will also care for them the exact way my clients ask, especially for a special needs pet.

About: I've lived with dogs of different breeds and sizes and ages my entire life. My favorite thing is to make them feel loved by giving them the care they deserve. I am a college student trying to discover what my passion is. I love dogs and want to expose myself to this field of experience. About: My name is Gaia, and I walk dogs with my dad - Jimmy. I grew up my whole life surrounded by animals, and love caring for them big or small! I can train young pets (although I am not certified to) to do simple commands. I try my best to make your dog(s) feel safe and happy each time I see them. I take time to get to know each pet, whether they are shy, playful, or energetic 🥳 My goal is to make your pet feel safe, comfortable, and at home! I am 15 years old and a student. My schedule is somewhat flexible and I am available Monday-Thursday from 2pm-6pm. My rates can vary depending on how I need to care for your pet. I prefer to do drop in visits in YOUR house, I have a big dog that may not be friendly with other dogs 🙃 I’ve had dogs, cats, hamsters, and bearded dragons growing up. I am a volunteer at a wildlife rescue center and can care for any animal very well! I can feed, walk, or let your pet out for a quick break if needed.

About: I’ve been taking care of animals since I was a child. My parents owned 10 acres and I helped care for dogs, pigs, rabbits, birds, sheep, goats and more. I currently own a four year-old golden retriever who I have trained since a puppy, and I am currently beginning training for him to become a Therapy dog so he can bring joy to others, as much as, he’s brought to me. I have been a physical therapist assistant for over 15 years and I am looking to focus more on my family who is getting older and the more important things in life. I’m also looking to find a new path with animals, which is why I am available daily with notice to ensure there is comfort for myself, my dog and for you and your pet as well! I have a 2 1/2 acre yard, it is not fenced so I would need to know if your dog needs to be on a leash or is trained to stay by command. My dog Oakley is four years old, trained by commands and is extremely friendly and has never had any problems with another dog. I sadly cannot take cats because he is scared of them. I am home 24/7, so I am able to be there for all their care, especially if younger and needing to be let out more often or if older and need medicine given at certain times. I have a crate if needed that could be used for small, medium or large breeds.
