About: My family has owned a pet sitting business in Stroudsburg, called IOU Pet Care, for 15+ years. The first job I ever had was going to people’s homes and walking their pups for an hour, checking food and water bowls as well as litter boxes, or even staying the night there. For the past 15 years, since I was 15 years old, I’ve cared for almost every species of house pet you can think of, in just about every way that the owners needed. I genuinely love animals. Playing with them, training them, caring for them, it’s such a rewarding experience for both of us. I have 4 cats and 2 dogs of my own, and they make my life so much better. I’m always building cat walls and catios, new interactive toys for the dogs, and whatever else I can do to give them all the best lives they could possibly have. When working with my family’s business, it’s always been “customized pet care needs.” I plan to stick with that. I have no allergies. I’ve cared for all ages and sizes of cats, dogs, fish, birds, hamsters, and probably a few other species that aren’t coming to mind at the moment. I can walk, hike, run, feed, clean up after, and administer some medication to a vast majority of your pets. Let me know what you’re looking for, and as long as I can do it, I will!

About: I have helped take care of numerous types of animals. I help local animal shelters and local animal rehabilitation centers in and around the Poconos! I do have a full time retail job but I am always willing to help before and after work, any day of the week! Animals are good for retail therapy 🤗 I can crate, walk, feed, and love any animal that needs it. About: I’ve been a Dog Mom for 16 years. I’ve also been entrusted to dog-sit multiple neighbors’ dogs, including a wolf/Husky hybrid named Loki; 2 “pitbull” mixes, Dicey and Scooby; and a GSD/Lab mix named Mya who has regular sleepovers at my house. I have experience giving dogs oral, drop, injectable, and subcutaneous IV medications. I take care to pay attention to the temperature outside and a dog’s needs and adjust walks accordingly (no walking on hot asphalt, make sure dogs with no undercoat are suitably dressed in cold weather, etc.). I’m a firm believer in letting dogs experience the world around them through smell, and allow them to sniff to their nose’s content on walks. If your dog is prone to pulling, please have a suitable harness available for use. (I highly recommend PetSafe EasyWalk harnesses.) NO prong, choke, or shock collars! I look forward to meeting you and your pup!! I work from home and my hours are flexible, so I am able to arrange my work schedule around the needs of you and your dog(s)! I always ensure that your dog’s collar/harness and leash are secure so they won’t slip out on a walk. I bring poop bags on every walk, and a water thermos and bowl on longer walks. Food, potty breaks, and medicine administration can all be given at drop-ins. I have experience giving oral medications, eye drops, injections, and sub-q IV drips to my own dogs, and can do so for yours as well with as much care and love as if they’re my own.

About: I currently work at a veterinary clinic. I have been around all kinds of animals all my life. Currently I have a dog (Jaxson), 4 cats (Ozcar, Jazabel, Joey, and Dustin), a bearded dragon (Dreki), and a horse (Andy). I have been riding horses for most of my life. I have volunteered and worked for many different animal groups. I have also founded a nonprofit animal rescue. I am off every Sunday and alternating Saturdays. I am available fir drop ins most evenings any time after 6pm and Wednesdays any time after 3pm. I will provide a loving and patient environment for your pet. My years of experience have shown me the good, the bad, and the ugly when it comes to animals, so I can handle anything. I can also offer assistance in training, medicating, and grooming.

About: I am currently a manger at PetSmart going on 6 years. Looking to expand my animal experience. From exotic animals to cats and dogs. Very comfortable around all size dogs, already work full time so schedule is flexible. The animals that I own are, two female cats, two-dogs, a pit mix and a schnauzer, bearded dragon, leopard gecko, crested gecko, hamster and pet rat. Has knowledge of animal behavior and nutrition and understands diet restrictions and feeding schedules. I would like to share my knowledge in my spare time and gain more experience in animal care. Also with my knowledge of exotic animals. As I said I do work full time and schedule is flexible and always shifting, so I can do early mornings. Or late afternoon. 🙂 I am working full time. willing and able to work around my schedule. mornings after work and breaks as well. I can handle all sizes of pets. I have a full room just for my animals. i have two cats, two guinea pigs. 4 reptiles and a fish. I am very comfortable about any size dog.

About: I’ve been taking care of animals since I was a child. My parents owned 10 acres and I helped care for dogs, pigs, rabbits, birds, sheep, goats and more. I currently own a four year-old golden retriever who I have trained since a puppy, and I am currently beginning training for him to become a Therapy dog so he can bring joy to others, as much as, he’s brought to me. I have been a physical therapist assistant for over 15 years and I am looking to focus more on my family who is getting older and the more important things in life. I’m also looking to find a new path with animals, which is why I am available daily with notice to ensure there is comfort for myself, my dog and for you and your pet as well! I have a 2 1/2 acre yard, it is not fenced so I would need to know if your dog needs to be on a leash or is trained to stay by command. My dog Oakley is four years old, trained by commands and is extremely friendly and has never had any problems with another dog. I sadly cannot take cats because he is scared of them. I am home 24/7, so I am able to be there for all their care, especially if younger and needing to be let out more often or if older and need medicine given at certain times. I have a crate if needed that could be used for small, medium or large breeds.

About: I stay at home all day to provide care for your pet(s) and provide them as much love and care as they receive at home. I stay home everyday with my 3 year old daughter. I have 2 dogs and a cat that all get along. I’m able to provide plenty of potty breaks and walks. I have a fenced in yard with room to run around and play with shade and water. Inside the home pets are allowed on the furniture and beds for plenty of cuddles.
