Joann and Angelina made this difficult thing to do so much easier! Joann texted me throughout the day and even sent me some pictures to assure me that he was okay. Oh and their dog Remi is such a sweet boy and loves people and was so good with accepting my dog as well. Our day went longer than we expected and Joann and Angelina were willing to help out longer than expected. Melissa and Angel are so amazing! They did a fabulous job at looking after my sweet girl and sent me lots of updates with pictures and videos. She looked so comfy and cozy. She had a blast! My girl had an ear infection at the time of boarding as well and they did very well making sure to stay on her medication schedule. She was very calm and not agitated at all coming back from her stay. We had a huge hiccup with car troubles and needed to extend her stay 2 more nights. Melissa and Angel made me feel so comfortable and assured me that everything would be okay when extending the times. They worked with me the entire time! Sosa enjoyed his stay. I was nervous leaving Sosa for his 1st time but Cristel took amazing care of him sending messages and pics daily a couple times a day and with those I could see he was relaxed and enjoyed his time. We definitely will book Cristel for our next vacation.
