About: I have always had pets my whole life.furry friends mean the world to me.it is good to have someone who truly cares when you can't be there yourself. I work another job part time so I am flexible. I have 2 fur babies of my own, a shepherd and a little mix. I have an acre of property, long dog leads , leashes and all the equipment to host at my home as well. About: I’ve been a Dog Mom for 16 years. I’ve also been entrusted to dog-sit multiple neighbors’ dogs, including a wolf/Husky hybrid named Loki; 2 “pitbull” mixes, Dicey and Scooby; and a GSD/Lab mix named Mya who has regular sleepovers at my house. I have experience giving dogs oral, drop, injectable, and subcutaneous IV medications. I take care to pay attention to the temperature outside and a dog’s needs and adjust walks accordingly (no walking on hot asphalt, make sure dogs with no undercoat are suitably dressed in cold weather, etc.). I’m a firm believer in letting dogs experience the world around them through smell, and allow them to sniff to their nose’s content on walks. If your dog is prone to pulling, please have a suitable harness available for use. (I highly recommend PetSafe EasyWalk harnesses.) NO prong, choke, or shock collars! I look forward to meeting you and your pup!! I work from home and my hours are flexible, so I am able to arrange my work schedule around the needs of you and your dog(s)! I always ensure that your dog’s collar/harness and leash are secure so they won’t slip out on a walk. I bring poop bags on every walk, and a water thermos and bowl on longer walks. Food, potty breaks, and medicine administration can all be given at drop-ins. I have experience giving oral medications, eye drops, injections, and sub-q IV drips to my own dogs, and can do so for yours as well with as much care and love as if they’re my own.

About: My name is Gaia, and I walk dogs with my dad - Jimmy. I grew up my whole life surrounded by animals, and love caring for them big or small! I can train young pets (although I am not certified to) to do simple commands. I try my best to make your dog(s) feel safe and happy each time I see them. About: I am willing to come to your home to care for any type pet - days, evenings and/or overnights in your home. I have had many different animals. I love taking dogs on walks/hikes, giving us both excercise. I have even taken a cat out on a leash for a client. I don't believe in punishment for undesireable behavior. They need positive re-enforcement. I have also fostered dogs. I have a love of all animals and tend to treat them like my "children. Pets need and want lots of care and attention which I love to give them. I enjoy taking animals on walks to give them the exercise they need as well as playing with them. No matter what your routine is you must fit you pet(s) into everything you do as they are also part of the family and deserve the care you give to your family members and children. I currently cannot take more pets into my home, but I will gladly come to you. In my clients home they get treated like royalty and I will also care for them the exact way my clients ask, especially for a special needs pet.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
