About: I’ve always had a love for dogs, and before I moved to America we owned two amazing high energetic dogs. I loved taking them on walks and letting them explore the environment. I will ensure your dog is having as much fun as I will on his/her walk. I like getting exercise through walking so your dog will be getting plenty of it. I have really enjoyed having Shanon coming to walk my big boy. My big boy is a rescue and is not great with new people. At 140 pounds he can be very intimidating to others. We need someone to watch our dogs for a long trip this year which will require work and time to build a relationship. Shanon is very intuitive to my dogs need to build a relationship slowly. She doesn't react to him the way most would and genuinely takes clues from him. Ive been so worried to try and have him build a relationship with someone and I dont think I could have gotten anyone better. She does rush him or force him to be near her and he is very quickly getting comfortable with her which is something I wasnt expecting to happen so soon. I can not rave enough about her natural intuition and willingness to work with us, its been a perfect fit and I know our dogs will be just fine with her for an extended period of time in a few months!

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
