About: I have always had pets my whole life.furry friends mean the world to me.it is good to have someone who truly cares when you can't be there yourself. I work another job part time so I am flexible. I have 2 fur babies of my own, a shepherd and a little mix. I have an acre of property, long dog leads , leashes and all the equipment to host at my home as well. I'm set up to take care of other people's dogs at my home.Because I babysit my aunt's dog and I used to babysit my neighbor's dog as well.So my house is totally pet friendly

About: My family has owned a pet sitting business in Stroudsburg, called IOU Pet Care, for 15+ years. The first job I ever had was going to people’s homes and walking their pups for an hour, checking food and water bowls as well as litter boxes, or even staying the night there. For the past 15 years, since I was 15 years old, I’ve cared for almost every species of house pet you can think of, in just about every way that the owners needed. I genuinely love animals. Playing with them, training them, caring for them, it’s such a rewarding experience for both of us. I have 4 cats and 2 dogs of my own, and they make my life so much better. I’m always building cat walls and catios, new interactive toys for the dogs, and whatever else I can do to give them all the best lives they could possibly have. When working with my family’s business, it’s always been “customized pet care needs.” I plan to stick with that. I have no allergies. I’ve cared for all ages and sizes of cats, dogs, fish, birds, hamsters, and probably a few other species that aren’t coming to mind at the moment. About: Hi! My name is Brooke, I’m 24 and a dog mom to my Zeusy man for almost 7 years and have had dogs my whole life. Currently just trying to make some extra money on my off days and figured this would be good route to go! I’m experienced in all dog behavior and can handle reactive and/or aggressive dogs as well! sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
