This was our first time with a sitter and we could not have imagined a better experience! Jalisa was so kind and friendly she treated our pup like her own, and was so communicative throughout her whole stay! She sent so many great pictures, took her on multiple walks throughout the day, and was so interactive with our pup! As soon as we brought her, she was immediately comfortable with Jalisa and her lovely family. Our dog has stomach issues and can only eat certain foods and Jalisa was very attentive to her needs. Jalisa was also able to do grooming for her during the stay and our princess looks so good and smells super fresh! Will absolutley be bringing our girl back any time we need a sitter and for grooming as well! If you are looking for a sitter I absolutley recommend scheduling with Jalisa, truly such a positive experience!
From the moment we met Kajal, her family, and her sweet dog Nala, we knew Toby was going to be in the best hands. She was incredibly attentive, caring, and proactive throughout the entire stay — sending regular updates, photos, and check-ins that gave us so much peace of mind while we were out of the country. What truly sets Kajal apart is how naturally she treats every dog like family. Toby has had sitters before, but we have never seen him this relaxed, happy, and at ease with anyone outside of home. He fit right in with Kajal's family and Nala, and honestly? He almost seemed a little sad to come back — which, as a pet parent, is the highest compliment you can give a sitter. It is incredibly rare to find someone who matches the love and care you pour into your own dog, and Kajal does exactly that. Toby is more than a pet to us he's family — and she treated him no differently. I would recommend Kajal without a single hesitation, not just for Toby, but for any dog lucky enough to stay with her. Shreena took amazing care of Omy again! This time Omy stayed with her for an entire month, and everything was perfect. She treated him like her own, kept him happy and comfortable, and gave regular updates. At the end, she even gave him a bath which was such a nice touch — he came back super clean and fresh. Overall, we were very happy and will definitely book with her again!
