About: I've always loved all animals since I was a kid but have a special affinity for dogs and cats. I lost my sweet pup, Ewan, in 2019 to Hemangiocarcoma (a blood cancer) and to this day I still mourn him and can feel his presence in my life. I also lost my dear cat, Figaro, last year to natural old age causes. I'm a very good dog and cat dad and miss them terribly. In the past few years, so many friends and family have asked me to pet sit their fur babies and they always remark that they know their dog or cat is in the best possible hands with me. That they can actually relax on their trip because of how responsible and devoted I am to their pets and how much their pets adore me. Everyone has been encouraging me to sign up for Rover and now I'm finally doing it! I honestly believe Ewan and Figaro guided me here in their own way to spend time with your beloved kiddos. I look forward to getting to meet you and your pets! I work remotely from home as a story consultant and my longest sessions are around 2 hours, so I have most of the day to hang out with your fur baby! If your pet is staying at my place, they'll most likely hang out with me in the large loft area where I work. So they won't be left alone (unless they're the type that needs their space!) The minute they tell me they need to go out for a walk or really just need attention, I'm all theirs. If they're used to taking naps or sleeping on the bed at night, that also is fine by me! :) If I'm at your place, of course I'll abide by your exact rules for them. I follow instructions well and provide plenty of photo updates so you can relax and know your fur baby is in good hands!

About: I've always loved cats and finally adopted my own kitty, Figaro, from a rescue, in 2008. He had a true royal presence, a huge personality and I miss him dearly. He passed last year and since then I've had the pleasure of cat-sitting for friends and family and have so loved my time with all of them. I let cats come to me, I don't force the relationship. I understand they need their space and time to suss me out. Then within a day or two they almost always start to ask for my attention and by the third day, even the most aloof are cuddling next to me or on my lap. About: Book with me. To ensure you have the best sitter for your pup, I provide a safe, warming, calm, fun environment when booked for an overnight stay at my place. Constant walks throughout the day. Always keep about two bowls of water around the house and provide daily morning exercise routines (my morning walks/jogs). I do recommend clients/parents to provide food and treats for dogs and keep me aware of any allergies or habits the pup has. I have no problem buying treats or toys as long as it’s okay with the client/parent. This also goes for traveling to clients/parents homes.

About: I brought my rescue dog, mochi, home when I was 11, and raised him till he was 18! Mochi gave me lots of experience of how to properly care for a senior dog. Ever since he passed away, I’ve been taking care of my friend’s dogs and cats. About: I grew up with dogs and helped raise two litters of bernese mountain dog puppies. Six years ago, I adopted my own dog, Harley, who is a vizsla/catahoula leopard dog mix. “This was a 2 weeks stay, as we were flying abroad. Charlene always gave us updates, sent pictures, said if she ate or not, our dog was clearly taken care of. “Michael is friendly and very responsive. He is really good with Mischa, who usually does not like to be around men. He took her on several walks a day and sent many pictures throughout the day. Mischa was living her best life. She's been moping around the house since she came home because I don't give her as much attention and walks throughout the day. I would definitely recommend Michael and have him dog sit Mischa again.”
“If we could give William 10 stars we would. Our Frenchie Rosie is a handful. She's a VELCRO dog that loves attention and needs to be by your side 24/7. She even got to sleep on "Uncle Bills" bed. He has a lot a patience. His dog Whiskey is extremely friendly, as well as the other dog in his care. There's a lot of room inside and out. Rosie came home happy, healthy and exhausted from her first 3 day vacation. We looking forward to seeing him again.”
“Yanina, and her family treated her like she was already part of their family. They were especially understanding when we had to drop our dog off later than our initial time. She sent us pics during our vacation and updated us. I was relieved that they had a fenced in yard because dalmations love to run. We picked up our fur baby in great shape.
