About: I have taken care of my own pets and barn animals for 10+ years. My family and friends have relied me to feed, care for, walk, and play with their animals. I love dogs and cats, and have always been used to having them around. I am a full-time graduate student with a part-time job. That being said, I have time throughout the day, every morning, and every evening to stop by and play with your animals! I also have weekend availability. Since I currently do not own my own home and rent from a local in Burlington, I do not have in-home space to host and/or board dogs or cats.

About: I have taken care of dogs ever since I was a child- my dad rescued my dog, rosie, when I was 9 years old. I know all of the responsibilities that come with raising a furry friend, and I will gladly face any challenges in order to improve my skills and service. I am honored to work alongside you, as well as your dog. I work part-time, as I attend high school. I am avaliable 5-7am and 4-12pm on weeknights. I am also avaliable to spend the night, too. I care for dogs, as cats are not yet in my field of experience. I am able to run, walk, feed, love and give attention to your fur babies as needed. In addition, I am prepared for any mess and will always leave the house tidied and cleaned up.

About: Hi, my name's Isabelle! I grew up with two huskies, one mix and one full-bred rescue. Walking two huskies at once is something I learned to do, and while it wasn't easy, it was definitely rewarding! I currently have one cat of my own and help care for my father-in-law's cat, too. I miss having dogs so much that I decided to get into the dog-walking business. I would like to emphasize that I do NOT have formal training, just some experience with owning large dogs. If you want someone that'll drop in for play-time with your pups, or to take them on a good, long walk, I'm here to help! Cats also welcome! I am interested in helping local pet-owners take care of their critters, and my schedule is wide open. Please contact me a week or so in advance and we can plan your pet's care. I can drop in to play with your pet, or I can walk them. When I first meet any animal, I give them space to greet me on their terms, get my smell, and get comfortable before I move forward with any playtime or putting on a leash. I am careful to study their body language to make sure they are comfortable with me in their space. Even the friendliest dogs need a second to make a friend!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs of all sizes and temperaments since I was 13. I have experience in petsitting through family, friends and neighbors. Animals have always been in my life and their needs adjust my daily life. I’m currently a university student who is studying computer science. So a lot of my homework/ assignments are done on a computer meaning I’m home for most of the day! I have lots of extra time to interact/ have fun with a pet at home :) Walking: I provide long and stimulating walks with lots of sniffing, playing and exercise. Drop ins: I really enjoy these! About: I've had pets my entire life, so as soon as I was old enough, I started dog sitting and walking. I love animals of all kind and can't wait to meet yours! The following is my technical experience in the field: Maggie (my own dog): Maggie was the third dog I've ever had and the first of which I was able to truly help with. We got her when she was a puppy and she's a Vizsla so she has always had boundless energy. I helped with her training when she was a puppy and she's pulled the leash her whole life so I have experience with that as well. Again, she has always been extremely energetic. In sum, Maggie has helped me learn how to: - Care for a puppy - Walk a dog that pulls - Entertain a dog with boundless energy Kona My professional experience with dog walking and sitting was with an elder dog named Kona. I worked with him for just about 4 years part time. Kona had two parents who both worked full time jobs and had a horse at another location so I would go over when they were gone all day and spend time with him, take him on short walks, and occasionally to the dog park. Kona really helped me to understand the intricacies of working with an elder dog, and although he's gone now, I think about the time I spent with him regularly. Kona helped me learn how to: - Care for an elder dog - Stimulate a dog with limited ability _ Read a dogs body language and have patience with them I am currently in full time school and not working in a formal setting. I am unavailable most mid-days however I'm completely free on the weekends. The following is a schedule of my open availability: Monday: 6:00am-9:00am and 3:00pm to 10:00pm Tuesday: 6:00am-11:00am and 3:00pm to 10:00pm Wednesday: 6:00am-9:00am and 3:00pm to 10:00pm Thursday: 6:00am-11:00am and 3:00pm to 10:00pm Friday: 6:00am-9:00am and 3:00pm to 10:00pm Saturday: 6:00am-10:00pm Sunday: 6:00am-10:00pm As a pre-note, I wanted to say that I have an official work resume with references if you would like to see that before we meet in person. Dog Walking I do not have any supplies of my own however I have used many different types of leash and harness in the past. I am physically able and comfortable walking long or short distances at varying paces. On longer walks, I will carry water and dog bags with my the entire time. Pet Sitting I will maintain your pets schedule and follow any guidelines of being in your space. I do not offer dog sitting in my home as I live in a building with three other people, I would be more than happy to watch your dog in your home. I am open to meeting your dog with you there before the official sitting date as I know some dogs are sensitive to new people. I am comfortable feeding and entertaining your pup as I have been around dogs my entire life. I will also be aware of any emergency contact information that would be necessary in an emergency. House Sitting I will ensure the home is secure, and perform basic tasks like collecting mail, watering plants, and maintaining cleanliness. I understand that I will be in your space and am open to following any rules you might have for your home.
