She sent a few thoughtful updates during the visit, including pictures, and it was clear they were both enjoying their time together. I also appreciated that she was very mindful of why I was out of the house and timed her updates so they wouldn’t interfere. Over the last 2 years, I’ve also gained experience caring for dogs through pet sitting for friends and family members. My experience includes feeding schedules, fresh water, litter box cleaning, potty breaks, walks, playtime, and making sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. I truly enjoy being around animals and understand how important it is to trust the person caring for your pets. I clock in at 7:30am & finish between 2:30-3:30pm depending on the week. If you’d like my services anywhere between those times, I’d just need 5 days to a week’s notice prior to booking. Always free Saturday & Sundays. I make sure to ask numerous questions during meet & greets, that way I follow all care instructions exactly! I keep the environment clean, and make sure doors and windows are secured at all times. I also keep a close eye on every pet in case of any changes in behavior/health and provide regular updates with photos and videos

We have a fenced in backyard with plenty of space for your dogs to play and run. When walking dogs, I use a standard leash, in addition to a hands-free waist leash, to ensure your pup stays safe.

“I can't say enough great things about Katie! I have a skeptical Border Collie that doesn't embrace most until after she's been around them. However, Molly fell in love with Katie the second she walked in the door! I was never the type to have a total stranger stay at my home when I wasn't there; however, was desperate this past summer. I felt totally at ease having Katie there and when she told me she was leaving our interview to practice the med routine with a family that had numerous dogs that she'd be taking care of the following week and wanted to be sure she had it down; that sealed the deal. This was something Katie did on her own time, using her own gas to be sure that she'd do a great job while the family went away. I've used her again since and have such peace of mind when I need to go anywhere overnight now. We love her!!!!”

About: I have had dogs my entire life and developed a genuine love for animals from an early age. I have sat and taken care of friends’ and families' pets over the years. While in high school my mother and I fostered dogs while they waited to be adopted. In addition, I spent 2.5 years working at a locally owned pet store, where I gained hands-on experience with pet care, behavior, and nutrition. I am widely available during the week besides scheduled appointments, errands, and housework. I have reliable transportation and keep an organized schedule so there is no overlap. Each animal should feel safe in their home while their owner is away, so I work calmly and patiently to earn their trust through my actions. Your dog should know I am there for their well-being, including all the good things like snuggling, playing, and tail wags. I treat each client's home with the kindness and respect I would want in return if the roles were reversed. I follow all instructions and information provided to the best of my ability, and your dog will receive plenty of love in the process.

“Bridget was awesome. My pets regular sitter cancelled last minute. The was her first time sitting for my dog Ruben and Bridget stepped in the last minute. She took excellent care of Ruben. She gave me daily updates, pictures and videos. I felt very comfortable leaving Ruben in her care. Within a day, Ruben was following her around every where and they seemed like good buddies.
