I’m Simone, and animals have been my entire life’s work. 🐾 I offer drop-in visits for dogs and cats of all breeds and ages, as well as dog walking, and I treat every animal as if they were my own. While I don’t do overnight stays or boarding, I’m here to make sure your pets are safe, happy, and cared for right in their own home. I’ve worked with nearly every kind of animal. I previously worked in the ER and ICU as a vet assistant at an emergency hospital, and I’m currently completing my dog and cat CPR certification. I’m also fully comfortable giving medications or following any special care routines. On top of that, I have a 501(c)(3) nonprofit animal rescue located in Brazil that cares for over 200 animals, including dog and cats. About: I have had a total of 3 dogs as siblings, since I was a baby. A chihuahua, black lab, and a German Shepard/Rottweiler mix. I turned from just a dog lover to also a cat lover when I got my son, Theo, as a kitten. He’s 2 now and a sweet, silly boy. There’s also 3 other cats where I live and they attach to me like Velcro. I’ve had a lot of experience with taking care of others people’s animals (mostly dogs and cats) while their owners were out of town. I’ve done drop-ins, as well as staying overnight at their homes. In total, I’ve taken care of over 30 people dogs and 15 cats. I fall in love with just about every dog and cat I see and I have always done a great job at taking care of them and showing them love. I continuously increase my experience in taking care of animals and I thoroughly enjoy it! I do have a 7 month old but I’m happy to do drop ins when I can. Depending on what day of the week and the time of day, I’d either take her with me or leave her home with her dad or grandma. I want them to feel 100% at home in any way i possibly can. About: I have worked at an animal hospital for 5 years total where I learned how to train dogs from Kathy Sadao who used to train the wales to relinquish the bombs for the Navy. I have owned large and XL breed dogs my whole life as well. I will treat your dog like a human child as they will be allowed on my furniture, my bed, and probably my kids beds as well. I have a little over 10 acres for them to play on. We are starting a small farm style residents and would love to shower your fur babies with love and attention. Since starting Rover, 90% of my clients are returning, and become part of our family as well. I have trained people’s dogs in the time I have had them along with help manage dogs anxiety’s to different things. I helped a water aggressive dog become no longer water aggressive. A dog who pulled on a leash so hard you couldn’t walk him to now, my 6 year old son walks him with no worries. My routine is very flexible which allows me to accommodate your pet’s routine. I have a 2 and a 7 year old Pekingese and enjoy playing fetch on the expansive grassy lawn. During cold and rainy days, we stay inside and play and relax. They both love to play with dogs of any age and size! However, I don’t take puppies that are yet too young to be vaccinated. This is for the protection of your puppy, as well as the dogs that are under my care. ***All dogs must be fully up to date on vaccinations and current on preventative care such as flea medication. About: I’ve been involved in animal care for over 10 years, my first job ever at 16 was at a dog boarding facility and I currently work as a veterinary assistant. I am well versed in caring for all age stages and all breeds. I’m able to medicate pets if needed by their owners as well. I currently work part time at an animal hospital and would be available Monday- Wednesday, between 8 am and 2 pm for walks or drop - in visits. Safety is the number one priority, whether I’m walking pets on leash in public access areas or having a play date in a clients home, I will always ensure doors and gates are closed and I will always be vigilant when out on walks. Ensuring leashes, collars, or harnesses are on correctly before every walk will always be a priority.

I can administer medication which included giving injections, oral medication, and pills. About: I’ve been working with dogs and all other animals my whole life and am currently going to school for Veterinary Technician. Many people have relied on me to help with their pets needs.
