About: I worked at an animal shelter for a 4 years- fostering litters of puppies and older dogs at my home. I’m currently studying Animal Behavior & Digital Cinematography through online classes; I am a Certified Vet Assistant. I have 2 friendly active dogs of my own as well! I currently work at a rescue part-time, so I have experience with all breeds from all types of backgrounds! From anxious dogs to the high energy goofball’s I can handle it. I’m currently a part-time student and part time employee at a boarding facility. I go on runs, walks and hikes and would love to bring your pet for a stroll. I am also able to just hang out and spend quality time with your pup or cat if they have separation anxiety. I have a fenced yard and pool. If your animal needs to be kenneled, a crate will need to be provided. Three people in total live in my household, so someone will always be present to keep an eye on everything. Feeding will be done separate as a safety precaution and playtimes with my personal dogs will be monitored. I treat every animal as though they are my own; furbabies are exactly as the name suggests- babies!!

I’ve had animals such as goats, dogs, ducks you name it since I was little! I can’t wait to meet you and your fur babies! I have a year and a half German shepherd who has very high energy so we spend most of our time in the yard playing fetch and going on walks My German shepherd requires a lot of walks and running through out the day it makes for a very fun day especially to see her so happy! Pets aren’t left alone for long, except when I’m at school for a few hours. I’m used to managing multiple pets at once by keeping a close eye on everyone and giving each animal their own space when needed. My home is very clean, and I constantly sweep, mop, and vacuum. Overall, I make sure pets are happy, safe, and comfortable, and I treat them as part of my family giving lots of love, attention, and care every day.

About: I’ve had a dog since I was a little kid. I also have watched dogs for my friends. My two oldest daughters head off to college this August. My youngest daughter, she will be 12 in September, loves all animals, but especially dogs. I am looking for a way to have more dogs in our house for my daughter to play with. We have one dog, Marley. However, my mom lives next door and she has two dogs, Daisy and Zoe. They visit often. But when we are watching other dogs, they will not visit. Our goal is to provide a fun, safe environment for your pup while you are away. I am able to watch your fury family member any weekend during the school year or June/July over the summer. I am not available: July 6-9 After July 30, I am back at school. I am available to watch your fury family member Friday (after 3:30) until Sunday evening (anytime.) I have a pool for them to swim in and and fully fenced in area around my house. I have about 40 acres we can take leashed walks on if you would like. We do have a few cows and a horse on the extended acreage. My lab/beagle mix loves to play with dogs. She plays well with both small and large dogs.

For instance, I have a diabetic senior pug Violet, who is also blind, and Amber is very accommodating in assisting her with getting around the house, and administering her medicines as needed.
We absolutely LOVE Christiana! She is reliable, trustworthy, and takes such amazing care of Yoda. It gives us so much peace of mind knowing he is with someone who genuinely cares about him and treats him like her own. I cannot recommend Ashlei highly enough! She did drop-in visits for my two cats over a long weekend, and she provided amazing care. Both of my cats have medical needs (one needs eye drops and the other needed pills mixed into her food) and Ashlei handled their regimens perfectly, including navigating our sneaky, picky eaters! Her daily reports were detailed and reassuring, and I looked forward to reading them knowing that my kitties were in her capable hands. Ashlei is professional, highly attentive to instructions, and clearly loves cats! She gave us the priceless gift of total peace of mind while we were away, and we will absolutely be booking with her again!

sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
