I'm a helicopter dog owner, my dogs are spoiled rotten and I rarely let them out of my care unless my normal dog sitter of 10 years can watch them. About: I’ve had a dog since I was a little kid. I also have watched dogs for my friends. My two oldest daughters head off to college this August. My youngest daughter, she will be 12 in September, loves all animals, but especially dogs. I am looking for a way to have more dogs in our house for my daughter to play with. We have one dog, Marley. However, my mom lives next door and she has two dogs, Daisy and Zoe. They visit often. But when we are watching other dogs, they will not visit. Our goal is to provide a fun, safe environment for your pup while you are away. I am able to watch your fury family member any weekend during the school year or June/July over the summer. I am not available: July 6-9 After July 30, I am back at school. I am available to watch your fury family member Friday (after 3:30) until Sunday evening (anytime.) I have a pool for them to swim in and and fully fenced in area around my house. I have about 40 acres we can take leashed walks on if you would like. We do have a few cows and a horse on the extended acreage. My lab/beagle mix loves to play with dogs. She plays well with both small and large dogs.

About: I grew up on a farm where I cared for a wide variety of dogs and other farm animals. Over the years I’ve looked after many different breeds — from German Shepherds and Rottweilers to Pit Bulls and Pugs — for both my own family and friends. I’ve raised my own German Shepherd and Chocolate Lab from puppies, so I’m very comfortable with puppy training, socialization, and all the energy (and occasional chaos) that comes with it. I truly understand how unique each dog’s personality can be and I love tailoring my care to what each pup needs. I just moved to the area of Lakeland, and while I’m looking for a more permanent job I work part time remotely and on my own schedule, although I do have an obligation to pick up/drop off my significant other at work at 6-630am and at 5-530pm. While caring for your dog, I stay fully attentive — going on engaging walks, playing, feeding on schedule, and giving plenty of love and affection. About: I’ve had dogs in my house for my entire life. Seriously, not a single day without a dog! I currently have 2 mini dachshunds, which if you know, can be known as one of the trickiest breeds. They are my babies, and they’ve inspired me to use my love of animals for good! I also have experience volunteering at the SPCA, caring for both small and large breeds. I work from home and have opportunities throughout the day to use my time for animal care. I live in a highly residential area that puts me very close to a lot of homes who may need care. We do have a few cows and a horse on the extended acreage. My lab/beagle mix loves to play with dogs. She plays well with both small and large dogs.

Before I moved, I provided both drop in and boarding services. At this time, I can only do drop ins. I have subscription to Bark Box and a HUGE basket filled to the brim with toys. We keep plenty of blankets and beds around the home. We have a large sectional that we lounge on and a fully fenced in yard. We also have an exercise pen as well as the following sizes of crates on hand: two large, one extra large, and one small. Let us know what arrangements you have in your home so we can best emulate them. We also have baby gates set up to keep pets separate if necessary, and still allows for free roam in a portion of the house.

I'm a helicopter dog owner, my dogs are spoiled rotten and I rarely let them out of my care unless my normal dog sitter of 10 years can watch them.
