About: Hello! I love animals and I’ve worked with them professionally for over a year at an animal shelter and more at a boarding facility. I have had animals and dogs all my life, from big dogs (like my current 2 year old yellow Labrador Retriever), energetic boxers, to small mixed chihuahuas. Also mostly every other critter like birds, ferrets, hamsters, fish, snakes, chinchillas, lizards, etc. But not bugs. I’ve raised dogs from puppies, potty trained, crate trained, and have completed my 7th dog obedience training class with my current dog. Neighbors and family have relied on me to care for their pets for weeks at a time. I’m currently a stay at home mom. I am a wife, home-maker, and dog mom and have open availability anytime during the week and weekend. I have been professionally trained in cat and dog behavior/care at a shelter and a boarding facility. I am also professionally trained in dog health from the medical clinic in the shelter. I will take care of your animals however they need!

About: I used to work for farmville Va animal shelter for two years,I worked for a private dog boarding center for a year, and I used to have a small business for a year in Farmville Va for pet sitting. I adore and love animals with all my heart, growing up wasn’t easy but having a friendly face such as a pet made it a lot easier. I rescued my hound, Mrs Eve and she has been the best blessing I could ask for. I found her on the side of the road super sick and could barely walk, so I took her to the shelter and adopted her on Christmas Eve! She is up to date with all of her shots and is in very good health! When I found her they believed she was 6-7 weeks old but she was actually 6 months old but was super sick from parasites eating her from inside-out, now she is four years old and living her best life! When I pet sit, I treat the animals as my own! I enjoy being the only sitter with the animals, as I love their love and affection! I am a full caretaker of my dog as well! I work on the weekends so my week days are usually free! Me and my husband have a routine with our dog so we walk her before heading to work and as soon as we get home we walk her as well. She does have food down throughout the day but usually only eats if we are home from work as she sleeps all day! We play with her and her mountain of toys when we come home from work. We do trails/beach walk with her on days we are not busy or working as she deserves to have adventures as well! She sometimes sees our neighbors Dog outside so we allow them two to play together for a little before returning inside! I only have my hound dog Mrs Eve and she stays indoors as we live in an apartment but me and my husband goes on trails with her,take her outside a lot throughout the day and when we aren’t home we have a Roku camera watching her to make sure she is safe! Our neighbor has our number incase of any danger to the building because we would drop anything for the safety of our child (our dog Eve)!

About: I've taken care of pets from dogs to lizards since I was 12, and have been doing drop-ins and house-sitting for family, friends, and my community for as long as I've been able to drive. I'm able to give meds for older dogs with more needs, and have trained my own dogs well in obedience training, so I have plenty of experience with a firm voice for more unruly dogs that need a little extra attention. I'm good with all animals (even the wild ones), and have experience caring for animals that need to stay separated, and am willing and able to adapt to any family I need. I currently am between jobs, the only duty I have is taking care of my own pets (amd occasionally younger siblings) so I have plenty of time to look after and care for pets I have a gentle hand and a firm voice, and have experience with obedience-training dogs particularly, and have faith in my ability to care for even the more unruly of pets. I am comfortable with crate-training and crate-trained dogs, as well as shutting them in their own room when no one is present in the home. I also have good leash experience, so walks would be easy and comfortable for me.

About: I used to have another rover account and dog watching was my full time job for about 3 years. I quit for a little bit but now I am a stay at home mom and have a 4 1/2 year old golden who loves everyone and just wants some friends to play with. I am a stay at home mom and have a dog of my own so adding a few more never hurts. My golden daisy is my child she is so spoiled and if you trust me with your dog they will be too. She is full of energy and loves all dogs and people haha. She does not know what stranger danger is. I have a huge fenced in back yard. I am also able to split up my house to have dogs in separate areas when they need a break from each other. This will be my full time job aside from being a mom so I am always home.

About: I've worked in animal welfare & shelters since 2015. I have lots of experience working with dogs and cats with various personalities and needs. I personally own 3 dogs and several cats all at various ages. One of my cats is disabled- and I've owned and worked with dogs and cats that have special needs (seziures, CH, deaf, blind), take daily medications, and possess specific breed traits/personalities that can't make them difficult to manage. Currently work remote and have a large amount of flexibility in between travel for work. I can prov8de limited boarding in home- dogs must be able to coexhist with cats, be able to be crated and/or left in a single room unattended, and be respectful of baby gates. I do have a separate space for cats that is easier to manage. Current cats in the home do free roams but there is an entire space devoted to the dogs in the home. Can crate and rotate as needed and care for up to 2 dogs if everyone can get along. In your home I prefer to stick to as close of a routine that you provide them with- from their potty breaks to morning and evening walks. Staying as consistent as possible can help provide a relaxing trip for you and your pet.

About: I have taken care of pets since I was young girl. I also have worked as a Veterinary Technician on Langley Air Force Base. I enjoy pet sitting all kinds of animals, especially dogs and cats. I am retired and involved in some weekly activities, so pet sitting fits perfectly with my schedule. I enjoy the freedom and flexibility of pet sitting, not to mention the joy of being around pets. About: Skills include: medication application, IV fluids, walking, playing, vet appointments, pregnancy assistance in birth, feeding, cleaning, bathing and most importantly cuddles! (Cuddles with consent of course) I have a remote job that doesn’t take up a lot of time so I am usually available and I have a love and passion for caring for animals and pets! I love animals and I had a cat named Precious for 18 years. I got a job at a vet hospital not only because I loved pets but because it was best for Precious. I was able to give her the best quality of life through my job and she sadly passed away in 2025. She was my special girl and I am ready to start caring for animals again. They matter a lot to me and I can’t bring myself to get another cat so I figured all the love and care I have in my heart, I should use it for good and help others in taking care of their precious babies. I’ve learned a lot while working at a vet hospital as well.

All of my friends and family count on me to care for their pets while they are away and they know that they are in great hands and I will "spoil" their baby just as much as I do my own! About: I have grown up with dogs my whole life of all sizes. From chihuahua's to Newfoundlands and everything in between I love all types of dogs! My dogs are like my kids so if you ever hear me talking about my kids I am referring to my dogs. :) If your dog is mellow or hyper I am more then willing to fit the needs they require. I am home full time so your pup will always have whatever they need as my schedule is flexible. If your pet has depression or anxiety I will take the extra time needed with them to make them feel comfortable and calm while you’re away! I know how important your pets are to you, they are not just pets they are family and I wouldn't treat them any other way! *I am open too pet sitting outside the area Rover makes us sitters set. The only cost adjustment will be for gas and possible travel time depending on distance. This is more than just a part time job too me. Caring for pets is a passion and is something I enjoy. The experience you and your pets have is of the up most importance. I will ask a lot of questions about your pets daily routines, things they like and don’t like. This is important because it helps your animals be less stressed if they are sticking to a routine they are used too. This also helps me to understand them better which increases quality of care.

About: Hi my name is Tonia and I'm a very neat a clean person who doesn't smoke. I will love your fur baby as my own while they are in my care. I offer walks, cuddles, treats, play time, visits to the park and lots of love. While house sitting, I will gather your mail, ensure your place stays neat and clean as well as water plants. I'm available weekends anytime. Early morning before 10am and after 6pm during the week. I can house sit during the week if arranged with little notice. I prefer to do drop ins for cats. I have experience with giving medication, caring for post surgery animals and provide puppy services. I will also provide bath services with notice for a small fee. * I do not house sit overnight in cat homes sorry * Why trust me? Because I have loads of experience. About: I can feed meals of pet food ,walk on leash in your area, cleanup after pets on walks with your baggie and yard, love to feed treats from your home, love play time and brushing pets, I believe they love to be talk to ( at least my pets do) . I have only 1 corgi Louie in my my home .I have had up to 4 corgi's in my home in the past. I have pet sit for many friends when out of town. Everyone in my family has a dog or cat so I have plenty of experience. However I can brush your dog or wipe their paws off if needed but I do not bath or trim nails in service. I am use to training my dogs to walk if helpful to you. However i am not a certified dog trainer
