“Jessica was great!! So kind and understanding of my anxious pouch. Our pup loved hanging with all the other pups. She kept me posted on how she was adjusting and put my mind at ease since this was her first time being boarded.”

“Liz is fabulous! She took such amazing care of our sweet girl. Our dog loved her after the first meet and greet! Liz was great about communicating and if we are ever back in the area we would use her in a second!”

“Our pup had so much fun staying with Charles! She had lots of attention, cuddles, and playtime with puppy pals. I love that she wasn't put in a kennel and was allowed to sleep in a home environment.”

“Susy was great with our Zoey! Zoey is very attached to us and we were very nervous to leave her, but Susy soon stole her heart! Zoey made herself right at home and quickly became protective over Susy, which means she must have been giving lots of love and treatos to Zoey. Susy sent lots of pictures and updates that showed just how much love Susy was giving Zoey and how much fun Zoey was having! Would definitely recommend trusting Susy with your pets :)”

“Ashley was great with Rocco. Updated us with daily pics and videos. Very understanding with puppy care and what comes with a 10 week old. Would high recommend to anyone traveling to the Williamsburg area.”

“Margaret was wonderful! My dog looked like she was on her own vacation at Margarets house. She would send me pictures of Lucy playing in the yard and what bedding Lucy picked. Lucy loved being at Margarets house. I highly recommend Margaret!”

About: I grew up with dogs of all sizes! I have a little dachshund named steel who is a couch potato with the occasional zoomies as well as a 6 year old son who loves anything furry and sweet. I work 8:30-3 but only 7 mins from home and can pop in on my lunch if needed. Otherwise home and ready to play with fur babies I do not have a fenced in yard but do have space where they could get their zoomies out. Welcome to be on furniture and even better if they snuggle my kiddo in bed.

“Alyssa did an amazing job taking care of my dog Claire. She would send me update photos throughout my trip to ease my stress about how Claire was coping with us being gone. The difference between how happy Claire was when we returned proved that Alyssa is an incredible sitter and value compared to local kennels in the area.”

“Excellent service Alexis and her husband are heaven sent. They are very responsive and took both my pups at the last minute. I couldn't see leaving my babies with anyone else.....know that you both are our pups official caregivers when we are away. They showed both my fur babies who have different personalities so much love. Our poodle was afraid to walk off the porch before we took her to you and as soon as she got home she just ran and ran all around the yard. It may be minor to some but it means a lot to my children and I. Thank you again and we will see you soon!❤”

About: Hello I am Maura! I grew up in a very large family and we always had a dog. I have had four dogs of my own. I have done pet sitting and fostering for families, friends and a dog rescue organization. My husband and I are passionate dog lovers with 30 years of experience caring for dogs of all sizes and ages. I'm reliable, responsible, and dedicated to providing a safe and loving environment for your furry family member. I’ve always been drawn to dogs and spent years volunteering for a dog rescue organization where I gained valuable experience in caring for dogs with a variety of needs. My husband volunteered with me and together we made several trips down south in a large van to rescue puppies from puppy mills or older dogs scheduled to be euthanized for sitting in shelter too long. I offer in-home pet sitting, dog walking, and drop-ins, and I'm happy to administer medication, provide playtime, and ensure your dog's comfort and well-being. I have a strong understanding of dog behavior and am happy to provide personalized care based on your dog's individual needs. My hasband and I are both home every day. I am available to care for dogs day or night. We are very active and include dogs in out daily life alone the Potomac River. Spending time in the yard and walking around the neighborhood are part of my daily routine. My home is pet friendly with a large, fenced yard. Dogs are treated as family members. I am open minded and will listen carefully to any specific instructions provided to me for your furry friend.

“Our dog had a great time, she stayed with Ashley for a month. We love that she keep us posted by sending pictures and telling us how Milu was doing. It was great to have that communication. Ashley’s overall energy and interaction made our dog feel comfortable and relaxed. When we pick Milu she was happy, healthy and in good shape. We will definitely book with her again.”

About: As an animal lovers, I promise to treat your pet like my own. They’ll be in good hands with me for the duration of their stay. My dog has a strict routine as I believe taking care of pers works better with a specific schedule. He wakes up, gets fed, gets taken out, is given treats, among everything else at the same time. Every day. I work from home and that makes it easy to adjust our schedule. My dog gets taken out early in the morning and fed. After he then gets taken back out later that morning. In addition, we spend some time outside in the afternoon during lunch. In the evening, he’s fed and taken back out for a bit. Later at night, he’s taken out once more and given a dental treat before bed time.

About: I have taken care of multiple 8 week old pups & 8+ y/o ones as well. I would say I am trained all over the pup spectrum. My jobs are flexible & I normally can be available Monday-Sunday for all your pet sitter needs! So taking care of your pets will not be a problem. I prioritize each pet’s unique needs & routines, whether in my home or the client’s home. In my home, I ensure a safe, clean, and pet-friendly environment with plenty of space for play and relaxation with the help of 3 dogs who I share a home with. I follow the pet owner’s instructions closely, including feeding schedules, exercise routines, & any specific care instructions. In the client’s home, I maintain their pet’s usual routine to minimize stress. I keep the home tidy & communicate regularly with updates & photos to give peace of mind. My goal is to provide loving, attentive care as if they were my own pets.
