Went out of town for long weekend, Olga stopped by once a day in the afternoon to check in with my cat Dixie. Sent back pictures and info. everyday. Cat seemed very happy in photos. We invited her twice to have our talk and instructions before we left for 2 weeks. She sent us daily pictures of our dogs and cat from every visits. When she couldn't find the cat one day, we told her it's ok, the cat was raised by the dogs and she goes outside to do her business. Later she found the cat and sent us pictures as proof. We will be using her again whenever we have to leave our pets.
Courtney was a wonderful caretaker for our two cats for a week while we were traveling. She even got our tortoiseshell scaredy-cat who is nervous about everything, especially strangers, to come out of her shell to get plenty of petting, brushing, and play time. Courtney was very communicative and provided lots of detailed updates with pictures. It was so reassuring to know that our cats were being so well taken care of while we were away, by someone they formed a real bond with. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
