About: I’ve been around and taken care of dogs my entire life whether that be feeding, playing, going on walks, overnight stays or just keeping them company friends and family have trusted me for years with their dogs. I currently have two dogs but I grew up with four, I also have experience with puppies and seniors and love every kind of dog there is! I’m currently working full time either 8-5 or 10:30-7 4 days a week so I’m available working around those times and the days for that varies. Andrea did a wonderful job as our pet sitter. Our cat requires medications at specific times of the day, and Andrea was flexible enough with her schedule to accommodate this. She was always on time with the medications and did a great job! I highly recommend her!
Another great experience with Alex. Our kitties miss her already. Alex does a great job with our gang and even got our shy girl Tribble to at least come out of hiding and watch the boys play with the feather stick. Tribble participating is another thing! Alex shows up early, checks in on the app, and she brought in packages that showed up that we thought we stopped and let us know they were there. She was concerned about something being wrong with our gas fireplace and sent pictures. Turns out nothing was wrong just an old fashioned pilot light system from the 90s but we most definitely appreciate her checking on it. Alex sends lots of pictures and spends time playing with the kitties. When we have out pre trip meetup to go over things our big guy meets her at the door and sits on her lap the whole time she is here. We highly recommend Alex. You will not be disappointed!

Our cat Jada, got to meet Chelsea when we had to leave town unexpectedly. I am a very protective mom because Jada is not a friendly cat, but Chelsea used her purrsuasion to coax her out from under the bed. It worked marvelously because Jada now has a new adopted mom. Jada loved spending time with Chelsea and I think the feeling was mutual. The photos and videos helped me to feel that we had made a good choice for a pet sitter. Jada met her at the door each visit. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
