About: Animal rescue is my true passion in life. I grew up rescuing and caring for animals with my mom, and as an adult, I’ve continued to adopt pets in need from my local shelter. Besides taking care of my own animals, I’ve also looked after friends’ and family members’ pets many times. I really enjoy building trust with animals and watching them feel safe and comfortable with me. I’m experienced in administering medication, understanding animal body language, and creating a calming environment so your pet can relax. I know how hard it can be to leave your animal with someone else, especially if they need special medical care. If you choose to trust me with your pet, I promise to communicate openly, be dependable, and show genuine compassion. My goal is to give you peace of mind, knowing your pets are loved and well cared for while you’re away. I work from home which allows me greater flexibility to be available for your animals. For dog walking and drop in visits, I'm typically available after 3PM on weekdays, or all day on weekends. For house sitting, I can work at your home during my stay to provide full time care. I prefer to care for your pets in their own home, as my rescue cat does not get along with other animals. I'm happy to take on any and all responsibilities for your pets, whether it's in your home or during walks. Your pet's health and safety is my top priority.

About: I have pet care experience that dates back to my early teenage-hood. In addition, my family has had large dogs that I help to care for since I was very young. Currently I own a 5-year old cat and it has been such a joy to finally know the pleasure or living and loving with a cat! As my experience shows, I truly love animals of all kinds and I know how to best understand what each pet needs and how to accommodate to varying needs. I look forward to helping out with your furry friend😊 I am currently a part-time herbal medicine student living in Ithaca, NY. Because of my status, I have lots of availability to watch your furry friend! I like to enter a relationship with a new pet by first meeting them while their owner is around. I find this fosters a sense of safety and trust off the bat. I understand that sometimes it takes a lot of time and patience for a pet to feel comfortable with you and I try to never overstep their comfort level until they feel ready to engage.

About: I’ve worked with dogs for the last 15 years, mainly in the animal rescue scene. I can administer medication, as well. No dog is too young, or too old! I am a fairly flexible person, who can fit any needed pet care relatively easily into my schedule. I love being able to incorporate animals into my day-to-day. I prefer to care for pets in the home they are used to, as it creates less stress. Staying within a routine they are used to, helps as well

About: I’ve been caring for dogs for several years and absolutely love it. Friends, family, and coworkers regularly rely on me to look after their pups—I’m always their first choice. My husband and I live in a spacious home with multiple rooms and a fully fenced yard, giving your dog plenty of room to play and relax. We have a sweet dog of our own, and we spend lots of quality time together both indoors and outside. Since we both work we can board dogs either in the morning around 7 am or anytime after 5pm. On days that I cannot work from home, I will need your pet to be crated for that time period. We always have cameras on them so we get notified of disturbances. When your dog stays with us, we treat them like family. They’ll get the perfect balance of outdoor playtime and indoor snuggles. Dogs are welcome on the furniture, and bed! We understand how hard it is to leave your dog behind when traveling. Our own dog is too big to fly, and when we’re away from him, all we want is updates and reassurance. We truly get how you feel, and that’s why we’ll share regular updates, photos, and details about your dog’s day—so you can enjoy your time away without added stress.
