About: Hi, I’m Britt — a lifelong dog lover and experienced pet sitter. I had my sweet pup Abbie for 10 wonderful years, and since her recent passing, I’ve deeply missed having a dog around. I’m currently in a pet-free home, so your dog will get all the attention without the stress of sharing space with other animals. I live in a cozy New Orleans shotgun-style house that’s easy to section off depending on your dog’s needs — whether they like their own space or prefer to be close by. We also have a double-secured fenced yard that’s great for safe outdoor play and potty breaks. While this profile is just for me, my partner is also home full-time and a calm, animal-loving presence. He’s especially patient with dogs who may be shy or nervous around men. I’m happy to accommodate crate training, medication, or any specific routines to help your pup feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while they’re with me.

She’s been there and gets it straight away. It’s a real peace of mind to leave town confident your cats are in good hands. This was our first time using Rover/Alaina. We’ve had other sitters years ago who had a ton of extra rules and made things a little challenging. Not Alaina. Super flexible and on the ball. I loved her updates and when we got home both cats were calm and happy. It was kind of like they were expecting Alaina. I’m currently working from home, so I have a very flexible schedule that allows me to be present and attentive to your dog throughout the day. Whether it’s overnight boarding or daycare, your dog will receive plenty of outdoor time, interaction, and care. I take them outside for exercise every 2-3 hours, and in between, they can relax in their crates provided by you. I’m also available for drop-ins and dog walks, making sure your pets at home are well taken care of, fed, and exercised. No matter the time of day, I’m here for your pets! When your dog stays with me, safety and comfort are my top priorities. I have a large yard where they can play and get plenty of exercise under my close supervision. For overnight stays, the dogs will stay in the crates you provide, which I make sure are covered with blankets and kept warm with space heaters when needed to ensure they’re comfortable no matter the weather. I also keep a close eye on dogs that may not socialize well with others to make sure everyone feels safe and happy. At your home, I make sure your pets are well-fed, exercised, and comfortable, providing the same level of care and attention as I would with my own.
