About: Had a jrt for 8 years. Love of my life. She recently passed and I would love to care for more dogs and make a little somehting while doing it. I’m currently part time and my schedule is pretty flexible. With advanced notice we can work around pretty much any time frames or days needed. I have a walled yard. Perfect for doggos to potty. Rest of the time they’d be hanging with me indoors or going to the park across the street from my house.

About: I have cared for animals for the past 15 years and branched out my abilities to not just be able to provide basic needs such as food, water and bathroom breaks but to excel in every aspect with the animals. I was trained via Petsmart as a professional pet stylist in 2012 and continued this career at Petco where I was cross trained as a Dog trainer in 2015. As a pet care associate I learned how to tend to a dogs nutritional values as well physical needs. I also attended the Animal Behavior College to become a Vet Assistant. I have experience caring for special needs dogs and tending to seniors. In the past I have administered medications via injections, orally, and optically. I have been told that I have a "natural ability" with animals and have yet to find a pet that hasn't come around to me. I am currently hoping to make pet care and services my full time business. I have my state liscense and insurance for Josie and the Wagging Tails and full availability around prescheduled appointments. I do not currently board within my home. I offer drop in visits at clients homes in which the pet is able to feel comfortable while their family is away. I spend at least 30min in the home to ensure potty breaks, food is given, and playtime is achieved. Parents are able to add on more time to this visit for higher energy pets or simply to give the furry bestie some more people time.

About: I can teach any dog to swim. I’ve previously trained puppies to be obedient to commands. Also, I love to exercise so your dog will be getting plenty of playtime and walks! Keeping myself informed on any concerning behaviors they may exhibit is important to me. My special love for animals comes from taking care of them my whole life! I’m a 19 year old college student who loves taking care of animals! My schedule is fairly open since my schoolwork is all online based. I am able to give my full attention to each dog I look after. I usually care for pets in their own home so they feel most comfortable but in some cases they can stay with me. I have an acre of land in backyard with pool so they can roam free and swim!

“I have just returned from Asia after Numa and his lovely family sat my two boys and stayed at my house for 10 days. Having never used a sitter before, I must say i was really reluctant to do so. Numa agreed to look after my bulldogs whilst I was in Japan and Hong Kong. The weekend prior to leaving, I sent Numa an email detailing everything about my gated community, house and, of course, the boys. Numa and Madeleine arrived on the day I was leaving with an extensive check list they had put together, to ensure everyone was comfortable and happy. It made me feel really content - i could instantly see how detailed, caring and thorough they were. In addition, when we did the initial meet and greet one of my boys Archie (who is a typical English bulldog and can be a bit rambunctious when first meeting someone) jumped up and scratched Numa. After we agreed to Numa sitting the boys, he even offered to pick them up prior to my going away and take them to get their nails trimmed - what a lovely gesture (I of course took care of this, but it showed the detail and care he and Madeleine went to prior and during staying at my house). They provided me with daily updates, photos and videos. In every one of them i could tell how happy my boys were - frankly having been back only a few hours I think the boys are rather disappointed it was me coming through the door! This morning I found one of the dogs lying in the room they slept in! I reckon that's their own 5 star rating! Numa and Madeleine are people of the highest integrity, and I could tell how important it was for them that I was comfortable. I can honestly say whilst i was away i had absolutely zero concerns as i knew my boys were being loved and cared for, probably better than I do! It made my important trip all the much easier. I wanted to leave this review as, if like me you needed assistance to look after your dogs but were worried, YOU SHOULD PICK NUMA AND HIS WIFE EVERY TIME! MY only hesitation in leaving this review is that more people want to work with Numa and Madeleine and it might mean they cant take care of Archie and Gus when i next travel :-) Oh and one other thing, when i arrived last night, my house was as clean and tidy as its ever been and Madeleine communicated all the logistics of her departure. I simply couldn't be happier that I met them and would work with them without hesitation! They are welcome at my place any time.”
