Kaili does so amazing with our big boy Westley! He’s a sensitive soul and he’s so excited to see her when she arrives for walks, he very much trusts her and has a great time and comes home happy and tired.

About: I have had animals in and around my house all of my life. I love both cats and dogs and have experience with both and many different sizes and breeds. I love animals and consider them a part of my family. I have experience administering pills, syringes, eye drops and most other common at home care for both dogs and cats. Pet care is my main focus. I run a small business from home which allows me full focus and flexibility around your pets needs! I’m very flexible and will ensure to prioritize your pet if we have a booking together. I try to leave any space better than I left it. I’m happy to follow any directions you may have for both your pet(s) or your home. I always double check locked doors, water and food levels as needed prior to leaving. I will make sure your pets are cared for, and you are kept in the loop of any and all things that take place during my time with your pet(s).

David has been an incredible dog walker for my dog Sasha. He is outgoing, fun-loving, and genuinely loves animals. What amazed me most was how quickly Sasha bonded with him — she is usually very shy around strangers, but she connected with David immediately. Now she gets excited every time she sees him! Their walks around the neighborhood are always an adventure, and it’s clear how much David enjoys exploring nature with her. He is kind, funny, dependable, and brings such positive energy to every walk. Watching Sasha so happy and comfortable with him has been wonderful. It truly feels like the perfect match.

About: Insured and Bonded through Pet Sitters Associates I’m a patient, safety-minded pet sitter with 3 years of experience and flexible availability. I have experience with shy and anxious dogs. I work from home so I am able to spend as much time as needed with your pets! During each visit I handle potty breaks, a relaxed walk or light play (as appropriate), fresh water, and a quick tidy of food and leash areas, so your pup feels cared for and your home stays in order. You’ll receive timely replies and clear updates and photos every visit. I follow your instructions closely and I always prioritize safety with secure leashing, door/gate checks, and weather-aware walk times. Services include daily dog walks, drop-in visits, and house sitting/overnights. I’m a great fit for dogs who benefit from a gentle, consistent approach. If you’d like, we can schedule a quick meet-and-greet so I can learn your dog’s cues and comforts. My goal is simple: stress-free care for your pet and total peace of mind for you. Please note that I am only able to do drop-in visits in Redmond. Rover defaults to 30 min or 1 hour visits. If you are needing more than that just let me know and I am happy to arrange it! For housesitting, I am willing to travel most places in central oregon for stays more than 2 nights. My schedule is extremely flexible right now, So I am often able to work around whatever your needs are depending on how many other bookings I have at that time. you’ll receive timely replies and clear updates and photos every visit. I follow your instructions closely and I always prioritize safety with secure leashing, door/gate checks, and weather-aware walk times.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats since I was 15. I’ve also had experience training puppies as well as walking dogs. I love to spend time with the dogs I am watching outside as well as snuggling up with them in the house. I also enjoy playing with cats and am responsible with keeping up with cleaning litters boxes, making sure all pets have plenty of water, and they are fed in time according to their schedule. Your pet will be loved and taken care of as if they were my own while you are away. :) I am a current college athlete working a part-time summer job in Bend, I will be in Bend until AUGUST 20th as I head back to school in Washington. I will have time to do drop-ins to check on your babies as well as give them potty breaks and/or take your dogs on walks (if your dog has experience running, I’d also love to do that!). I can also stay at your house if you need someone over night. My schedule will depend on the week, but I will keep my Rover calendar updated with my available times/days, and I am open to having a regular walking schedule with clients. I am not open to taking animals at my own place as I am currently in a on-campus apartment with not a lot of space (especially for dogs). But I will take very good care of your house whether that is me doing drop-ins or staying at your house. I can water plants or complete other tasks if you need while I am staying there. I can crate your animals while I am away if you need, and I will always make sure to stop by every 4-5 hours (depends on day, I will have basketball training, class, or work) to let them have a potty break and to ensure they have plenty of water as well as being fed on time. Your home and animals will be well taken care of!

About: I am very active and will walk dogs, play fetch, and can take them on runs. If needed, I will wash the dogs after activities to ensure everything will stay clean in the home. I am organized and will keep the dogs on schedule for meals and potty breaks. My father bred labs for my entire life and my experience with taking care of animals goes way back to my childhood! I work remote, and have a pretty flexible schedule. That being said, I can tend to the dogs as need be and bring them on walks as well. I grew up with lots of different types of dogs from toy yorkie to shepherds and I have experience with all sizes and breeds of dogs.

About: I truly care for every animal as if they were my own. Whether your dog prefers cozy walks around the neighborhood or bigger adventures, I'm happy to tailor their experience to whatever you're most comfortable with. I've taken Rover dogs camping, backpacking, swimming, and on some incredible summit hikes, but I also know that not every dog wants or needs that level of activity. My goal is to provide a safe, enriching experience that supports each dog's physical, mental, and emotional well-being. I want every pet in my care to feel happy, loved, and engaged. My two dogs, Crosby and Birdie, are friendly, social, and get along well with other dogs. They love making new friends, and our home is often happiest when there's an extra pup or two around. Animals have been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up with rescue dogs from Mexico and later worked on a farm caring for pigs, horses, sheep, chickens, cats, and dogs. Those experiences taught me how to understand and respond to the unique needs of different animals. Caring for pets isn't just something I do, it is something I genuinely love. I am a full time student pursuing my masters degree in school counseling. I have class Monday Tuesday and Thursday evenings! I get my pups out before / after work and we have a yard which is accessible throughout the day. During the weekends- I am all about the adventures with my babies, Crosby and Birdie as well as any puppers visiting ! Hiking, trail running, swimming at one of the nearby lakes/ river and enjoying time outside. I live close to the many trails and parks, so your dog would have many options of where we could spend our time together! I have a lot of experience caring for big animals and animals that do not do well on the leash, so I feel confident addressing any obstacles your animal might have! I have also had a lot of dogs stay with us for their first rover experience and they always leave happy and after a fun weekend!

About: I’ve been pet sitting on and off for the last 4 years and grew up with all sorts of family pets around the house (cats, dogs, fish and other animals). I travel a lot so it’s not practical to get a pet of our own currently so I’d love to extend my love of animals to your family and treat them as my own. I run a video production company in town so most of my days are spent working from home or only being gone for a few hours max. This allows plenty of time to care for your pets, take them on neighborhood walks, and keep them company. When boarding at my house, I have a fenced in yard and a great neighborhood for walks. Your pet has plenty of space to roam around our house and yard!

About: I have several years of dog sitting and walking for family/friends! I have grown up with 3 big loving dogs, I know how to handle them with care! I work full time, but I’d love to walk dogs on the weekends! I enjoy long walks anyways, might as well bring a pup along! Because I’ve grown up with 3 large dogs, I know how to help a dog into its kennel and re-direct the animal when it is needed.

About: I’ve been caring for dogs and cats since I was 10 years old, and animals have always been an important part of my life. I currently have both a dog and a cat of my own, so I understand how much trust it takes to leave your pets in someone else’s care. I’m comfortable caring for both dogs and cats and understand that every pet has their own personality, routine, and needs. I’m attentive, dependable, and patient, and I’ll make sure your pets receive plenty of affection, attention, playtime, and care while you’re away. My goal is for your pets to feel safe, comfortable, and loved—and for you to have peace of mind knowing they’re in good hands. I am currently a stay at home mom with plenty of time to take care of your dogs and cats when my you may need! About: I love pet sitting! I'm here to help as long as it's a good fit for both of us. Can't wait to meet you and your little love! I work Monday through Friday but I can fit in a walk at lunch and night time. We also are open most weekends as long as it's in the area. Depending on the need of your dog I'm happy to support the normal routine of the animal. Crate, sleep on my bed, couch, I'm not too worried as long as your pet doesn't pee or poo in the house 😀

  • 93% of walkers can help with special care needs
  • 98% can help with giving oral medications or injections
  • 99% can help with daily exercise

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
