About: I have had animals in and around my house all of my life. I love both cats and dogs and have experience with both and many different sizes and breeds. I love animals and consider them a part of my family. I have experience administering pills, syringes, eye drops and most other common at home care for both dogs and cats. Pet care is my main focus. I run a small business from home which allows me full focus and flexibility around your pets needs! I’m very flexible and will ensure to prioritize your pet if we have a booking together. I try to leave any space better than I left it. I’m happy to follow any directions you may have for both your pet(s) or your home. I always double check locked doors, water and food levels as needed prior to leaving. I will make sure your pets are cared for, and you are kept in the loop of any and all things that take place during my time with your pet(s).

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats since I was 15. I’ve also had experience training puppies as well as walking dogs. I love to spend time with the dogs I am watching outside as well as snuggling up with them in the house. I also enjoy playing with cats and am responsible with keeping up with cleaning litters boxes, making sure all pets have plenty of water, and they are fed in time according to their schedule. Your pet will be loved and taken care of as if they were my own while you are away. :) I am a current college athlete working a part-time summer job in Bend, I will be in Bend until AUGUST 20th as I head back to school in Washington. I will have time to do drop-ins to check on your babies as well as give them potty breaks and/or take your dogs on walks (if your dog has experience running, I’d also love to do that!). I can also stay at your house if you need someone over night. My schedule will depend on the week, but I will keep my Rover calendar updated with my available times/days, and I am open to having a regular walking schedule with clients. I am not open to taking animals at my own place as I am currently in a on-campus apartment with not a lot of space (especially for dogs). But I will take very good care of your house whether that is me doing drop-ins or staying at your house. I can water plants or complete other tasks if you need while I am staying there. I can crate your animals while I am away if you need, and I will always make sure to stop by every 4-5 hours (depends on day, I will have basketball training, class, or work) to let them have a potty break and to ensure they have plenty of water as well as being fed on time. Your home and animals will be well taken care of!

So grateful to have found Kersie- not only is she responsible and professional, she was super communicative, flexible and patient with our rescue pup who can be a little apprehensive with new people. I would recommend Kersie 100% and look forward to working with her in the future.

About: After spending 2 years living in southern Spain I am happy to be back in my home state and pursuing my passions: taking care of animals! I have raised and taken care of puppies/cats of all ages from a few weeks old to 15 years. I know how to give medication when needed and care for mature animals. I am self employed and work from home with a flexible schedule, so I would be happy to care for your dog or cat while you are away or at work. I love to go on walks, hikes in nature, and to parks. I am active but also love to relax and cuddle animals. I live in a house with a fenced in yard and just a few minutes walk from a park. Animals are allowed on the couches and bed, and are allowed to free roam.

I utilized Leeyla’s dog walking services on a busy work week and I had zero complaints! She was professional, on time, and walked the both my dogs at the same time a minimum 2 miles every time. She was also nice enough to do a meet and greet beforehand and was super sweet with them. I would book her again for sure!

Sydney was great with our dogs! They’re definitely not the type to make friends quickly, and it took a bit for them to warm up to her. But she was so patient and actually put in the time to earn their trust, which was a huge relief for us. Now they’re totally comfortable. I can’t recommend her enough if you have dogs that are a little picky with new people.

About: Insured and Bonded through Pet Sitters Associates I’m a patient, safety-minded pet sitter with 3 years of experience and flexible availability. I have experience with shy and anxious dogs. I work from home so I am able to spend as much time as needed with your pets! During each visit I handle potty breaks, a relaxed walk or light play (as appropriate), fresh water, and a quick tidy of food and leash areas, so your pup feels cared for and your home stays in order. You’ll receive timely replies and clear updates and photos every visit. I follow your instructions closely and I always prioritize safety with secure leashing, door/gate checks, and weather-aware walk times. Services include daily dog walks, drop-in visits, and house sitting/overnights. I’m a great fit for dogs who benefit from a gentle, consistent approach. If you’d like, we can schedule a quick meet-and-greet so I can learn your dog’s cues and comforts. My goal is simple: stress-free care for your pet and total peace of mind for you. Please note that I am only able to do drop-in visits in Redmond. Rover defaults to 30 min or 1 hour visits. If you are needing more than that just let me know and I am happy to arrange it! For housesitting, I am willing to travel most places in central oregon for stays more than 2 nights. My schedule is extremely flexible right now, So I am often able to work around whatever your needs are depending on how many other bookings I have at that time. you’ll receive timely replies and clear updates and photos every visit. I follow your instructions closely and I always prioritize safety with secure leashing, door/gate checks, and weather-aware walk times.

David has been an incredible dog walker for my dog Sasha. He is outgoing, fun-loving, and genuinely loves animals. What amazed me most was how quickly Sasha bonded with him — she is usually very shy around strangers, but she connected with David immediately. Now she gets excited every time she sees him! Their walks around the neighborhood are always an adventure, and it’s clear how much David enjoys exploring nature with her. He is kind, funny, dependable, and brings such positive energy to every walk. Watching Sasha so happy and comfortable with him has been wonderful. It truly feels like the perfect match.

About: I’ve been pet sitting on and off for the last 4 years and grew up with all sorts of family pets around the house (cats, dogs, fish and other animals). I travel a lot so it’s not practical to get a pet of our own currently so I’d love to extend my love of animals to your family and treat them as my own. I run a video production company in town so most of my days are spent working from home or only being gone for a few hours max. This allows plenty of time to care for your pets, take them on neighborhood walks, and keep them company. When boarding at my house, I have a fenced in yard and a great neighborhood for walks. Your pet has plenty of space to roam around our house and yard!

About: I know how important it is to have peace of mind while you're at work. I specialize in reliable mid-day walks and check-ins to ensure your pup gets the exercise and attention they need. After every visit, you’ll receive a detailed Rover card with photos, a GPS map of our route, and a summary of how they did. I’m punctual, loving, and treat every home I enter with the utmost respect. I am new to Bend and new to Rover, but I’ve owned and cared for dogs my entire life! Since I work from home and already enjoy taking multiple walks throughout the day, I would love to share that time with your pup and bring them along for the adventure. As a full-time remote professional, my schedule is incredibly flexible. I already prioritize getting outside for multiple walks a day to stay active, so transitioning that time into caring for your pup fits perfectly into my routine. Whether you need a consistent mid-day walker while you're at the office or a last-minute drop-in visit, I am usually available and nearby. Safety and respect for your space are my top priorities. Inside your home, I am extremely diligent about security—ensuring doors are locked, alarms are set, and your property is treated with the utmost respect. I always refresh water bowls, can assist with feedings if needed, and make sure your pup is settled and happy before I leave. You’ll receive a detailed Rover card with photos and updates after every visit so you never have to wonder how they’re doing!

Alex was so patient and kind with our dog Littles. This was Littles' first time going walking with a pet sitter and he tried to guard the house and scare her off. However Alex was kind enough to come again that very evening while we were home to spend some time with him so that he could get to know her better. And even though he was nervous again the next time she came, she spent time with him, giving him treats, and finally got him to warm up enough so they could take a walk. And of course Littles enjoyed the walk! I will definitely use Alex again when we are in town and need a pet sitter.

About: I have my own dog, got him at 12 weeks he is 7 now. I also grew up with dogs as a kid to adulthood. My dog has a lot of health problems so I know a bit when it comes to a sensitive dogs or ones that needs things done a certain way because of a condition. It really depends on the day, but mostly I could so daily or weekly. I’m dealing with some health stuff and my dog has too. So I’m currently working on those but have plenty of time most days to do something like this. I have a fenced in yard for my dog, when I was in college one house I did it so he was constantly on a leash outside, another house I was in had fences but had to patch them up and make sure he couldn’t get out. I also created my dog at night he loves his crate. During the day when he is alone he has most of the house free to roam, but I will put down potty pads just in case. If clients are okay with there dog out or crated I’m for both.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
