About: Insured and Bonded through Pet Sitters Associates I’m a patient, safety-minded pet sitter with 3 years of experience and flexible availability. I have experience with shy and anxious dogs. I work from home so I am able to spend as much time as needed with your pets! During each visit I handle potty breaks, a relaxed walk or light play (as appropriate), fresh water, and a quick tidy of food and leash areas, so your pup feels cared for and your home stays in order. You’ll receive timely replies and clear updates and photos every visit. I follow your instructions closely and I always prioritize safety with secure leashing, door/gate checks, and weather-aware walk times. Services include daily dog walks, drop-in visits, and house sitting/overnights. I’m a great fit for dogs who benefit from a gentle, consistent approach. If you’d like, we can schedule a quick meet-and-greet so I can learn your dog’s cues and comforts. My goal is simple: stress-free care for your pet and total peace of mind for you. Please note that I am only able to do drop-in visits in Redmond. Rover defaults to 30 min or 1 hour visits. If you are needing more than that just let me know and I am happy to arrange it! For housesitting, I am willing to travel most places in central oregon for stays more than 2 nights. My schedule is extremely flexible right now, So I am often able to work around whatever your needs are depending on how many other bookings I have at that time. you’ll receive timely replies and clear updates and photos every visit. I follow your instructions closely and I always prioritize safety with secure leashing, door/gate checks, and weather-aware walk times.
“Amazing with Ethel who has a tendency to be stubborn, she got her to walk a little over a mile each walk which is amazing! Great came and communication with me while I was gone. I would defiantly hire her again!!!!”

“Dee has walked my mini Ausiedoodle and is great with her. Diva loves her and looks forward to her walks. Our other dog Xena, loves her too and Dee always gives our dogs lots of love ❤️ and attention”

“First off I want to say I don’t think I’ll ever find someone as dedicated to loving dogs as much as Riley! On the shortest notice I’ve ever done she was quick to jump up and walk Jack and make sure he was getting the fresh air and playtime he needed! Not only was she able to walk my boy on such short notice but made sure he had fresh water and a treat to go with it! She communicated with me through their walk and sent me plenty of pictures showing that he definitely had the best morning walk he’s had in a while! 10/10 me and Jack will be back!”
About: Hi, I’m Dinah! I’m a lifelong animal lover who grew up on a small farm, so caring for animals has always been a natural part of my life. Over the past five years, my bond with my two dogs, Polly and Moose, has grown especially strong. Polly is an Akbash/Anatolian Shepherd, and Moose is an Aussiedoodle. We love going on daily adventures together and typically get out for 3–4 walks a day. They’re both friendly, easygoing, and happy to meet and play with other dogs, as long as your pup is comfortable with that. I’ve worked in healthcare for nine years and currently work part-time as a registered nurse, which gives me the flexibility to dedicate quality time to pet care. I’m excited to extend my passion for animals by helping care for yours: whether that’s drop-in visits while you’re away or bringing your dog along on our fun, active outings. I would love the opportunity to care for your pets and give them the same attention and affection I give my own! I currently work part-time as a registered nurse so I have lots of time on my hands, including weekdays and weekends, to watch and play with your pups! I have a fenced yard and multiple parks around my neighborhood to take your pups on adventures. My two dogs are friendly and always excited to have a friend visit. I ensure your dogs are cared for just as I care for my fur babies!

“Jena is AMAZING. She really likes dogs you can tell. My dog loves her. She is a very warm and confident woman. I will hire her again. I highly recommend her you will be pleased. Some dog walkers charge 25. an hour she doesn’t. She is very reasonable. I told her to raise her price ! Beale Jones”

About: Hi I’m Dafne! I’m originally from Seattle and new to the Bend area. I’ve been dog sitting/walking for about 15 years now. Working with dogs, cats, etc. has always been my ideal side gig, and I hope to turn it into a full time career one day. With your permission I take your pet(s) on outings to local parks, lakes, and trail systems. Having pets of my own and having had personal experience with a dog with aggression issues, I’ve learned how to get on “their level” so to speak. I have experience in dog/house sitting multiple pets, for weeks at a time. I have experience walking 4+ dogs at a time. References are available upon request, please don't hesitate to ask about anything! I currently WFH part time, which means I have fairly open availability to walk and or care for your pet(s). Walks with me are 45-60 minutes, and I am also available for daily check ins. At this time I am NOT offering boarding services in my own home. However, I am able to transport your pet for walks or even rides to where they need to be.
About: I love animals of all kinds and offer exercise, love, treats, and snuggles. Your pup will be safe and having fun with me. I have always had dogs growing up, and currently have two adventurous girls (3.5 & 8). I’m available in the evenings and on and off during the day as I work from home, and love to go on adventures with my pup so yours would fit right in too! Hiking, walking, playing fetch, and swimming are fun activities that I like to take my dog on. I am strict, but always reward with treats and love when your dog is being good. I have a every dog friendly environment and would love to spend time with your pet. I especially love running, and would love to make sure your pup gets enough exercise! I have a dog door as well so pups can always go in and outside into our fenced yard if needed. I work from home and my job is super flexible, so it’s really easy to just pop out for a walk or play at the park. I love to take my dogs out in our yard and throw the ball for them. We also have a dog door so they can go in and out freely into our fenced front and back yard. Always with understanding and caution - every pup is different so I want to do what to takes to make sure everyone feels comfortable and safe!
“This was my first time ever using Rover, and needed someone to come help take care of my two dogs at a rental house. Not only did Sofia accept on a couple hours notice, but she went so so far above and beyond and went three seperate times to the house, followed instructions perfectly with no questions, and provided absolutely perfect care to my two dogs. She took them on a big walk, fed them dinner, let them out to play, and provided exceptional communication the whole time. I am so impressed and grateful that I was lucky enough to get Sofia’s help today. 10/10, a million stars, and massive tip for her coming. thank you so much, you are a bright star in a dark world.”

About: Hey, I'm Riley! I grew up in Bend, OR my whole life. I moved to Texas in 2019, and just moved back in the middle of 2025. I ran a dog sitting business in Texas and had the pleasure of watching over 200 dogs during my time there (in and outside of Rover). Watching dogs has brought so much joy into my life, and I’ve built strong relationships with both the pets and their owners - I've never had a single client with a bad experience. Aside from dog watching, I’m a local insurance agent with the flexibility of being able to work remote whenever I want to. If needed, I’ll never leave your pups alone unless it’s for a quick grocery run or needed errand. My guarantee: - I never board dogs from different owners at the same time. - While leashed, no dog will ever get away from me, no matter the size. I am bigger than 99% of people and will always remain in control. - Your dog will remember me if we meet again! I spend lots of time loving on these dogs😁 Looking forward to meeting you and your pup! I’m available on call 24/7! Since I’m not required to be in the office at all times, my schedule is super flexible with being able to do this. Depending on your dog’s needs, I will always give TONS of attention and affection! I give walks & potty breaks every 1-2 hours. Even more often for puppies.

Whether you want a solo or group walk depends on your dog's personality. Solo walks can be beneficial for dog parents with reactive dogs, puppies, or dogs who are anxious around unfamiliar animals. Many dog walkers on Rover offer private, one-on-one walking services.
Group walks are a good fit for social dogs who enjoy structured walks. If your dog prefers the energy of a group stroll, ask your dog walker about group walks in your Forest Crossing. Since all dog walkers are local, they may have a neighborhood dog who is a good walking companion to yours.
For dog walking services, you can request a report card update with specifics about your dog’s walk. Report cards require photos and can include a map of the walking route , total walk time, poop and pee breaks, and distance traveled, so you know exactly where your dog has been walking in Forest Crossing.

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
Every walker on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .

- 92% of walkers can help with special care needs
- 98% can help with giving oral medications or injections
- 99% can help with daily exercise
You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
