About: I’ve taken care of different animals my whole life. I grew up on a farm, so I know how to love/care for many fur- baby’s! I am a teacher in the area and have the flexibility to provide care for the many pets in the area in my down time. I am flexible with what needs are to be met in a clients home. About: I was a volunteer at the Oregon Humane Society (OHS) for six years, caring for dogs, cats, and small animals. I now work as an Animal Care Technician at an animal Shelter. My experience goes beyond feeding and walking animals—I’ve been trained in animal wellbeing, calm handling, basic behavioral training, basic grooming, introducing new dogs to other dogs, playgroups, pack walks, and leadership. I can also administer some medications if needed as well. At OHS, I served as a team lead, led tours, ran camps, trained new volunteers, and even taught a few classes. I hold a FearFree Animal Wellbeing Certification, a Breaking Up A Dog Fight Certification, and I have completed numerous training courses, and earned multiple certifications and achievements through OHS. I’m organized, dependable, and experienced, ensuring every pet in my care is safe, happy, and well-loved. Some fun animal facts about me: I’ve ridden a camel, petted a shark, and used to ride horses! Animals have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, and caring for them is my passion. I can’t wait to meet you and your pets, and I look forward to giving them the love, attention, and care they deserve! I live and work in Redmond, with a set schedule. I will always have time for animals! I am flexible with when I am available. I have dog sat, cat sat, small animal sat, and house sat in many different homes and environments. About: I’ve raised/trained a couple dogs from puppies to adulthood. I have a senior Yorkie that loves other animals. My Yorkie has some health problems, she goes to the vet often. I used to have a high energy dog, so I can also match their energy!! I’m currently working part time watching kids that have developmental disabilities. I have a lot of free time to do pet sitting since this is only a few hours for a few days a week. I treat your dog like they’re on vacation as well. However you watch them and instruct me to do so, I will do the same. I’ll make sure they get plenty of walks, treats and cuddles🥰

On the shortest notice I’ve ever done she was quick to jump up and walk Jack and make sure he was getting the fresh air and playtime he needed! Not only was she able to walk my boy on such short notice but made sure he had fresh water and a treat to go with it! She communicated with me through their walk and sent me plenty of pictures showing that he definitely had the best morning walk he’s had in a while! 10/10 me and Jack will be back!”

Of coarse LOVE & FUN is essential, but what are some things you'd like to have taken care of while they are with us? Dog boarding & House sitting are both on a per night/24hr basis. Ex: If you need a 8am drop off time Then pick up would be at 8am the final or following day; If more time is needed then a daycare fee would incur. We will do pick up & delivery of your precious pets for $1. per mile too. Our clients have enjoyed Animal care, even insulin shots for aged diabetic pets; having served 50+ years, I enjoy caring for children, horses, cows, cats, chickens, goats, hampsters, Ferret's, fish, fowl, and canine of all kinds. We are retired, raised 3 daughters, all pet lovers... even an Animal Rescue enthusiast. We live on an acre of fenced yard/pasture. I was raised on a small farm, with a whole host of animals... each fulfilling the measure of their creation. From Babies to Birds; we're open to the JOY these cute cuddly creature's can bring into our world. I have cared for, played with and been friends with many pets. From walking & hiking with them to cleaning up their poop, barf, cuts and scrapes, removing ticks and burrs, and even given shots for diabetes. We have cuddled with and loved many pets. We will treat your pets and your home as if they were our own. In fact, when one of us stays overnight, I leave your home clean and tidy, I might even organize the frig & pantry (as a thank you for allowing me to stay in your home, care for your pets, and nosh on your items). If your home is out of town, ie, Juniper Canyon, Powell Butte, or Ococho West; please add on $5.00 for gas per day.

About: I helped raise our family dog, Snickers, from when he was 6 months old until I left for college. I took him on walks every day and helped train him when I was an adolescent. After college, I took care of him for his last 6 months of his life. I worked in Wilderness Therapy for 5 years and took care of one of our golden retrievers when she was out of the field. I supported in training her as a puppy before she went into the field full time.I adopted her in December 2024. I have also dog sat for a few friends over the last 5 years. I'm working 2 part time jobs. My service radius is small so I can let your dogs out quickly between jobs and take care of them at night. My service radius is also small so I can go home to take care of my own pup. I care for pets by making sure that their physical needs of water, food, and bathroom breaks are consistent to provide them with security. I also make sure to spend time with them and give them attention.

About: Hi I’m Dafne! I’m originally from Seattle and new to the Bend area. I’ve been dog sitting/walking for about 15 years now. Working with dogs, cats, etc. has always been my ideal side gig, and I hope to turn it into a full time career one day. With your permission I take your pet(s) on outings to local parks, lakes, and trail systems. Having pets of my own and having had personal experience with a dog with aggression issues, I’ve learned how to get on “their level” so to speak. I have experience in dog/house sitting multiple pets, for weeks at a time. I have experience walking 4+ dogs at a time. I have a large fenced backyard and a 4-year-old Great Dane to keep your dog company! Thus, for stays in my home your dog must be dog-friendly, non-aggressive, and not afraid of large breeds. I also have four cats. I do have a doggie gate that keeps the cats separated, but one of them can jump the gate as she likes to sit on top of the kitchen cupboards and observe. Aaron and I have two sons, ages 7 and 10. They both have been around dogs their entire lives and are very used to respecting their space and letting dogs warm up to them. With that said, they are still kids. So for stays in our home, your dog will have to be good with other dogs, young kids, and cats. For stays in your home, your dog ideally will be okay with kids but my kids don't always need to come with depending on the dates of the stay.

walkers on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
