About: We would make a great dog sitter because we genuinely love animals and have a natural ability to connect with them. We’re patient and understanding, which helps dogs feel comfortable and secure, whether we’re playing with them, feeding them, or taking them for walks. We’re reliable and attentive, always making sure to meet each dog’s needs, from exercise to medication. We’re also good at recognizing and responding to a dog’s mood or behavior, so we can adapt to any situation and keep them happy and safe. Additionally, we’re very organized, which helps us stay on top of their routines and preferences, giving dog owners peace of mind while they’re away. Our current schedule allows us to dog sit without worry because we have a flexible routine that gives us plenty of time to dedicate to caring for dogs. We’re able to adjust my plans to accommodate walks, playtime, feeding, and any special needs the dogs may have. Whether it's during the day or evening, we can provide consistent attention and care without any time constraints, ensuring that the dogs are happy, safe, and well looked after. This flexibility makes it easy for me to be present and fully committed to being a reliable dog sitter. We would be able to ensure the safety of the dogs while sitting because we’re highly attentive and proactive in monitoring their well-being at all times. We make it a priority to keep them in safe environments, whether it's securing gates, ensuring they’re on a leash during walks, or supervising them while they’re playing. We’re also familiar with basic dog first aid and am quick to recognize any signs of distress or discomfort, allowing us to act promptly if something goes wrong. Our commitment to their safety means we’re always alert and prepared to handle any situation that may arise, giving both the dogs and their owners peace of mind.

“Paige is the most reliable sitter I’ve ever had, I am a constant repeat customer and have never found someone who can come even close to how great she is with pets! My cats are in love with her! Thanks Paige again for another successful trip away from Home 🖤”

About: Hi! I’m Kayleigh T. and I’m can’t wait to meet you and your pet! I’ve grown up caring for pets and have always had animals in my home. For the last five years, I’ve been trusted to care for pets for friends, family, and clients. I have hands-on experience caring for dogs of all sizes, ages, and energy levels. I understand that every dog has a unique personality, routine, and pace, and I tailor each walk to keep them safe, comfortable, and happy. Whether it’s an energetic pup who needs a long, engaging walk or a senior dog who prefers a slower, relaxed pace, I make sure each dog gets the attention and care they deserve. I’m attentive to leash manners, basic commands, and safety at all times, and I always prioritize your dog’s well-being. I genuinely enjoy building trust with both dogs and their owners, providing reliable, consistent care, and making sure every walk is a positive experience. You can feel confident knowing your dog is in caring, capable hands. I am a student at FAU, and my classes are mostly online so I am free pretty much every day. I also work part-time, but I am flexible! When caring for pets in my client’s home, I always follow their established routine to help pets feel comfortable and secure. I make sure all basic needs are met, including feeding, fresh water, medication if needed, litter box or potty cleanup, and plenty of attention and companionship. For dogs, I provide safe, attentive walks tailored to their energy level and comfort, along with playtime and basic reinforcement of good leash manners. For cats, I focus on calm, low-stress drop-in visits that include feeding, litter care, playtime or quiet companionship, depending on their personality. I treat every home with respect, keep spaces clean, and provide updates so owners feel confident and informed while they’re away. My priority is always the pet’s safety, happiness, and well-being in their familiar environment
About: I've been around dogs my entire life. I currently have 3 dogs, and have been a dog owner since I was a kid. I'm the go-to dog sitter that family members and friends use when they go out of town. Last summer I completed 30 hours of community service at the Miami-Dade animal shelter walking dogs. I have experience with dogs of all sizes and all ages. My dog Shashi passed away in 2024 at 16 years old, so I know how to properly care for senior dogs. I'm a high school teacher about to be off for the summer starting June 5. From now until then, I'm free in the afternoons. After June 5, I'll be available at all times of the day, including weekends. I have 3 friendly dogs who usually just hang on the couch with us or enjoy the fenced in backyard, but it really will depend on your dog's needs and what makes him or her happy. I make time to play with my younger dog, take her on long walks, but with the two older ones, we're mostly just Netflix and chillin.
About: I’ve had dogs most of my life and have also cared for cats for friends and family. I’m comfortable caring for pets of all ages, from playful puppies to senior pets who need a little extra attention. Whether it’s walks, feeding, playtime, medications, or just keeping them company, I treat every pet like they’re my own. I’ve always loved being around animals, so pet care fits naturally into my routine. I have a flexible schedule and enjoy spending time with pets, whether that’s going for a walk, playing with them, or just keeping them company. I love getting to know their personalities and making sure they feel comfortable while their owners are away. I prefer to watch pets in my home because I enjoy having them around and can give them lots of attention. Before a stay, I like to talk with owners about their pet’s routine, habits, what they like, and anything that might make them nervous or uncomfortable. I don’t have a fenced yard, but I do take dogs out for walks 2–3 times a day and make sure they get plenty of exercise and attention. I want pets to feel comfortable, cared for, and as relaxed as possible while their family is away.
About: I have always had a deep love for animals, especially dogs, but sadly live away from my dog (adulting is hard) so I’ve turned to helping others care for and love their fur babies in the meantime! In college my roommates and I used to foster dogs, helped instructors with their training, gave them a loving home and lots of games of fetch and belly rubs, and volunteered at my local shelters. Additionally, I have experience dog sitting for friends and family! I hope I get to help you care for your pets too! I’m currently working from home every day except for Tuesdays and Wednesdays , and my work day schedule has flexibility to easily incorporate pet care. Additionally, I am very active and enjoy going on walks during my work breaks, as well as outside of work. I live in an apartment but it’s location is right across from several recreational areas like parks! Your pet will not be left unattended for periods of time and he will be treated in our home as if this is also his home, because it will temporarily be, and their comfort and safety is our top priority. We are extremely against any type of physical reprimand and will always treat your pet with love, kindness, and respect.
“Christina far exceeds all expectations when it comes to watching my senior pup, Atlas. With him having many health issues, I am the biggest helicopter mom ever and hate when I need to leave him for work. I always leave a long list of nitpicky things for Christina to do and she ALWAYS ensures that he is properly watched over with the utmost care. Christina is always super adaptable, great with last minute requests, very early morning drop offs, you name it! She truly has gone above and beyond to help me. The first time Atlas met Christina he instantly took to her - and he's a dog who generally doesn't care for strangers! As a dog person, you can always recognize another life-long dog lover and Atlas certainly agrees <3 Thank you so much Christina, I hope you never leave the area ha!”
About: I’m a visual artist based in Boca Raton and lifelong animal lover with over 10 years plus of experience caring for pets. I create calm, peaceful environments and naturally connect with sensitive animals. Friends, neighbors, and family have trusted me to care for their dogs and cats with love, patience, and attention. Also snakes and chickens.) I especially love large gentle breeds like Great Danes, and as an artist I notice small details in personality and behavior. I truly believe animals feel when they are safe, respected, and loved. And if you like, one day you can also commission a beautiful portrait of your beloved pet painted by me. My schedule is flexible, which allows me to give pets calm, attentive care and companionship. I enjoy walks, playtime, quiet time, and creating a peaceful environment where animals feel safe and relaxed. I’m reliable, patient, and happy to follow your pet’s usual routine as closely as possible. I care for every pet with gentleness, patience, and close attention to their personality and needs. I understand how important trust is when someone is caring for a beloved animal. About: I’ve cared for dogs my entire life and currently have three of my own, so I’m very experienced managing different personalities, energy levels, and routines at once. I’m comfortable with small to medium dogs, including puppies and senior dogs, and I pay close attention to behavior, comfort, and safety. I’m used to handling feeding schedules, walks, basic grooming, and giving medications when needed. Because I have my own dogs, I’m very intentional about keeping a calm, structured environment and making sure every dog feels secure. I also understand how important consistency is, so I follow each dog’s routine closely and adjust based on their needs whether they’re energetic, anxious, or more relaxed. My schedule is flexible, and I plan my days around the dogs I’m caring for to make sure they get the attention they need. I’m available for walks, drop-ins, and house sitting throughout the week, and I can also accommodate weekends. For boarding, I’m more selective since I already have three dogs at home, so I only take one client’s dog at a time to keep things calm and safe. I’m consistent with routines, including feeding times, walks, and bathroom breaks. I live in a clean, safe apartment and prioritize a calm, structured environment. Since I have three friendly dogs of my own, I only accept one client’s dog at a time and always do slow, supervised introductions to make sure everyone is comfortable. Dogs are never left unsupervised together until I’m confident they’re a good match. I follow each dog’s routine closely and can separate spaces if needed to ensure safety. For house sitting, I respect your home and your dog’s environment, keeping their routine as consistent as possible. My focus is always on making your dog feel secure, comfortable, and well cared for.

About: I have a lot of experience caring for all dogs, including adopting and raising them myself. I’m patient, gentle, and very attentive to their routines and special needs, whether that’s medications, slower walks, or just extra comfort and love. I treat every dog like family and make sure they feel safe and cared for while you’re away. I work just a few hours a day Monday-Thursday as an elementary tutor. I can adhere to your pet's schedule and needs! I am a college student missing my furbabies back home and I want to care for yours. <3 I live in an apartment with no other furry friends. I am walking distance from a large park for dogs walks. For cats and other critters my space is clutter free and ready for zoomies.
“Rachael is the best! This was my third time booking her to care for my two cats, and I couldn’t be happier. My cats are usually very shy, but they absolutely love her. She always goes above and beyond, spending quality time playing with them and keeping them engaged during each visit. It’s such a relief to be able to travel knowing my kitties are not only well cared for, but genuinely happy. I highly recommend Rachael to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and attentive pet sitter! 🐾💕”

“Shirel is super dependable and great with my boys! She communicates any changes and is great at following up with anything needed! I receive daily reports and photos of my boys and that eases my mind knowing they were taken care of. Highly recommend her :)”

“I’m so thankful to have found Stephanie. She is always so quick to respond to booking requests and is flexible between drop ins and overnights. You can tell she has a kind spirit from a mile away and I have never been more at ease about leaving Zeke under someone’s care! After returning home from her first overnight stay, the house was in perfect condition.”

About: Im a dog/cat lover that will treat your baby’s like their my own. I have two dogs at my own house (would love to have more) I have a bull terrier that is 1 year old and a pomchi that is 8 months. I like to stay active, spend as much time with my dogs and take them out to parks. This could probably be a dream job for me because I am a animal lover; when o was younger I thought about going to school for vet. I am also very friendly and easy going, but very shy sometimes. Flexible and on time when someone in my family needs meCurrently in school and just looking for something on the side to do for fun :)

About: I have experience with dogs and cats (and other animals too). My house offers a great safe space for them. I also have a lot of at home time that can be dedicated to your loved animals! About: I have spent my whole life around dogs and I love to get to know each of their different personalities. My best buddy, Nash, passed away in June ‘19 & he is dearly missed 😢. He was a 90 lb boxer/pitbull mix & his energetic personality taught me a lot about how to connect with and care for dogs. I am taking classes online so my schedule is somewhat flexible. I love to get out for walks as much as possible no matter the time of day or weather. I live near many parks and great areas to walk. I don’t have a dog right now so I would be happy to help others & meet new dogs!

Maureen was an awesome dog sitter! We were out of town for almost a week, and she came to fill in the gaps between when our family member would be at the house, and at work. The dogs responded really well to her! She gave them the attention that we hoped for, and made sure that all was in order. Very easy to communicate with! She sent daily photos of them, and it was so great to know they were in great hands! Highly recommend!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
