She has a very well-organized and comfortable inside space for the pups, but normally she gives them free rein inside. Her house NEVER smells like animals live there. It is always bright, cheerful, and clean. I can't say that about some of the "boarding facitilies" I have have used in the past. Kelly is so nice, and she knows her stuff when it comes to animal care. Her enthusiasm and genuine love for animals allow me to relax when I have to board my fur babies because I know they are in good hands and will enjoy their stay at her house. She is wonderful about sending messages and photos while I am away - and she seems to know the perfect time to send them (when I am missing them the most). Thank you to Kelly! And thank you to Rover.com for making this method of pet care such a wonderful pet parent option!”
