About: Hi! My name is Emily, and I'm a Registered Veterinary Technician with hands-on experience in animal care, I have my associates degree in Veterinary Technology. I've worked closely with dogs, cats and exotics of all sizes, ages, and temperaments, so I'm very comfortable handling everything from energetic puppies to senior pets who need a little extra care. With my veterinary background, I have hands-on experience working with animals in both general practice and emergency situations, so I'm comfortable recognizing signs of illness, handling medical needs, and staying calm under pressure. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pet, and I treat every animal like they're my own. Whether it's daily walks, drop-in visits, or overnight care, I'm reliable, attentive, and truly enjoy spending time with animals. I'm also happy to send updates and photos so you can have peace of mind while you're away. I'd describe my personality as Friendly, dependable, detail-oriented. I’m always available to care for your pets and have a very flexible schedule with no restrictions. I’m happy to accommodate your needs and make sure your pets are safe, comfortable, and well cared for! I provide attentive, personalized care based on each pet’s routine and comfort level, whether in the client’s home or my own. In the client’s home, I follow all instructions closely to maintain their pet’s normal schedule, including feeding, walks, playtime, and any medications, while also keeping their home clean and secure. In my home, I create a safe and comfortable environment where pets can relax, stick to their usual routine as much as possible, and receive plenty of supervision, exercise, and affection. In both settings, I prioritize safety, consistency, and communication with regular updates for peace of mind.
“Karley took such great care of our poodle mix! She communicated well and often. I wasn’t worried for one moment about Kiki while we were on a family vacation. Glad we found her and will use again!”

“Jessica was great! She was able to be here last minute when my original sitter had to cancel the morning of my trip. The animals were well taken care of and the house was clean!”

“Rebecca was fantastic! She communicated proactively about how our pup was doing and sent great pics and videos! She tidied up around our place before leaving, which was SO nice to come home to after traveling. I highly recommend her services and plan on being a repeat customer. Thanks Rebecca!”

About: I’ve always had dogs growing up in the house, but I needed one of my own when I was seven, which is why I proclaim fifteen years of experience. When I was five, I called myself the dog whisperer, and I’m bringing back the title because I think it still fits! Since middle school, I have pet sat for many family friends and neighbors, and I always get along great with the animals! I’m going to school to become a therapist, but if dog therapists were a thing, I would change career paths. Please let me hang with your pets - I don’t have any pets anymore and I miss doggos! I work M-F from 9-5, but get out early some days and can visit the pets on my lunch. Other than that, I can be free as needed! I’m happy to spend as much time with the pets as is preferred. I will house sit or dog walk, but I cannot host them! I will of course follow any instructions left and be very respectful of the space, while making sure your pets have the best time!
“Maggie is an incredible sitter! She has taken care of my dog, Nattie, on two separate trips of mine now and it is the most confident I’ve ever been that Nattie is safe, happy, and well looked after while I’m gone. Maggie sends me an update with pictures each day, along with any questions or concerns, and otherwise I can trust I don’t need to worry and enjoy my trip without stressing that something could be wrong. I love getting the pictures and hearing about how everything is going, and knowing Nattie is being given all the treats and walks and attention she needs and deserves. I would recommend Maggie to any dog mom looking for someone reliable and trustworthy!”

“I have used Laci for both drop in and overnight services. She met with us for a meet and greet before the sitting dates. My Lola took up to her right away. Laci provided updates and picture and followed directions left for her the day of the sittings. I would seek out her service again for sure!”

“Patrice was fantastic housesitting for our elderly dog and young pup for a week. They had great care and Patrice kept us well-informed when one of the dogs didn’t seem to feel well for a day or so. It was a great comfort to have someone who cares so much about animals and their well-being looking after the dogs while we were away!”

“We booked for a second time with Elizabeth, and much like the first we have nothing but good things to say. Our two boys love her, and she takes very good care of the house while we are away.”

About: I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life and have been caring for pets since I was 11. I’ve pet sat for family, friends, and neighbors since I was 14. I’m a college student with a completely open and flexible schedule this summer! I’m available throughout the week for walks, drop ins, pet sitting, and can accept last minute bookings. Spending time with dogs is something I genuinely live for, so I love making pet care part of my daily routine. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities! I’m attentive and patient, while also extremely well versed with dogs of all different breeds, sizes, and personalities. I treat every dog like my own babies!

About: I have 3 dogs of my own who I love to take care of! I can feed, walk, bathe and most importantly give lots of love!! My schedule is super flexible, so I have lots of time in the mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. I’m working part time this summer so I can spend real time with your pets and give them lots of love instead of rushing :) I have grown up around pets and I genuinely love being around animals. I’m super comfortable with both dogs and cats, and I like getting to know each pet’s personality!! whether they’re playful and energetic or more calm and cuddly. I’m patient, responsible, and I always try my hardest to follow instructions exactly how they’re given.

Day Heights pet parents share their Rover experiences
We were super lucky and blessed to have found Jenna for our very first cat and kitten sitting in-home adventure. She is truly one of a kind and has an animal spirit. She kept us up to date daily, sent us pictures, and I could tell she went above and beyond to make sure that our kitties were happy and did not miss us. We could relax knowing that she was taking care of everything and knows what she's doing. She's also educated and highly experienced. Love love love her.

Saige was wonderful with the dogs, when she came to meet them, they all came up to her immediately wagging their tails, which is not usual for the smallest one. We felt completely at ease with Saige and knew we could trust her with our three furry babies. She was great with communication and we will definitely have her back when we need a pet sitter. When we got home, the house looked like she was never even here.
My pups can be high maintenance and she was great with them. She took several pictures and sent them to me and they looked very happy. She has communicated a lot with me to help offer suggestions for my 1 year old that I have been struggling with training. I’m very picky about my babies and I am so thankful we found her.

Michayla took care of my two cats for a week while I was on vacation, and she did a wonderful job! She is very caring and attentive, and she made sure to send me pictures and updates throughout the week which really put my mind at ease. I will definitely book her again in the future.
