We were gone for a very long time and I was worried about leaving them with ANYONE but myself (esp since one dog is a covid dog and has never been home without me). About: I grew up with dogs and cats around me since I was a baby, and have always held a special place in my heart for them. When my parents, as well as family friends, would go out of town, I would frequently be responsible for feeding the animals, taking them on walks, or simply just keeping them company. My mom is a veteranrian so I have grown up with a great role model on how to treat animals in a safe and respectful way. I am home for 2 months before my study abroad trip, Dec. 21st-Febuary 10th. I have a completely free schedule until then. I am able to provide services Monday-Sunday. I have a large backyard that I can throw toys in and have 2 other dogs that can keep them company. One is a Leonberger and the other is a Jack Russell Terrier.

About: I have taken care of my own dogs and others dog's for over 10 years now. My family and I have 3 dogs currently and have owned 6 dogs throughout my life of varying sizes. I have dog sat and walked dogs for many of my friends and family over the years with the dogs being in size ranges as big as Great Danes down to little Griffons. In addition I have bathed and brushed dogs for years as well. I of course am also very affectionate towards any dogs, making sure to give them lots of pets and scratches. I will be available between 10 AM-6 PM every weekday unless specified otherwise, though days and hours are mutable and can be subject to change in the future. If I decide to change my hours/days all clients will be notified of the change with ample time to figure something out between us if need be. I will show your dog affection and make sure they have enough food and water as needed. I can also differ my services based off what my client needs. For example during a drop in I can wear out your overly excited puppy, I can clean your litterbox, or I can just lay down and chill with your older dog who just needs some pets and attention. I am easygoing and can work with any client.

“Elizabeth is such a sweet and caring dog sitter. Our more anxious big dog took to her at the Meet and Greet which made me comfortable about the actual stay. She was very honest and accommodating of all our questions during the M&G too. She was very flexible on our departure day because we were delayed due to weather. The actual stay went well, no issues with the dogs or house. The house was all tidy when we returned so I couldn't tell she stayed for 5 days. Saige was wonderful with the dogs, when she came to meet them, they all came up to her immediately wagging their tails, which is not usual for the smallest one. We felt completely at ease with Saige and knew we could trust her with our three furry babies. She was great with communication and we will definitely have her back when we need a pet sitter. When we got home, the house looked like she was never even here.
Drew watched my 2 German shepherds and 3 cats for 5 days (longest time I've been gone with a sitter) and all animals were comfortable and relaxed being in his care, and even my rescue dog was snuggling with him on the couch (they're allowed on the couch). Would love to have him back.
