A typical day
I love to take dogs on walks to help build a bond and get them exercise. If you have a fenced in yard, we can play fetch or outside. Mental stimulation is also very important, so try to play tug inside or let them chew on their toys. If you have any games with their food, that it is a fun game to play with dogs.

I’ve been a pet owner my whole life and have owned 2 small dogs for the past 9+ years. I have experience pet sitting large breed dogs, senior dogs, cats, small animals and other dogs. I also have fostered dogs and help them get adopted.

Rebecca was fine with the dogs and a good house guest. However, she did text me on the day the booking was supposed to end and said she left 3 hours earlier than I thought she was going to. When I asked why she left, she essentially let me know the dogs were just laying around and “it didn’t really seem like I needed to be there for that.” In my opinion, that is what we pay a dog sitter to be there - whether our dogs are active or not. It is so they do not have to be in the kennel for hours.
