About: I've had dogs since I was born and throughout my entire life. I've had puppies, senior dogs, and all big dogs! I've been sitting for neighbors and friends for years, too. I love to play inside or outside. My specialty is cuddling the love bugs. I'm currently working a very flexible part time job and I have a reliable vehicle, so pet care fits very easily into my day! I keep a close eye on all the pets (mostly because I'm trying to get them to hang out with me). I set reminders and have notes to keep on top of things and never forget a step! I am very attentive to my surroundings when I am sitting so I can keep the love bugs safe and comfortable.

About: I have had dogs in my family my whole life and ever since moving away I knew I needed my own, his name is Mac! I’ve watched my neighbors and friends dogs many times in the past as well. I am currently working from home, so I am able to be there the entire time to let your pups out and give them lots of love and attention! Love walking and spending time outside, so why not have some pups join me! Bringing your own crates and beds are optional, we have extras if needed. More than happy to pick-up and drop off.

About: I am a dog mom through and through! Growing up in the country we had many dogs of all breeds I enjoyed. Now I am the proud mom to two mini dachshunds who love to hike and nap with me. I have watched many friends dogs and cats throughout the last couple years. Connecting with new animals brings me happiness plus I know how hard it is to find a trusted pet sitter for your animals. I want to be the best fit for your fur babies so let's connect! I am available part time for pet sitting. Weekends are more open than week days at this moment. I will only accept work I can fully dedicate my time and energy to. I always provide the safest transportation if needed. I carry dog treats, water, poop bags, and leash with me in my SUV. Plenty of room for a dog of any size. When visiting your home I will respect your privacy and home. I promise to leave all areas as clean as they were when I arrived. I will always double check locks, doors and the animals needs before exiting.

Bibiana was so great with my dog, Bella. Excellent communication and very reliable. Bella is usually a little hesitant meeting strangers but she warmed right up to Bibiana instantly. It was clear she has much love for dogs and she has taken amazing care for Bella. I will definitely be a repeat client!

About: I’ve been around animals my whole life. I have knowledge with working dogs, police, dogs, rescue dogs, all of the above. I have a retired police dog and a rescue pup along with three cats. I’m familiar with young dogs, senior dogs dogs that need medication, all that fun stuff. I’m very passionate about helping and taking care of animals and I thoroughly enjoy meeting all different types of animals and getting to know their personalities. I just graduated high school so I am free every day. I’m willing to do overnight days, weekly stays drop in visits. My schedule is always very flexible. We don’t have a fence so one dog goes outside on a leash and the other dog has recall so he doesn’t need a leash. In clients homes I always follow the checklist or rules that are sent to me. I don’t wanna risk anything bad happening. I feed on schedule, give meds when needed, provide multiple potty breaks, and always make time for playtime.

About: I’ve had my own dog for 5 years, and it’s taught me a lot of responsibility. I used to dog walk for my neighbors before I moved. Also, I have a lot of patience when it comes to dogs. I’ll feed, walk, play, and even give your dog a bath if needed. I wake up early everyday to let my dog go outside. And I try to take my dog for walks everyday before dinner. I’m not a busy person so I’m always home ready to take care of the dogs Pets in my house are allowed on furniture and beds. I make sure to vacuum frequently because of the fur. I live in a 3 story house, with plenty of room for my dog and the dog I’m sitting. I live in a suburban development, with a safe route to walk dogs.

I currently do have a job and play sports but that doesn’t stop me from making time to take care of animals. I will make as much time as I need to take care of your pets. If your pet comes to my home I will ensure everything is clean, put up, toys are out their entire stay, and if you are uncomfortable with my animals being with yours I will put them up too to make sure your animal is safe and comfortable. If I am coming to your home I will make sure to play with them, feed them, take them on walks, clean the house if they leave a mess, make sure they have food and water all the essentials both at my home and yours.

About: I am not a professional but sometimes I believe that’s okay. I’ve had dogs since I can remember. I’ve always had such a big heart when it comes to animals. I worked at a shelter while I was in high school and the hardest for me was not bringin them all to my house. I have two dogs of my own. They’re both older girls and very very laid back and friendly. I think every dog has personality of their own and that’s what is beautiful about dogs. I think taking care of dogs is more than a chore or a job, i think it’s more of passion. In my opinion you have to love dogs to be able to take care of them the way they need. I hope I can be what you’re looking for.

About: Dogs have been part of my life for as long as I can remember, so caring for them comes naturally to me. Growing up in a home with dogs taught me how to understand their different personalities, emotional needs, behaviors, and routines beyond just the basics of feeding and walking. I pride myself on creating a calm, loving, and safe environment where dogs feel comfortable, cared for, and genuinely happy while their owners are away. I am patient, attentive, and I have the ability to build trust with animals quickly. I treat every dog like family, paying close attention to their energy, comfort, and individual needs so owners can feel confident knowing their pets are in caring and dependable hands. Pet care fits very naturally into my routine because I currently work part time and am home the majority of the week. I have open availability during weekdays from 8am–1pm and 3pm–8pm, which gives me plenty of flexibility for walks, drop-in visits, feeding schedules, playtime, and giving pets the attention they need. I enjoy being active and spending time with animals, so caring for pets is something I genuinely look forward to rather than seeing as just a job. I prefer caring for pets in their own home because it allows them to stay comfortable in a familiar environment and maintain their normal routine. I make it a priority to carefully follow all instructions provided by the owner, including feeding schedules, walks, medication if needed, and any specific care preferences. I also understand how important trust and communication are, so I will provide regular updates, pictures, and check-ins while owners are away so they can feel reassured that their pet is safe, loved, and well cared for.

After reading and searching through many profiles in the hope finding the right individual, I was very fortunate to stumble into Rafaels profile. After contacting and explaining to Rafael my situation that I just rescued a Pitbull and that I need help looking after him until I find his home, he took great interest and was immediately available for a one-on-one meet. I could sense that Rafael and this sweet Pittie (Eddie) instantly connected, the moment they had met. Watching Rafael interacting with Eddie, I immediately could tell that he is a very experienced and respectful person, who cares deeply about the needs of animals. Rafael took on the mission walking and spending time with Eddie every day for 30 minutes, which turned out a huge success. Every day, while I am at work, I get a message from Rafael, informing me when Eddie gets picked up for his walk and when he gets dropped off back home. He also sends me a little report card showing me what they did along their walk with a few pictures. Rafael is also open with texting him for anything and everything and he always replies. It’s been three weeks or longer since Rafael has been caring for Eddie now and I could not be happier. Even though I do a lot with Eddie in terms of entertaining and training, but being away at work for long hours, it is totally calming to know that Eddie is in safe hands with Rafael. What is also extremely great and important to know, is that Rafael has a backup person, in case he is already too booked for one day and sends his replacement named Darius, who is just as kind, caring and professional as Rafael. Both, Rafael and Darius are always on time and very communicative, which is such an important factor. And most important.... Eddie loves both of them! It is really wonderful to watch that sweet pup jump, skip and wiggle for joy, when either one of those two come to be with him. All in all, I am very grateful and happy with Rafael and Darius and would recommend both for caring for your Dog, if you ever were in need of a really wonderful, trustworthy and caring Dog-walker or sitter.

About: I have lots of experience in pets from birthing to seniors! I’ve done plenty of puppy training and I’ve worked with animals my entire life! Hello! I work full time during the week 8:15-4:30 and I do Rover on the side to help pay for my college! I have much more free time on the weekends but if you book for weekdays I’ll make sure your babies get the love and care they need! In my home I always make sure that my pets needs come first, if I notice a behavior I always try to find the root of it before making changes.

  • 89% of walkers can help with special care needs
  • 92% can help with giving oral medications or injections
  • 98% can help with daily exercise

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
