About: I work from home Monday - Friday so your lovable friend will be consistently monitored, I have a two story home with three bedrooms however it’s just my husband and I with our three cats so lots of space, I also have a fenced in backyard and live in a walkable neighborhood in Cumberland Indiana if your pet needs to be walked. ☺️ I’ve had several years of hands-on experience caring for cats with a wide range of personalities, including shy, independent, high-energy, and more strong-willed (‘spicy’) temperaments. I am home and can give the attention and care your pet needs. My schedule is flexible, so I can easily fit in a walk, potty time or play time. I stay outside with my dog and cats while they play in the yard and on the large patio. Inside we all hang out together in the large living area, but I also have another room with a gate where a pet can go if she needs some space. I can have your dog sleep in the crate or outside the crate, whichever makes her the most comfortable and happy.
About: I’ve had 2 pups for over a decade. Bonzo is my first born, a 12yr old Mini Aussie. He’s a trip and great with my kids. Recently lost my 15yr old Sheba Inu/German Shepherd mix. Akai was the love of my life. Not so great with the kids when they became mobile. We had a couple warning bites when the kids were toddlers. Everyone said to get rid of him, but I wouldn’t even consider it. Akai was telling the kids “he doesn’t like that” and the kids needed to learn to respect that. I understand and respect pups, sometimes better than people. I can try to teach the basics to a pup, but definitely not a dog trainer. I’ve considered getting another pup, but Akai was one of a kind. Instead I thought I could share my extra puppy love with other pups. I’m a single mom with two school age kids. So I am available during school hours, 8am-1pm. During the summer my schedule will vary, but mostly available every day of the week. My pup is one of the kids. I give him just as much love and attention as my kids. About: Since a young age, I've had a passion for animals of all kinds. I've taken care of animals ranging from goldfish to bearded dragons to rabbits to doggies. About: I've had dogs and cats my whole life, and love them deeply. I volunteered with a cat rescue for 5 years, and last year started volunteering with a pitbull rescue, including doggy days out, events, and fostering. I wake up around 8am and feed my cat before letting my dogs out in the backyard for a potty break and to run around for a bit. I feed them and let them in to eat, and then play with them periodically while I work, and let them outside every two hours or so. If work allows, I take them for a midday walk as well. In the evening we hang out on the couch while I read or watch a show, and then they are crated for bedtime until we wake up. I have a fenced in backyard and two friendly dogs to play with. Both are happily crated at bedtime or when we leave the house.
