Cat Sitting in Cumberland

About: I've had dogs since I was born and throughout my entire life. I've had puppies, senior dogs, and all big dogs! I've been sitting for neighbors and friends for years, too. I love to play inside or outside. My specialty is cuddling the love bugs. I'm currently working a very flexible part time job and I have a reliable vehicle, so pet care fits very easily into my day! I keep a close eye on all the pets (mostly because I'm trying to get them to hang out with me). I set reminders and have notes to keep on top of things and never forget a step! I am very attentive to my surroundings when I am sitting so I can keep the love bugs safe and comfortable.

About: My family and I have owned dogs since before I can remember, and I have helped take care of them, as well as petsit for others, since I was old enough to do so on my own. I am a generally calm and affectionate person around dogs, which makes me a good fit for more anxious/nervous dogs. I currently work on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, which leaves weekends and Monday/Friday open for me to house/petsit! On Mondays I am free in the mornings and after 5pm, and on Fridays + weekends I am completely free. As I have my own anxious dog at home who really prefers to be a single dog, I am more comfortable housesitting than boarding. I am adaptable to most dog schedules, and am used to both high energy and low energy dogs.

About: I am a dog mom through and through! Growing up in the country we had many dogs of all breeds I enjoyed. Now I am the proud mom to two mini dachshunds who love to hike and nap with me. I have watched many friends dogs and cats throughout the last couple years. Connecting with new animals brings me happiness plus I know how hard it is to find a trusted pet sitter for your animals. I want to be the best fit for your fur babies so let's connect! I am available part time for pet sitting. Weekends are more open than week days at this moment. I will only accept work I can fully dedicate my time and energy to. I always provide the safest transportation if needed. I carry dog treats, water, poop bags, and leash with me in my SUV. Plenty of room for a dog of any size. When visiting your home I will respect your privacy and home. I promise to leave all areas as clean as they were when I arrived. I will always double check locks, doors and the animals needs before exiting.

About: I’ve been around animals my whole life. I have knowledge with working dogs, police, dogs, rescue dogs, all of the above. I have a retired police dog and a rescue pup along with three cats. I’m familiar with young dogs, senior dogs dogs that need medication, all that fun stuff. I’m very passionate about helping and taking care of animals and I thoroughly enjoy meeting all different types of animals and getting to know their personalities. I just graduated high school so I am free every day. I’m willing to do overnight days, weekly stays drop in visits. My schedule is always very flexible. We don’t have a fence so one dog goes outside on a leash and the other dog has recall so he doesn’t need a leash. In clients homes I always follow the checklist or rules that are sent to me. I don’t wanna risk anything bad happening. I feed on schedule, give meds when needed, provide multiple potty breaks, and always make time for playtime.

About: I work from home Monday- Friday so your lovable friend will be consistently monitored, I’ve had several years of hands-on experience caring for cats with a wide range of personalities, including shy, independent, high-energy, and more strong-willed (‘spicy’) temperaments. My experience comes from raising and caring for my own three cats, each with very different needs and behaviors. I’ve worked closely with rescue cats and understand the patience and consistency required to help them feel safe and comfortable in a new environment. I’m very attentive to body language and behavioral cues, which allows me to adjust my care style to each pet’s comfort level. In my home, I provide a calm, structured, and low-stress environment. I have a two story home with three bedrooms however it’s just my husband and I with our three cats so lots of space, I also have a fenced in backyard and live in a walkable neighborhood if your pet needs to be walked. ☺️ I work from home full-time, which allows me to provide consistent, attentive care for pets throughout the day. I have several automatic feeders and scheduled wet food times, along with fresh water bowls, so meals are always on time. My husband also comes home at the same time each day, providing extra hands and supervision to ensure pets feel safe and attended to. Our home has a predictable routine, which helps cats feel comfortable and secure. I’m able to adjust playtime, attention, or quiet time to match each pet’s personality, whether they prefer independent relaxation or interactive enrichment. My home is a calm, secure space for pets, located in a safe neighborhood. It’s just my husband, our three cats, and me—no kids—so the environment is quiet and low-traffic. I have multiple rooms available to help cats adjust comfortably, so shy or independent pets can have their own space, while those who enjoy company can stay nearby in my home office while I work.
