About: IVDD experienced dachshund mom with hands on rehab experience, plus years caring for rescue dogs and high energy heelers through walks, training, and overnight sitting with deep compassion. Pet care is a central part of my routine. With a part time job and flexible schedule, I’m able to prioritize walks, enrichment, and one-on-one attention so dogs feel safe, supported, and at home. I provide calm and structured care that closely follow a dog's existing routine. I do use crate training with positive reinforcement when I have to leave the house. I offer IVDD safe handling, walks, interactive play, and will send you 2 updates per day with photos while you're away.

About: I work from home Monday - Friday so your lovable friend will be consistently monitored, I have a two story home with three bedrooms however it’s just my husband and I with our three cats so lots of space, I also have a fenced in backyard and live in a walkable neighborhood in Cumberland Indiana if your pet needs to be walked. ☺️ I’ve had several years of hands-on experience caring for cats with a wide range of personalities, including shy, independent, high-energy, and more strong-willed (‘spicy’) temperaments. My experience comes from raising and caring for my own three cats, each with very different needs and behaviors. I’ve worked closely with rescue cats and understand the patience and consistency required to help them feel safe and comfortable in a new environment. I’m very attentive to body language and behavioral cues, which allows me to adjust my care style to each pet’s comfort level. In my home, I provide a calm, structured, and low-stress environment. I have the ability to separate pets if needed, making it ideal for animals who are shy, anxious, or prefer their own space. I prioritize cleanliness, routine, and safety at all times. I work from home full-time, which allows me to provide consistent, attentive care for pets throughout the day. I have several automatic feeders and scheduled wet food times, along with fresh water bowls, so meals are always on time. My husband also comes home at the same time each day, providing extra hands and supervision to ensure pets feel safe and attended to. Our home has a predictable routine, which helps cats feel comfortable and secure. I’m able to adjust playtime, attention, or quiet time to match each pet’s personality, whether they prefer independent relaxation or interactive enrichment. My home is a calm, secure space for pets, located in a safe neighborhood. It’s just my husband, our three cats, and me—no kids—so the environment is quiet and low-traffic. I have multiple rooms available to help cats adjust comfortably, so shy or independent pets can have their own space, while those who enjoy company can stay nearby in my home office while I work. Caring for my own three cats gives me firsthand experience with multi-cat dynamics, and I know how to manage interactions to ensure all pets feel safe and stress-free. I maintain a clean, structured environment with consistent routines, monitored feeding and hydration, and lots of attention to comfort and enrichment. Whether your pet needs quiet personal space or friendly companionship, I tailor their care to make sure they feel safe, happy, and well-cared for while you’re away.

About: I've had dogs and cats my whole life, and love them deeply. I volunteered with a cat rescue for 5 years, and last year started volunteering with a pitbull rescue, including doggy days out, events, and fostering. I wake up around 8am and feed my cat before letting my dogs out in the backyard for a potty break and to run around for a bit. I feed them and let them in to eat, and then play with them periodically while I work, and let them outside every two hours or so. If work allows, I take them for a midday walk as well. In the evening we hang out on the couch while I read or watch a show, and then they are crated for bedtime until we wake up. I have a fenced in backyard and two friendly dogs to play with. Both are happily crated at bedtime or when we leave the house.

About: I am not a professional but sometimes I believe that’s okay. I’ve had dogs since I can remember. I’ve always had such a big heart when it comes to animals. I worked at a shelter while I was in high school and the hardest for me was not bringin them all to my house. I have two dogs of my own. They’re both older girls and very very laid back and friendly. I think every dog has personality of their own and that’s what is beautiful about dogs. I think taking care of dogs is more than a chore or a job, i think it’s more of passion. In my opinion you have to love dogs to be able to take care of them the way they need. I hope I can be what you’re looking for.

About: We love all kinds of animals and have been a rescue family for years! Both my husband and I have always had pets and have been a safe home for neglected or abandoned dogs We work from home and can give all the love and attention deserved!! Our dogs and rabbits have a dependable schedule and are crate trained We provide an enriching fun safe environment for our dog and rabbits. We have an invisible fence but our dogs never wear their collars now that they know to stay in the yard. They love walks and romping in our wooded yard

About: Your fur-baby/babies will receive my one on one care throughout their stay. Summertime is a very busy time for dog sitting, so I may have more than one family at a time, but typically I try to book one family at a time. If you prefer just your family’s fur baby to be watched during their stay, please let me know and I will work with you or let you know if I have another family booked during your requested time/times. I have over 20 years of experience with many different dogs, all ages, sizes, and personalities. I have many years experience fostering and rescuing dogs. I have experience giving medication to many different dogs, (even the stubborn ones) working on potty training with puppies and adult dogs, as well as crate training. I work 630-3 daily, so your fur baby can be let out and fed first thing in the morning and let out again early afternoon. I leave a TV on for noise and ensure everyone is comfortable for the day. Your animal’s care is my top priority. I am well versed in watching dogs body language and social cues. I ensure everyone is safe by feeding everyone separately, including my own dogs. Many fur-babies enjoy visiting our home, playing with toys, enjoying treats ( allergy friendly of course) visiting and playing with our dogs and cats, running around our fenced yard, receiving all the pets/scratches/belly rubs, and all of the love and snuggles to make them feel at home. I have experience administering meds, dealing with allergies ( my lab mix is allergic to the world and has to be fed ONLY her prescription food), puppy play and potty training, very active younger dogs, as well as older dogs who may need a little more care or help throughout their stay. I am very patient with anxious, nervous, and shy dogs. I work with your pet when they are anxious whether it’s sitting in a quiet room one on one to ensure they eat, providing their own space when needed, or working on building trust with me in general. I am not a professional trainer, but I have a lot of experience working with a lot of different situations.
