About: I have taken care of animals for sixty plus years. Friends and family have entrusted me with caring for their pets. I have always had animals in my life. I am a retired nurse I am available to care for pets most days. I am trustworthy dependable and caring. Animals are a blessing to me. I have a huge fenced in backyard, with two friendly golden retrievers who would love to play with your pet. Also I can crate if needed.
About: I have always helped my parents and papaw when it came to taking care of the animals. It started with my first dogs, Maddy and Wallee. Ever since people have always commented on how big my heart is for our four legged friends!! My everyday job schedule changes every other week! About: I have always lived in a multi-animal household. I was raised by two animal lovers, and have had the honor of caring for several cats and dogs until their final days. Currently, I have a 3 year old, 11 year old, and 13 year old cat and two 11 year old dogs. I have also been pet sitting for neighbors since 2021, and been a foster since 2025. I am patient and willing to give your pet any special attention they may need due to age, a medical condition, or fear/behavioral issues. I do want you to know that if your dog likes to go on a lot of walks, I’m unfortunately not the sitter for you. I have a mobility disability. I am happy to play with your dog with their toys or supervise them as they run around your yard, but I am not able to take them on walks to get their energy out. But if you have a puppy that likes to “wrassle” or rough-house a little, that I’m happy to do! I’m a work-from-home (or wherever there’s internet) attorney. I may need to leave for like half the day to attend a hearing or a mediation. But besides that, I can’t think of any foreseeable reason I’d have to leave your pet alone for more than six hours. I am very willing to take things slow and work at your pet’s pace. I do not have any specialized training, but I have worked with dogs and cats with past trauma. I have laid on the ground for three hours just to show a dog I’m not a threat and they can approach me. And she eventually did, and the rest of the week went great. I am also willing to visit your house, possibly multiple times, to meet your pet and allow them to get comfortable with me before your travel.

About: I’ve grown up around animals my whole life and have had a cat & dog of my own for the past 4+ years. I’m very comfortable administering medication, handling special accommodations, and making sure they feel safe and cared for in any situation. My animals have given me plenty of experience with car rides, new spaces, and meeting new people, so I understand how to keep them calm, safe, and happy. Friends and family have relied on me many times to care for their fur babies, and I really do enjoy spending time with them! I work a general 8am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday, but i have 1 & 1/2 days working from home a week. I am willing to work with anyone and be flexible during those work from home days. I can do long walks on my 1 hour lunch break, or work from home at your place if need be! I don’t work on the weekends, so i have plenty of time to do drop ins, take your dog on a couple walks, or just hang out with your fur babies for the day! Again, there are many times where im flexible with holidays, weekends, & some weekdays while im working from home. I’m newer to the indianapolis area, so i have only watched animals for my coworkers thus far. But my dog, Moose (who is 2 1/2), goes on a 30-45 minute walk a day at least, is crated when i’m not home, is given a medication for anxiety every morning via sliced turkey and peanut butter lol, and is taken on at least one car ride a week because he loves them! My cat, Smokey, is very social and playful, although self-sufficient, is very needy, so i have plenty experience with a needy animal. Both Moose and Smokey get along great, and i’ve loved being a mama to the both of them! Both of my babies are very friendly with other animals and are trained well. I have plenty of experience accommodating the needs of different animals and different personalities!
About: I have grown up my entire life around pets and animals of all varieties. Dogs, cats, Parakeets, and even hamsters. I have learned and grown to love and care for animals because I view them as family, not just pets.
