This was our first time having pet sitting for our cat and with negative boarding experiences in the past, we were so nervous at how she would do with being left at home but Lucy did an INCREDIBLE job with Jinx! She set up a meet and greet before booking to make sure everyone was comfortable and sent some adorable photos with every check in visit which gave us so much peace of mind while out of the country! “She was excellent! She stopped by the house before our trip to meet the dogs and get an idea of their routine. We exchanged phone numbers, so we can have constant communication while we are gone. She always checked in with the Rover app and sent in photos. She did everything we asked with a great attitude. 10/10 would recommend!”

About: I had many pets, growing up! From dogs to turtles to ducks! And I loved them all. I helped with our elderly dogs, as well as helped my mama cat have two litters of kittens! Although cats can be pretty independent, they still need extra love and care. I have four cats and one dog right now, and they all get along. They each require different amount of attention and exercise, but me and my fiancé make sure they are all happy. I just love animals and would love to help you and your family out when needed! I often work from home, and I love to be outside. Most of the time I am usually with our big, red dog, Copper! Taking your pups on walks would be awesome as I would always love company. I also spend a lot of time playing with my cats, and making sure they get a little bit of sunshine in their day as well. I am very attentive to what our animals are needing. I know how to handle cats that may be a little bit sassy, as our mama cat is the queen of sass. I also know how to handle dogs that might be a little timid. While I don’t have patience for humans I have the most patients for animals.

“Allison stops by my house daily to check up on my two month old puppy and 3 cats. She does all of the puppy stuff, like feeding her, taking her outside, playing with her, and helping teach her commands! 2 of my cats are shy and hide when people come over, but in less than a week, they’ve started approaching her and letting her pet them! She has so much love for animals; there’s no one more trustworthy to care for your pet!”

About: I have always had such a love for animals since I was very young. My life definitely revolves around my pets and they are treated as family members. Growing up I was the girl in the neighborhood that took care of everyone’s pet needs starting at the age of around 12. I helped walk dogs, clean litter boxes, help bathe and groom dogs, and take care of peoples animals while they were on vacation. I also used to volunteer at the animal shelter at least once a week and help walk dogs there. Now I am working somewhere where I don’t get to be with animals so I am desperately needing to fill that void before we end up with even more of our own!! 🤣 I am currently working full time but I create my own schedule so I have more flexibility if booked ahead of time. Typically I’m available after 6:00pm mon-wed and after 4:30 Thurs-Friday. Weekends are almost always fully open for any pet needs!! I absolutely love spending time with animals whether that means simply cuddling up on the couch, playing ball, teaching them new tricks, or going for walk! I’m used to working with older dogs, puppies, and even dogs that have had a rough past and need a little extra patience. I can help with all your pet needs!!
