“Katelyn was amazing with our doggie!! She sent so many pictures and videos of our dog which I loved while being out of town. She took great care of our girl and I will definitely be rebooking her for any future trips. 10/10 recommend!”

About: Semi-retired dog lover with a lot of time for play, walks, and many cuddles. Caring, dependable, and dedicated to keeping your pup's tail wagging happily! I’m semi-retired and work from home, so pet care fits perfectly into my day. I take regular breaks for walks, playtime, and cuddles, making sure each pup feels loved and engaged. Though my profile shows my beautiful Jersey Girl, she does not live with me. She lives with my son, her best friend ever! So I do not have any other pets in my home and look forward to spoiling yours :) I live in a quiet, gated community that’s perfect for relaxed walks and fresh air. My home is calm, clean, and pet-friendly, with plenty of space for lounging and playtime. Dogs are welcome to make themselves comfortable and feel right at home.
About: I’ve had or watched every size dog from a mini wiener dog to an Italian mastiff and currently have 4 pups of my own including the puppy from two of them so I have the experience raising a puppy from birth which was quite the journey but if it happens again I will be much more prepared. Active Air Force but when I’m here I work 8 hours a day Monday to Friday and I’m off on the weekend currently working overnight 11 to 7 so anytime outside of that I am free I live in a very quiet walkable area, my dog is super friendly and loves making new friends. Cageless home because it’s their home as much as it is ours. Water stays full, potty breaks every couple hours or anytime I am about to leave the house.
About: I don’t just love dogs—I understand them. With a decade of experience in dog training, behavioral rehabilitation, and managing a full-service dog daycare and boarding facility, I’ve cared for dogs of every age, breed, size, and personality. From energetic puppies to senior dogs, anxious pets, and those with special behavioral needs, I know how to create a safe, structured, and loving environment where every dog can feel comfortable. I'm currently a part of a training team here locally that works with dogs who need basic obedience, work on reactivity, and aggression issues. Not only focusing on the actions of the dog but bridging the gap between parents and their pets to have a more fulfilling life together. I have a fenced in shaded yard with plenty of space to explore or play fetch. We also live on 10 acres with a short trail to a food plot if your pup prefers a leashed walk. As well as 4 ft X 5 ft structured kennels for overnight care and a stainless steel tub and dryer to give them the spa day they deserve!

About: I’ve been caring for animals since I was young, including dogs, cats, senior pets, and pets with special routines. I have two dogs and a three-legged cat of my own, so I understand how important it is to have someone patient, attentive, and trustworthy caring for your pets. I’m comfortable with feeding schedules, walks, playtime, crate routines, medication reminders, basic grooming needs, and giving pets the time they need to feel safe. My background in healthcare and the military has also made me very detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and good at following instructions carefully. I know pets are family, and I treat them with the same care and respect I would want someone to give mine. I’m not currently working outside of caring for pets so I have a flexible schedule and plenty of time to give pets the attention, care, and consistency they need. I’m available for drop-ins, walks, boarding, and house sitting depending on your pet’s routine. I’m happy to follow detailed instructions for feeding, potty breaks, medications, walks, playtime, crate time, and bedtime routines. Because my schedule is open, I can give pets more one-on-one care and help keep their day as normal and comfortable as possible while you’re away. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my biggest priorities. I have a fenced yard and can provide supervised potty breaks, playtime, and quiet rest time. Because I have pets of my own, I’m careful with introductions and can keep animals separated with crates, doors, or gates whenever needed. I never force interactions and always pay attention to each pet’s body language, stress level, and comfort. I’m also very careful with feeding instructions, medications, leash safety, doors, gates, and routines. Whether I’m caring for your pet in my home or yours, I want you to feel confident that they are being watched closely, treated kindly, and cared for like family.

About: I’ve had pets my whole life. I pay attention to all animals the same. No negligence while under my care. They will be taken care of. I work full time but on my days off I’d like to take care of peoples dogs in the community. I’ll be available Sunday,Monday, and Thursday. I have a fenced yard and dogs to keep yours company. I will follow any instructions with feeding, watering, walking, medications, etc. I don’t own a dog crate but can use one if provided.
About: I’ve been around animals my entire life and have always had pets of my own, so caring for them comes naturally to me. I also have professional experience working in an animal hospital, where I’ve cared for dogs and cats of different ages, sizes, personalities, and needs. My schedule is currently flexible, which allows me to accommodate a variety of pet care needs. I’m available for walks, drop-in visits, and pet sitting throughout the week. I’m happy to work with you to find times that fit your pet’s normal routine, and I’ll always communicate in advance about my availability. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and routine will always be my priority. When caring for pets in their own home, I’ll follow all instructions closely, including feeding schedules, medications, walks, potty breaks, and any special routines they’re used to. I understand how important it is to trust someone with both your pet and your home. I’ll treat your space with respect, keep doors and gates securely closed, maintain a clean environment, and make sure your pet is safe and comfortable at all times. I’m also happy to provide regular photos and updates so you can have peace of mind while you’re away. 🐾

“Cheryl is amazing and can always be counted on, no matter the situation. Responsive, reliable, respectful, easy to work with, and our kitties are lucky to have her dropping in to take care of them.”

About: As a military spouse and stay-at-home parent, I’m highly dependable, flexible, and deeply caring. I know how important routine, trust, and a calm environment are for both pets and their people. I treat every pet like part of the family—with lots of love, play, and personalized care. I have experience with dogs and cats of all sizes, ages, and temperaments—including senior pets and those needing medication. I’m patient, detail-oriented, and great at following specific care instructions. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities! We have a 7-year-old Lab-Husky Mix Dog and a 1-year-old cat. Both are great with other animals and love the company. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine—I’m home most of the day and have a flexible schedule, which means I can give pets the time, attention, and consistency they need. Whether it’s walks, feeding, playtime, or just company, I’m available throughout the day to provide hands-on care and stick to your pet’s routine. As a parent and military spouse, I’m used to balancing responsibilities while creating a calm, structured, and loving environment. Caring for pets is something I truly enjoy, and I treat it as a priority, not a side task. Safety and trust are my top priorities. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or in yours, I follow all instructions closely and maintain a calm, secure environment tailored to each pet’s needs and routine.
About: I went to college for Veterinary Technician for 4 years and have a bachelors degree. I worked in an animal hospital for 3 years as a veterinary technician. I have 2 wonderful dogs of my own. This is my full time job! I have a large fenced back yard where they can go to the bathroom and play. On my days off I like to bring them to the dog park to get some exercise. About: Your dog is part of the family! I have been on Rover since 2018 💜🐾 I love connecting with the owners before hand to show I do truly care about your sweet babies you love so much💜 I have been caring for pets including my own and my friends for a few years now. Any kind of dog makes me happy and makes my day better. I always make sure the dogs needs are met if that includes playing outside with them or making sure they get their medicine every night at the right time. I do not mind giving a dog a bath or even a flea bath or treatment if needed. I have always bonded with dogs and I have never had one not like me. I am willing to learn how each dog is and make them as comfortable as possible. I want the owner to feel comfortable knowing that there dog will be well taken care of by me I work around 26-30 hours week, it's a mix between the even shifts and starting at near 11/12. I always am upfront about my schedule as it does not always fit people's needs, which I completely understand. I care for the pets in my home or their owners home like they are my own. I follow the instructions of what the owner has left for me because I want the dogs to stay on their routine and feel as normal as possible. I love giving the dogs extra love as much because you have to think they are away from their parents and definitely miss them.
“Sarah is awesome. I was hesitant to get a pet sitter for a trip since my cat River has a "unique" personality (no independence), but they ended up bonding on the first day. Sarah dropped in each day, fed River, checked her water and litter, and gave her a bunch of attention and play time. Each day included a nice summary and a bunch of pictures. Highly recommend!”

About: From raising multiple of my personal puppies over the last 10 years, to helping my mom welp litters of Rotties when I was a kid, I have a long history of taking care if animals young and old. I've lived on a farm my entire life until the last few months, and have taken care of everything from indoor pets, to livestock. Currently I am unemployed and pretty flexible with a bit of notice. My boyfriend is gone on and off, so unfortunately house sitting availability is low because I have my own fur babies, but I do have house sitting experience and when Im available would be very enthusiastic to house sit for you! Id love to check in on your animals and take care of them while you're busy with work, or stay over with them while you go on vacation, and make sure you feel comfortable and happy that your babies are being well entertained and cared for. I have two high energy dogs who were raised rural, so unfortunately I cannot provide pet services in my home, but I am happy to care for them at yours. I'd love to do a meet and greet and learn all there is to know to make your pets comfortable on their schedule.
“We took an 11 day family vacation and Rachel took care of my two fur baby kitties. She did a fantastic job. My male cat is afraid of everyone and she was able to get him to come out of hiding. She sent me detailed reports with lots of photos every day. I will definitely use her again and will gladly recommend her to anyone I know who needs a pet caregiver!!”

Tatiana was great with our fur babies. We had her drop in 2 times a day so they could go out to the bathroom. Always on time and spent time with them both. End up had to be out of town 1 extra night and she even took care of them till I was able to get back home. She will be my drop in sitter next time we go out of town.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
To find sitters in Crestview with recurring or weekly availability, select "Repeat Weekly" and which days you’d like them to care for your pet.
