About: I’ve been taking care of animals for over five years, turning a lifelong love for pets into a reliable, full-service pet sitting business. From energetic puppies needing long neighborhood runs to gentle senior cats requiring precise medication schedules, I specialize in providing personalized, stress-free care right in your pets' home environment. Owners count on me for complete peace of mind, knowing their pets are getting constant companionship, playtime, and daily photo updates while they're away. Whether it’s maintaining strict routines or offering extra belly rubs, I treat every animal like family. My daily routine is built entirely around providing dedicated, high-quality care for your pets! I work a short 3-hour morning shift with Amazon, which leaves the rest of my day completely open to focus on what I love most: caring for your furry family members. I have a big fenced in yard to let my furry friends roam. I can also crate your pets if you’d like. I love to let them roam free in my home and feel like it’s their own so they are as comfortable as possible
“Jenny was, absolutely, the best pet sitter I've ever used. She sent updates throughout our time away. My girls always had wagging tails and were very happy! She took them on walks and just loved on them like we would. I can not say enough thank you's for how much I appreciate the care she gave. It made my trip much less stressful to know they were taken care of. ❤️❤️”

“Kerry is very sweet. She sending us a Pictures of Max allthe time and anytime I wanted to check on Max she was available and answered right away. She is very nice and kind. I would highly recommend her!!!!”

“Katelyn was great with my 2 dogs. I felt so much better about leaving them knowing they would be taken care of and given attention. She sent a lot of pictures & videos to to reassure me they were doing well! 10/10 would recommend & hire again. Thank you! ?”

About: Hello! I'm a 24 year old college student looking to earn some extra income aside from my part time job and school work I already take on at the moment. I do surprisingly have some open availability and I would love to use that time to get to know your pet more! I love animals and I love caring for them. I have a cat but I've had many family dogs. I'm personally more of a cat person, but dogs are just as cute. I've dog sat a few times throughout college to earn some extra money, so I do have some experience. I'm attentive and detail oriented and I'll be sure your dog is cared for just as much as you care for them, if not more! Part time visits or overnight stays right now. I am available mostly everyday and most nights, including weekends. No boarding at this fine. I’m so sorry! Boarding is unfortunately not available at the moment. I’m staying with my parents and not in my own place. I’m so sorry! Next time, for sure.

About: I recently left teaching profession to care for my 88 year old mom. My husband, Rob, was USAF grad and former 26 year Special Ops pilot. We traveled and had many animals over the years. We've been married 43 years. Now we have small farm in the country with she, hogs, dogs, cats, chickens and more. However i stay in a home currently with my handicapped mom about 10 minutes away. I recently moved off farm and into my mom's home due to her care. I care for my daughter's two dogs until she is out of nursing school next year. A 4 year old Pembroke Corgi named Cash, and a 12 year boxer named Sassy. We are located just north of Crestview, in Heritage Plantation. There is a huge yard, and a sectioned area for separation if needed and to keep main area of back yard free of "poo". Plenty of space, and company for any dogs so they won't miss owners too much. I currently have flexible schedule with substituting and real estate. I am home consistently. I will be home most days of the week. Your dog will be loved on by my mom and I. I have 3/4 acre yard which has been sectioned off into two zones for dogs to do their business and the rest for play. I also have two kennels for sleeping or separating if needed. There is a clean and soft camp mattress available for your pet at will. Plenty of toys and my daughter's two dogs are calm yet playful.
About: I’ve always loved animals and am comfortable petsitting all kinds of pets! With my volunteer experience at an animal shelter, I am also comfortable administering topical and oral medication, if necessary. I work full time, but am available to drop by in the mornings, after work in the late afternoon, and in the evenings. Can do weekends as well! I have base access so pet sitting on base is not an issue! When pet sitting, I obviously always prioritize keeping the water full and giving pets the appropriate amount of food. Making sure the environment is clean is a big one - like ensuring any accidents are cleaned up.
“Absolutely phenomenal experience with Daniela’s pet sitting service! I was away for the weekend and needed someone I could trust to care for my 5-year-old dog, Penny and Daniela exceeded every expectation. She checked in regularly, made sure Penny had everything she needed, and gave her plenty of love and attention. I could tell Penny felt comfortable and cared for the entire time. Coming home to a happy, relaxed dog made all the difference. Daniela is dependable, kind, and clearly passionate about animals. I wouldn’t hesitate to book her again highly recommended!”

“Christine was awesome! She was so good with our little guy and helped him settle into a new place. I booked way in advanced and she was the first sitter that did not cancel and checked in with me. 10/10 would recommend!”

Pet parents share their Rover experiences - Crestview
Jamie was very attentive and loving to my 3 dogs! They took to her immediately during the meet and greet as well, which is highly unusual for them as they usually need time to warm up to new people. She sent plenty of photos/videos which also kept me at ease during her stay. Highly recommend and will use again!

Amiyah did everything we asked her to with regard to being home for our 2 dogs and 3 cats. She spent time with them outside and they seemed to enjoy her company. We really appreciated her being at our home overnight and the majority of the time we were away. She made it easy to get updates and let us know of any concerns or questions.

Beyond belly rubs and feeding schedules, a house sitter’s presence may provide an additional layer of security for your home. However, you will need to arrange overnight stays and other household tasks with your sitter when reaching out to them. Not all sitters offer the same services. Common household tasks you can negotiate include:
- Mail & deliveries: Collecting letters and packages so they don't pile up.
- Plant care: Keeping your indoor or outdoor garden hydrated.
- Trash & recycling: Taking trash cans to the curb on scheduled pickup days.
- Home security: Sitters can stay overnight to keep your home occupied.
The best way to align on expectations is during your free Meet & Greet. Use this time to provide a "home cheat sheet" that includes your preferred Crestview walking routes, the location of your favorite pet store, and any specific quirks about your home’s security or appliances.
It’s helpful to think of house sitting as a "home base" service. Most sitters in Crestview maintain their normal daily routines, like running errands or heading to the office, meaning your pet should be comfortable being alone for a few hours at a time. If your pet needs a little extra company, here is how to find the perfect match:
- Look for "WFH" sitters: Many sitters mention "Work from Home" on their profile to indicate they’ll be present for the majority of the day.
- Update your pet’s profile: Write down how long your pet can comfortably be left alone. This helps sitters quickly determine if their schedule aligns with your needs.
- Communicate 24/7 needs: Standard house sitting usually doesn't include constant supervision. If your pet requires round-the-clock care, be sure to discuss this upfront.
Tip: Use the Meet & Greet to confirm a sitter's typical "away" windows. Transparency ensures your pet stays happy and your sitter can plan their day effectively!
Key handling is entirely up to you and your sitter to agree on during the Meet & Greet or in the Rover app. Most pet parents in Crestview choose to hand over a spare key or digital fob in person, while others arrange a lockbox or unique access code. Don't forget to discuss key returns as well!
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your pet to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your pet is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Crestview. On Rover:

- 100% can help with daily exercise
You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
