There was no time for a meet and greet, I just had to trust reviews. Susie was so responsive and happy to take on my senior dog for three nights without ever meeting her. To say I am thankful is an understatement. Elly went into the house and was immediately comfortable, which never happens! She could have cared less that I was leaving her. The setting was perfect for Elly, lots of outdoor space and places inside to lay. We received a ton of pics and the communication was great.
