“Emily was awesome! Really responsive. Helped out a lot. She offered to help out on extra needs that popped up. Ask answered all my questions. The girls are shy too but they were coming up to her by the end of the trip.”

“I cannot speak moren highly of Shanelle and Gaelen. Absolutely top notch folks. They immediately got in synch with Edna. We had an initial visit and they were clearly open to learning and adapting to Edna's environment and home. Edna is lovable but rambunctious at first but that did not jolt or seem to effect S and G. They kept me fully abreast of everything about Edna during my vacation, from her diet, to exercise to her mood. You cannot go wrong with Shanelle and Gaelen! Highly highly recommend!”

“Johnny, can’t say enough good things about you. Thank you for taking such good care of Stevie and being kind to her annoying cat roommates. Every picture I received revealed how comfortable she was with you. Highly recommend him for pet sitting and walking.”

“Repeat customer of Marissa here. She's awesome! She actually cares about my baby, is respectful of our things, reliable, kind, and I feel comfortable having her in our home. Lillian has definitely gotten used to having her over and really likes her. We'll definitely keep booking!”

“We have a fearful senior rescue dog with a complicated history, and Liz has been great about doing an initial meet-and-great and then an extended drop-in to spend time with our dog alone. She very much understands how to interact with a fearful dog who needs time to feel trusting. Her experience as the guardian of a rescue dog herself definitely comes into play. She was punctual, cheerful, and generous-minded, and we really appreciate her willingness to work with Penny! We will definitely use her again.”

About: I am a cat person through and through but I love animals. I've been disappointed in pet services I've used for my own cats in the past so I feel that experience has lead me to be very kind and respectful to your animals. I was laid off from my office job, so currently my schedule is wide open. I'm not a morning person though, so I do prefer late mornings as well as the afternoon and evening I have had to use pet sitting services in the past, some of which have left me feeling disappointed in the lack of patience and care. This experience makes me very sympathetic to animals needs and I will do my best to take care of your animal well. I'm also very respectful of your wishes and needs

About: I've had cats practically my entire life. When I was adopted by a 1.5yo pup, I wanted to learn all I could to help him be the best he could be. I received my Animal Behavior College basic dog training certificate, between taking formal classes started learning and training him. We took basic classes at a pet store, and also agility courses at Zoom Room. The most important thing i learned across the board is to pay attention to animals' body language. I really work hard to understand what they want and need from me and to respect their wants as well as needs. I am free in the evenings T-Sat after 5pm and Sun/Mon at varied times. I am able to sit for furbabies that I can properly care for given that schedule. I will hold the same rule as my house: eyes on the animals before leaving. I will strive to make sure there is nothing out of place that can hurt the furbabies, give them all the love I can to keep their mental health good, and like to be very detailed because I know how it is to leave my furbabies alone with someone else.

“This is my second time booking Mason and I’m so thrilled I did. He was communicative, took tons of pictures and took great care of my babies. I was completely at ease while away!”

About: I have loved animals all my life, and was blessed with a German Shepard on Christmas when I was little. And shortly after my family also adopted a tuxedo cat. I have spend so much time and effort loving and caring for my babies. I even helped my aunt raise and care for her two Greater Swiss Mountains dogs. I am recent college graduate so I have time on my hands to spend with wonderful animals! I am a very organized person who can successfully manage multiple responsibilities. I have a fenced yard and multiple family members who love animals and would gladly help if needed. Detailed instructions are an excellent way for me to ensure a pets safety in any home.

About: Hello! I’m Leslie, a lifelong dog lover with a passion for paws, playtime, and happy tails. Whether your pup is a zoomie loving ball chaser or prefers a slow paced “sniff-fari”, I’m here to give them the exercise, care, and companionship they deserve while you’re away. I currently work in a dog friendly office and am the go to pup-sitter when their pawrents are offsite or in meetings. I love learning about each dogs personality and figuring out how to tailor stimulating activities to keep them engaged (and out of trouble!) I currently do not have a pet of my own (my good boy Rosco crossed the rainbow bridge in October, and im not quite emotionally ready) but I have plenty experience and care to give to your sweet fur baby. I’m going on a hot girl walk. Does your dog want to come? On weekdays, I work full time managing marketing events, but am typically up at the crack of dawn for early walks and back on the west side early evenings and can be flexible depending on you and your pups needs (for short term care). Im based in DTLA on weekdays, so can make multiple house calls a day if you’re based there. Flexible weekends. Im happy to follow any rules/guidance you provide (eg. no pets on the couch, dog must wear shoes/ wipe paws off before coming back inside, etc.) My goal is to keep the routine as similar as possible while you’re away, but would appreciate any heads up on your pets behavior (say for example they freak out around skateboards).

About: I’ve cared for dogs since I was young, and now I have my own adorable Yorkie who’s like family to me. I truly enjoy spending time with dogs, whether it’s walking, playing, feeding, or simply cuddling. I’m confident with small breeds and also attentive to each pet’s unique needs and personality. Friends and neighbors have trusted me to take care of their pets over the years, and I always treat them with love and care—just like my own pup! My schedule is very flexible, and I’m usually available throughout the week, including weekends. I can accommodate early mornings, daytime, or evening routines depending on your pet’s needs. I’m happy to stick to your pet’s usual schedule for walks, feeding, and playtime to help them feel comfortable and at home. I have a fenced yard and a friendly dog to keep your fur baby company. I can easily crate your dog if needed, and I always make sure pets are supervised and safe. My home is clean, calm, and pet-friendly—perfect for pups to feel relaxed, loved, and cared for.

“Yana did great watching our very shy cats. Everything was in order when we came home--she even took out the garbage, which we hadn't asked. Our cats are very good at hiding from strangers, but she managed to track them down to get a few pics so we could see them.”

About: I’ve owned and taken care of dogs with the love and compassion unmatched by others. I’ve also been taken care of dogs of every age, size, and breed. Lead with love and not fear. I’m currently working from home and control my own schedule. I take zoom calls but never have to be on for more than an hour at a time. I have a fenced yard. A three floor home with plenty of space for all types of dogs. No other pets on my property so your pet will have my full attention.

About: I am from Los Angeles California, so I am used to walking in the city and ensuring safety. I have taken care of my XL bully baby for about 3 years now. I have taught him to sit, lay down, as well as going into his crate went commanded. I know how to give puppies the Heimlich due to him always getting into things when he was younger. I am also a volunteer at PAWSChicago, so I am trained to walk and feed puppies and older puppies! I can handle dogs both big and small with care and love! *Rates can be negotiated to fit what you need!! I am currently in school for esthetics, which only takes about 4-6 hours of my day! Let me know what date you need and I will make available! I understand the importance of a schedule so Any rules you have set for your pet, as long as you make them aware, I will gladly follow!!

About: I take pride in adhering to pet owner's specific care instructions and routines. My patient and calm demeanor have allowed me to understand a pet's individual needs and in turn, provide a comfortable, safe environment for them. My current work schedule is quite flexible. With advance notice, I can sit for your furry loved ones mornings, afternoons, or evenings, any day of the week. I accommodate your furry loved one, depending on their demeanor. For example, if they are an active canine or feline, I take them on walks. I am an active person so I am very happy to lease them up and take them out to get their exercise. For doggies especially, I know the importance of treats and respect owner's wishes and training. In general, because every pet is different, I understand the importance of their diet/meal times and training and follow owner's training or any goals set.

About: Hey! I'm a shelter rescue advocate and work with the big dogs on a regular basis. I am not afraid of your dog guaranteed. I have 3 large breeds of my own, the latest addition who I rescued on his euthanasia date. For that reason I dont do boarding. I treat all dogs the same, as family members, so your dog's welfare matters to me. If you’re looking for a trained and experienced professional to watch your dog, message me! More about my experience: I am a regular volunteer at the municipal animal shelters where I walk dogs, facilitate adoptions, foster, clean kennels, network dogs on social media, and help run dog playgroups. I do NOT discriminate against breeds. I love them all. I have background in veterinary care and currently contract as a certified dog trainer. I've trained with Dogs Playing for Life in Florida as well. Even though I wont need to, I am aware of how to safely break up dog fights and have had to several times in my life. More than that I stop them before they start because I know how to see them coming, now that everyone walks dogs off leash these days (I do not). Your dog will be safe with me. I work for myself and on call as a dog trainer so I have a very flexible schedule that I can easily adapt to client needs. Your animal will stay in the comfort of your home in my care and I will accommodate your preferences as best as you can clearly communicate them.

About: Ive been helping take care of family and friends since 15 and started getting more serious with it around my 20’s. I have a doberman myself and so that comes with lots of discipline and structure to maintain a healthy and strong companion. But my favorite is just getting to have our daily play at the park near home. Especially after coming home working with the youth. It helps with patience and understanding. Well i work for the schools during the morning time but after i get home i dedicate time to training my dobbie. Im always looking to learn and grow and this provides me those experiences. Im very neat and tidy i grew up in a very strict home when it comes to cleaning and safe environments. My go to is to always make sure everything is secured and layered out to make any transition smooth for all involved. :)

About: I’ve watched dogs through friends, family, community as well as rover and other sites since I was a young kid dreaming of opening my own pet hotel. I have a love for pets and love spending time with all animals! I work part-time in town and have lots of free time that I love to spend with animals! I work short shifts in town so the fur babes aren’t locked up or left alone for extended periods of time, after all, we wouldn’t want to be stuck in our room for hours on end. Big fans of hiking if your energetic buddy is up for it and happy to keep it mellow for the couch potatoes! I am very experienced with cats and dogs of all sizes, ages and temperaments. Pets are always kept on leash outside and avoid socialization with nearby animals.
