Our Lou is currently on medication, and Ashley had no problem administering it, she even covered it in peanut butter to make sure he took it! Our baby looked so happy in every photo she sent, and we loved the report card feature as well. Ashley truly went above and beyond by making an extra trip to check on Lou after he had gotten sick earlier that day, which gave us such peace of mind. We also have a cat, and Ashley was more than happy to help by leaving treats out for her too. We left a list of “to-dos,” and she completed everything exactly as requested. Grace watched our two dogs while we were out of town for a few days. She got to know our doggos ahead of time and was very friendly and kind when we met her. She was punctual and professional.
