About: I grew up on a farm, where my mom also had a doggy day care. About: I don’t have much experience with dogs if I’m being honest. The only experience I had with a dog was with a baby pitbull and that was for about a year. That being said, despite my lack of experience I am willing to learn. My love for animals in general is why I am open to learning. I will still provide the same love, care and affection for a dog as I would a cat. My daily and weekly routine is very open for pet care. I am currently on maternity leave so I have lots of availability throughout my days. I treat them like their family and not strangers or “just for the money type of thing”. If the client has special requests as far as how they would want their pet taken care of, I would follow those requests and update the clients along the way.

They’re both very affectionate but shy, but she totally understood their boundaries and made sure they were comfortable at all times. About: I grew up with pets (both cats and dogs) and have always loved being around and caring for animals. I worked as an animal care associate at the Humane Society of Chittenden County in Burlington, VT, where I learned safe handling techniques, gained medical knowledge, and cared for a wide variety of breeds and behavioral cases. I have a flexible schedule which leaves me plenty of time to walk and play with fur babies. I do have a part time job so I will need to leave occasionally when I am housesitting. I also don't mind commuting to care for an animal. I live in a lovely neighborhood for walking and am also able to drive dogs to nearby parks and hiking trails to play and exercise. I have a cat at home who dislikes other animals so I would only be able to provide care at a client's home.

About: I've been caring for dogs since childhood and have always had a dog as an adult. I currently have 2 dogs and the help of the whole family, especially our animal loving and training daughter (I lead all care and activity). Whether it be puppyhood, senior care, or medical issues including special diets and medication, I'm comfortable with a wide range of individualized instructions. I am centrally located in Mt. Washington with the benefits of a fenced-in back yard, a dog park and hiking trails within blocks. Additionally, I take walks every day and our guests are promised to have plenty of opportunities to play and receive attention. I love dogs! Pet care is a part of life each and every day. Times of day are insignificant as pet care happens very early, late at night, and all the time in between as needed. I have a fenced in yard, comfy cushions (and couches although less preferred), and a crate available if that's requested. Dogs are walked daily with one walk somewhere from 1-5 miles and given endless opportunities to play (and learn). I can bathe dogs as well but shy away from grooming. My dogs are fed 2-3 times daily with treats when appropriate; no people food. I personalize all care based on needs and requests.

Katelyn helped me tremendously when my initial sitter plans feel through. Despite the short turn around, she took the time for a meet & greet, and my dogs really took a liking to her! She sent updates for each visit, letting me know how they were doing. Would absolutely recommend!
We had a very last minute need for a check in visit for our dogs and Sydnie was an absolute angel! She fed and walked our pups and spent some sweet time snuggling with them as well! We hope the next time isn’t quite so urgent, and can’t wait for Sydnie to visit again!

Lauren is AMAZING! She makes sure that Ryder is loved and cared for while I am away, picks up on his weird quirks of wanting to take stuff with him while he’s on a walk, and calms his nerves with cars.
