“Clarisse has been AMAZING to work with in helping to take care of my furbaby Charlie - from making sure he is fed well, hydrated, took his meds, clean, comfy, and getting cuddles! She will always update me daily and check in many times during each day on how my dog is doing and sending pics which helps alleviate my anxiety and worry when am on long trips. A+++ for house/dog sitting as well and kept in mind Charlie’s routine and house stuffs. She even left me flowers! I will be forever grateful Clarisse - thank you for your caring nature and gentle patience with my old pup. He adores you and so does our lil family. Highly highly recommend. 👍🏻🐶🙏🏻 Thanks as always and Charlie and I will see you soon!”

“Joseline was profesional and super easy to work with. She helped us on short notice to house sit and watch our dog for a few days, and sent us plenty of status updates and pictures. I would absolutely book with her again!”

About: I bring over a decade of pet care experience, I worked at a Wag hotels before so have a lot of experience with many different dog breeds, cats! Also can giving medication and care for pets with special needs! I have two fur babies a lively 4 year old maltipoo and a 11 year old bichon, both of whom I've raised since they were young pups. Both are rescues, which has equipped me with the knowledge of how to be gentle and understanding around animals who may have past trauma. Additionally, my experience includes training dogs, as I've successfully trained both of my own furry companions. As an experienced dog walker, I confidently handle dogs of various sizes and breeds, ensuring each walk is enjoyable and safe. My expertise also extends to cat care and sitting, as I've provided attentive care to feline friends as well. Whether it's walking dogs or sitting for cats, I approach each task with dedication and a deep understanding of animal behavior and needs. Pet care is seamlessly integrated into my daily routine, starting from the moment we wake up until bedtime. We embark on multiple long walks throughout the day, ensuring plenty of exercise and mental stimulation for my furry companions. Our meal times are scheduled with precision, with breakfast, lunch, and dinner served at consistent times each day. Alongside their meals, my dogs receive their daily allergy medication and adhere to strict diets tailored to their individual stomach needs, a routine I've mastered due to their specific breeds. Additionally, I carve out dedicated time for play sessions lasting at least 30 minutes each day, promoting their overall health and happiness. My ultimate goal is to provide them with the best quality of life possible, ensuring they thrive and enjoy each moment to the fullest. Creating a comfortable and safe environment for pets is second nature to me. I understand the significance of fostering a trusting bond with each furry friend, ensuring they feel secure and loved in their home. Safety is paramount, especially for young puppies, and I take extra precautions to prevent any potential escapes or hazards within the home. Above all, my number one priority is the well-being and happiness of our beloved fur babies, providing them with a nurturing and secure environment where they can thrive and flourish. Additionally I used to work at a Wag hotels so I have a lot of experience caring for all different types of dog breeds and cats!
About: I've always had pets my entire childhood and now that I'm older I can't get enough of our little furry friend's energy. In the past, I've cared for puppies as young as 6-8 months and currently I care for my senior Chihuahua Sam (and my bearded dragon Cheeto!). I also dog sit my girlfriend's aunt's American Bulldog for days at a time. I promise to be patient, compassionate and love your little critter as if they were my own! I currently work a part-time job at BJ's Restraunt and Brewhouse, usually from mid-afternoon to late evening. My availability is every morning from 6am to 11am before work or open on my days off (if you would like to know more about my schedule at the time, feel free and reach out to connect)! I am a very perceptive person that's almost always aware of his surroundings, I walk a senior dog at home after all. I'm highly adaptive of any situation and aware of other animals when near.
“Griselle was great with our two senior dogs they seemed to be comfortable with her. She sent updates and pictures of them and lets us know how they were eating which is always a problem when we leave but they seemed to do pretty well with Griselle.”

“Summer was awesome. She sent pics regularly of our pups and wasn’t bugged by this fur mamas constant requests. She left the house spotless and even took sheets off the bed and folded them. Can’t wait to use her again ♥️?”

“The best dog sitter in town. He took care of our pup Cash. And sent updates and pictures throughout the day. Our pup had fun. Process was easy. Gave us peace of mind. Would 100% book again! Thanks Jeremy!!! He even gave our pup a new plush dog toy”

“My girlfriend and I planned a weekend getaway last minute and were tired of asking our families to watch our 2 dogs. We used rover for the first time and Jennie was AMAZING and completely exceeded our expectations of this service. At first we were a little nervous having a stranger in our home with our 2 pups but Jennie was highly rated and we now understand why. She was friendly and extremely professional. She communicated with us the entire weekend from the time she arrived at our home until the time she left. She even sent us pictures of our doggos having a great time with her in the yard and on walks. They loved her! Including our one pup who isn’t the biggest fan of new people! She walked our dogs which definitely wasn’t expected but greatly appreciated! For the price we paid and the top notch professional and friendly sitter we got, it was unbeatable and super convienient! I highly recommend Jennie and will be booking her again in the future!”

About: I’ve had dogs ever since I was 8 years old and I’ve helped take care of family and friends dogs while they are on vacation I’m currently working part time and right now I’m pretty flexible and have open availability. So I’ll have plenty of time to play with, care for and take your baby on walks. I’m available to drop in for a quick visit with your pet which includes walks and playtime. Or if you prefer I can also house sit, so your baby will never be alone whichever you prefer.
About: I’ve taken care of my own cats my entire life, and every summer I sit for many my neighbors dogs while they are out of town. I volunteer at a pet shelter twice a quarter at school by adopting a dog for a day, and volunteer at Priceless Pets in Yorba Linda. I’m currently on summer break from college so my current schedule is pretty free to take care of animals at any given part of the day! I always make sure the doors that need to be closed are closed and locked, and I make sure that places animals are not supposed to go are blocked off.
About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life I got my first dog at 6 and I lover her so much. Also I take care of my family members dogs all the time It would be great for me to get outside the house and walk around to get some fresh air and why not spend it with dogs they make me so happy My dog and I hang out all day and watch shows. She will even watch shows with me but for the most part we sleep a lot
About: What sets me apart from other sitters is that I have real personal experience as a pet owner myself. I have an orange tabby cat and previously owned a Pomeranian and a calico cat, so I understand what it means to truly care for an animal long term. Through Rover I have built experience with a wide variety of breeds and sizes. I have worked with Alaskan and Siberian Huskies, Maltese mixes, Jack Russell mixes, German Shepherd mixes, Chihuahua mixes, Dalmatian mixes, Lab mixes and more. Big dogs, small dogs, high energy breeds, laid back ones, I have handled them all. Each sit has helped me grow as a sitter and taught me how to adapt to different personalities and needs. Every pet I care for gets the same level of attention, patience and love I give my own animals. Coming back from college I am responsible for getting the cat’s food, cleaning their litter, and making sure they have their water. I have a big backyard and the cats get noisy if I don’t let them out. So I’ll let them roam around outside for a bit and I always make sure they’re inside before sunset. I’ll take the cats to the vets often to ensure there are healthy and always making sure they felt seen and loved constantly throughout the day. The environment in our house can be quiet sometimes for the cats and that’s why I let them outside, they have never gone across the street or had another encounter with another animal before, so they are well enough to be outside. Sometimes I keep watch of them while they are outside and it’s great seeing them get their sunlight and have them roll around. After our family dog Bentley passed away. It’s been all eyes on our cats and the cats have never been happier because that means more attention for them. They have everything at home, I give them the attention they deserve, and the cats never get into a fight with each other and it’s paradise. I love my animals here at home and I have encounter multiple cats and dogs from friends, so it’s definitely exciting and refreshing every time I have time with another pet.
About: I have been taking care and training my dogs since a young age. I have also watched many types of dogs for a couple of years now I take my dog to exercise and work with him twice a day and i take him for pee breaks also when it is warmer so he doesn’t have such a long break. I do a lot of mental work due to his breed and make sure i feed him the correct food and treats to keep him healthy. I make sure they are comfortable with me and make sure i can care and take care of them as much as possible. I will and have never stepped over an animals boundary and due to the way my dog is i am very careful with dogs and understanding of what owners and my self needs with dogs
“Mackenzie was absolutely amazing house sitting our large dog and cat. She kept us updated on our fur babies and took good care of both our home and animals. She is very reliable and trustworthy. Five stars!”

About: I'm Brittany, I have worked professionally with dogs for about 8 years. I started out working at a daycare and boarding facility, providing all sorts of services to pet owners and more recently 5+ years with a mobile dog grooming business. I've worked with dogs of all breeds, sizes, ages, and temperaments. I am confident there are no dogs I cannot handle. I have a lot of knowledge of dog behavior and cues that will allow us to be safe at all times. For now I am committing my extra time to caring for others’ dogs while I pay my way through school. I have lots of energy and stamina to go on long walks as well as short ones, depending on your dog's needs. And I’m excited for the opportunity to meet some more friendly faces! I'm currently going back to school but I have a lot of down time as well. I would love to spend some of it with your pets! I cannot house any pets in my own home but am more than capable of coming to yours to either watch your dog throughout the day or take them out for some fresh air.
“Cielo did a wonderful job! We will certainly use her again as our regular. She offered a meet and greet, which we thought was great and she even sent us pics of the dogs! 10/10 recommend!”

Summer helped us day sit our girl while I was away on a work conference for a couple days and while my hubby had 12 hour days. We felt soo assured that our fur baby wouldn’t feel that absence because Summer really gives her with so much attention, and love! She sent pics of all the fun play time and cozy time. I can tell our fur baby is feeling content and loved with Summer! Thank you!

It was our first time with pet sitter and we were very nervous. But when we met Heather first time, we instantly knew she was the right person to take care of our kitties. She is well organized, took thorough notes. She shared lots of pictures and took very good care of our cats.

Yanely was amazing! Our original sitter canceled before our week long vacation and Yanely stepped in just a few weeks before. She did great with our high maintenance dog (picky eater, reactive towards other dogs on walks) and our low maintenance cat. We will 100% be booking her again in the future 😊. Thank you!!

Sarah was absolutely amazing. She cared for our pups Bella and Luna so well, played with them, cuddled, and kept them company while we were away. I was so worried before we left because Bella and Luna generally are never separated from us, but Sarah really made sure they were loved and truly cared for. When we came back it was as if we never left! The dogs were so happy. Thank you Sarah for your kindness and care for our dogs!

Beyond belly rubs and feeding schedules, a house sitter’s presence may provide an additional layer of security for your home. However, you will need to arrange overnight stays and other household tasks with your sitter when reaching out to them. Not all sitters offer the same services. Common household tasks you can negotiate include:
- Mail & deliveries: Collecting letters and packages so they don't pile up.
- Plant care: Keeping your indoor or outdoor garden hydrated.
- Trash & recycling: Taking trash cans to the curb on scheduled pickup days.
- Home security: Sitters can stay overnight to keep your home occupied.
The best way to align on expectations is during your free Meet & Greet. Use this time to provide a "home cheat sheet" that includes your preferred Corona walking routes, the location of your favorite pet store, and any specific quirks about your home’s security or appliances.
It’s helpful to think of house sitting as a "home base" service. Most sitters in Corona maintain their normal daily routines, like running errands or heading to the office, meaning your pet should be comfortable being alone for a few hours at a time. If your pet needs a little extra company, here is how to find the perfect match:
- Look for "WFH" sitters: Many sitters mention "Work from Home" on their profile to indicate they’ll be present for the majority of the day.
- Update your pet’s profile: Write down how long your pet can comfortably be left alone. This helps sitters quickly determine if their schedule aligns with your needs.
- Communicate 24/7 needs: Standard house sitting usually doesn't include constant supervision. If your pet requires round-the-clock care, be sure to discuss this upfront.
Tip: Use the Meet & Greet to confirm a sitter's typical "away" windows. Transparency ensures your pet stays happy and your sitter can plan their day effectively!
Key handling is entirely up to you and your sitter to agree on during the Meet & Greet or in the Rover app. Most pet parents in Corona choose to hand over a spare key or digital fob in person, while others arrange a lockbox or unique access code. Don't forget to discuss key returns as well!
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your pet to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your pet is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Corona. On Rover:
- 91% of sitters can help with special care needs
- 94% can help with giving oral medications or injections
- 97% can help with daily exercise
You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
