“Our dog Barney had the best time and he made tons of friends his own size. Marie-Eve was there for us for our last minute drop off and was very flexible with our schedule. She sent lots of pics and updates so we were never anxious about our little guy at a new place. We will definitely revisit for a longer stay!”

“Maria came through for us once again! We had a last minute request and she graciously accepted my request to watch our dog. She sent pictures of my little dog having a great time & hanging out as if he was in his own home 🏡. Thank you again!”

“She is the BEST, I will definitely ask her first if I go on a family trip again, she made my shy puppy feel at home, kept me updated throughout my entire trip. Paloma loved her ❤️ thank you 😊”

“Truly the best dog sitter we’ve ever had! Cookie (our corgi) stayed with Katherine for two days and one night during a heat wave, and somehow he still came home relaxed, happy, and totally himself. She made sure he got the exercise he needs—even in the heat—and it really showed. Katherine’s home is beautiful—so warm, clean, and inviting—and her garden is just as lovely. It’s clear she puts care into everything she does, and that includes how she takes care of the dogs she watches. When I picked Cookie up, he was calm and content, like he’d had his own little vacation. It’s not easy to wear out a corgi, but Katherine managed it with total thoughtfulness. It’s such a relief to know Cookie was in good hands, and it honestly made my time away so much easier. We’ll absolutely be reaching out to her again. So grateful!”

“Smashie loved staying here and I loved how Carrie worked with our schedule to accommodate us as we weren’t sure when we would be picking up/dropping off. Hands down, would use Carrie again!”

“Sandra was very sweet upon meeting. I felt comfortable leaving my sweet Paris with her and I'm glad I did. She sent pictures daily and also sent video. Melted my heart when I saw a photo of Paris hanging out with Sandra on the sofa. This put my mind at ease as this was my dog's first time away from me. Paris came back home happy and healthy! I will be sending Paris over with Sandra again in the future.”

About: I’ve had 10+ years of hands-on experience with dogs of all breeds, growing up on a 40-acre property surrounded by animals. I got my first puppy as a teenager and was fully responsible for his care. Currently, I have a one-year-old Goldendoodle who is a very playful and gentle girl. I have a large fenced in yard providing lots of room for the dogs to play. In my care I prioritize attentiveness, happiness, and the well-being of every pup in my care. I work part time from home so I’m very flexible to provide care for your pup and tend to their needs. My dog also loves playing with other dogs and helps keep them entertained. In my home, your pup will be treated like family. I make sure all their needs are met with plenty of outdoor exercise, fresh food, and lots of love and attention. They'll have a clean, cozy place to rest when they’re ready to relax, and I’ll always keep their comfort, safety, and happiness as my top priority.

“Celeste was wonderful with our dog! I loved seeing the pictures and videos. It’s so nice to know that when we were away having fun, our pup was on her own mini vacation with Celeste and her dogs! We will use Celeste again, without hesitation!”

“Melanie was amazing with My Catahoula puppy. She paid great attention to detail to Cali's specific needs and training that we are in, was very welcoming and introduced her pups to mine in a safe and controlled manner to whereas everyone felt safe. I was out of town with zero cell phone service and she still provided text pictures and updates and went above and beyond. I would highly recommend Melanie. She is a true professional when it comes to dogs, their behaviors and temperaments and training. I will most certainly trust my dogs in her care any time.”

“This was my first time getting a sitter for my dog and as a first time dog mom my anxiety was high but Arlene made it such a smooth and easy process. She was also very accommodating to my travel changes and sent me daily updates. I will definitely be sending him back every time I need to.”

“Josie took great care of our beagle, Cooper! She was very friendly, conscientious, and responsive. She sent us daily updates including sweet photos of him cuddling with her family and kitties. I would not hesitate to have Cooper stay with her again!”

“Haley and her husband were fantastic. Their dogs are very friendly, they were responsive and sent pictures, and they were flexible with pick up and drop off. If I need a dog sitter again, I’ll be hitting them up!”

“Great week-long stay – dependable and caring! Tony took care of Jax (my high energy Shepherd) for a full week, and everything went really smoothly. He was dependable, followed all the care instructions, and kept me updated with messages and photos throughout the stay. It was clear Jax was comfortable and well cared for, which gave me real peace of mind while I was out of the country. Tony has a great backyard for a high energy dog and also a sweet dog, Chico, of his own. I’d definitely recommend Tony to anyone looking for a reliable sitter, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book with him again!”

About: The only window of time in my life I haven't been caring for pets was the 4 overlapping years my children were still in diapers. I decided I could only handle one species of poop at a time. Other than that, I've had dogs, cats, chickens, snakes, fish, hermit crabs and more. My own dog, Salty, went missing 6 months ago when we strongly believe she was taken from our front yard. My heart still aches for her and I will never stop hoping she returns. I'm not ready to have another dog-child of my own but my heart is aching to offer the loving companionship that dogs need, especially when their parents are away. I've boarded dogs for friends for as long as I can remember. I work out of the house full-time but have young-adult children who have mixed schedules. There is almost always someone home. I especially enjoy coming home from a long day and getting to take a walk with a dog. Living close to a large greenbelt area is especially nice for walks and ball catching. I prefer only one dog at a time. My family and I see this as a time for companionship, not a financial opportunity. My front yard is a garden that dogs love to explore, while the backyard is not yet ready for a garden and therefore a great play area for dogs. I have a large area covered deeply in wood chips for play, digging, running around and going potty. The backyard is fenced on all sides, but a small rascal could find an opening or two to escape, so I don't leave little ones outside without a close eye on them. I also have free-range chickens in the back that might need protecting if a furbaby gets the wrong idea. If your furbaby has the killer instinct, this probably isn't the home for them. My floors are waterproof vinyl "wood" that are swept daily, the area rugs are backed with rubber for easy cleaning. If you have a puppy that isn't fully trained yet it'll be okay, we can help with that. Whether you want your furbaby trained for puppy pads, crate or, outdoor, I've handled it before. What I can't abide by is chewing on furniture. That's just sad and I'm afraid it means the dog isn't ready for a home away from home. I'm a bit like a grandma that likes to spoil the kids when mom and dad aren't looking. I don't mind a dog on my bed or sofa. But, I will honor mom and dad's boundaries if you're afraid he or she will pick up bad habits. I only feed animals what I've been told they can be fed, no matter how cute their sad pout face gets.

About: What sets me apart as a pet sitter is my genuine love for animals and my reliable, responsible nature. As a college student, I have a flexible schedule and understand the importance of making sure your pet feels loved and well-cared for. I focus on providing personalized attention, whether it’s walks, playtime, or just keeping your pet company while you're away. Your pet will get the same level of care and affection I’d give to my own furry friends! pet care fits seamlessly into my daily routine. I have flexible hours between classes and study sessions, so I can easily schedule walks, playtime, or feeding times around my commitments. Taking care of pets helps me stay active and focused, and I enjoy spending time with animals as a nice break from schoolwork. When caring for pets in my home or a client's home, I prioritize creating a comfortable, safe, and familiar environment for them. At my place, I make sure there’s plenty of space for play and rest, with access to cozy spots and all the essentials they need. When I’m at a client’s home, I follow their specific routines to minimize stress and keep the pet feeling secure. Whether it’s feeding, walking, or simply giving them attention, I ensure their needs are met just as if they were my own pets. I always keep open communication with the owner to provide updates and ensure their pet feels loved and cared for.

“Jennifer was amazing! It was our puppy’s first time away from us for extended hours. It was great getting all the photos! She gave us updates throughout the day. We loved seeing he was in such great hands! Thank you again!”
