“Cassandra has been the most awesome, patient, and knowledgeable when taking care of our pit mix 🩷 we just got our dog and he is a puppy but Cassandra has provided him with truly the best care possible! So patient, constantly sending us updates, notifying us of a cold, and just overall great attention to detail. I cannot recommend her enough if you are in the area and need boarding for your doggo.”

“This is the first time we've used Rover and the sitter Ayanna did not disappoint us! She sent a photo and updated us on how Bentley was doing while we were on vacation. We will be happy to use her services again in the future! Thank you!”

“Shane took care of my two dogs for 2 weeks while I was out of the country. He sent me pictures and updates of the puppies every single day. He was just amazing and my dogs love him now. I highly recommend his service. He is great!”

“Thanks Destiny for watching pickles, she stepped up last minute for me, when no one else responded, and she responded quickly. She took great care of pickles and kept me informed with pictures and texts! I will definitely use her again!”

“She was great and worked with me through last minute plan changes and the extension of my animals stay. She even made a trip to the store the get more food when they ran out. She sent pictures of my cats cuddling with her, from which I gathered she was really kind to them and they liked her. I cannot recommend her enough, she was truly the best.”

“Jessica really ensured Rascal was spoiled and pampered. She takes lots of pictures and communicates well and quickly when we have questions. All of Rascals pampering needs were exceeded.”
“She was very loving with my little ferret and ensured she got enrichment and her medication. Discovered her passion for cat trees! Maddy Moo had a safe, separate room with a trunk full of toys to rummage through- her favorite ferret thing to do!”

About: I’ve taken care of my own dogs since I was 17. Before i always had a dog growing up. When I moved in with my husband he had two dogs, a rabbit and a chinchilla. I used to help take care of them. I’ve always loved animals but I especially love dogs. I’m a stay at home mom so I’m always available for caring for your pets! I would preferably not want to watch cats because my own dog doesn’t particularly get along with cats. I have a fenced in backyard. Depending on your dog’s schedule they are freely allowed to be inside or outside at any time. I leave food and water bowls outside for my dog as well as a water bowl inside.
About: I have plenty of experience with puppies still in training, crate trained, non trained, energetic I can definitely handle ! I’m also good with elderly or dogs pregnancies. I am able to provide pee breaks as often as needed, attention at all times, love and support. I wash each pets bowl after use, ensure they are supported the entire process. I can offer full time watching in my home, wooden floors so accidents are okay ! I only clean with pet safe products. I play with them to get their attention in and take them on walks at least once a day !im the only person in house and a fully fenced back yard. Plenty of space to run outside when needed but they will be inside if not playing or using bathroom breaks
“rosalynda was absolutely amazing! Ralphy had the very best time and came back home happier than ever. She messaged me with updates which kept me at ease while I was away. I could tell he was having the very best time and I will definitely be booking again the next I’m out of town. I highly recommend her and if you choose to book with her she’ll make sure your pup is safe and has the most fun!”

“Marche went above and beyond the scope of service. During his visit, Bruno experienced some redness and skin chaffing on his face, Marche did not hesitate to take him to his vets office. She was consistant with communications and updates, not only during the vet visit, but the entire time he was boarded. During his visit, Bruno was allowed to sleep on the bed with family members which was an extreme relief, as he does the same at home. He was not eating as much since he had some adjusting to do during his stay, but Marche made every effort to make sure he was getting fed. I would recommend her to everyone!”

“Trey was wonderful and took great care of our dog. Murphy is a reluctant eater and Trey took extra steps to get him to eat. We appreciated the pictures and notes that Trey sent us to reassure us that Murphy was doing well in an unfamiliar environment. We will DEFINITELY rebook with Trey.”

“Casey was awesome 👏, she made snowball feel like he was at home & happy. Sent numerous pictures to me to keep me updated on how he was doing which was awesome 👏 definitely will use Casey every time I go out of town for Snowball 👏.”

“Hands Down The Best! I Will Definitely Rebook Over And Over Again!!! 5 Stars All Around The Board. She Also Had Excellent Communication, Sent Plenty Of Pictures, and Even Sent Oreo Home With A Treat! Simply Amazing .”

Pet parents share their Rover experiences - Copperas Cove
As always, Jasmine offers the highest quality of care for my Yuli and was able to accommodate him last minute, as well as ensure he maintained his schedule for medication. She gives me so much peace of mind leaving my little guy behind, be it over night or for extended periods, I know he is cared and loved in my absence. Yuli is always excited to spend time with his fur friend Dallas and his human family. Thanks again Jasmine 🙏🏻🤗

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in TX ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies. Cats may be required to have Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis and Rabies up to date.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Emergency support is available by phone or email in English 24/7. When an incident occurs, we recommend that sitters contact our Trust & Safety team immediately so that they can connect your sitter with a board-certified veterinarian or offer other resources to help.
If a sitter needs to cancel at the last minute, Rover’s reservation protection means our team will work with you to find a suitable replacement as quickly as possible.
